DEDICATION
I would like to dedicate this book to the six realities presented herein. They and their lessons are what the Almighty chose to mold me within. Through their trials, I died to much ignorance. I leave ignorance to delve deeper within death’s renewal. For each day granted: All Praise is due to the Most High!
READ AND ENJOY
When walking through the library, your eye caught a certain book cover. Not only did it stand out, its title was interesting. You checked this book out and headed for home. The introduction is lovely and you are excited about beginning.
While reading, many situations trigger thoughts. As each thought comes then goes, so do the chapters. With each scene read thoughts arise on how you would have written this book. Before recognized the book is completed. Yet, you lacked understanding it; or simply felt it did not stand up to what you thought it should.
In many ways, you are upset and feel you should be. Yet, let us look at the reader instead of the book. First, we realize that the book caught your eye. Then you began to read. The introduction blew you away. While reading, you started to think of how you would have written it. Now, that is the problem! You did not let the book be its own; you tried to add and take words from it. The more you read the more you thought of change. Due to lack of attention, you never grasped the true story behind the words. It is truly a nice piece of work --- you may never know. You were too busy being a critic.
Though many books undergo such, more people face this crisis. Man has a tendency of thinking his way is absolute. All seen is the cover of another, not the words within. As we study, or rather, open the book
/man, we constantly criticize and ridicule. We need to learn how to read the character for what they are; then accept them! I’m not saying we shouldn’t help or give input. We need to let every book be written and changed by its Author. God knows exactly what He is doing in each life. Just because He does things differently on your path than mine, does not make you better. Therefore, my advice to all humankind is to simply read and enjoy.
A FORTIORI
The great tribulation for truth, awaiting revelation of time
Poetry is the ‘something more’ not seen in that visualized
You read to soothe the area of war labeled mind
Many different dishes are tried
Only because the latter didn’t fulfill
Continue reaching far beyond physical border
Allow all altering to open eye
Once flavor drenches tongue, hunger magnifies
Then the date quickens
Sound barrier has been broken
Familiarity comes with communication
Each hssp tickles an emotion ---
As black ties placed before white shirts
Seen simple to an institutionalized mind
Depth expresses a free boldness
Standing against all traditions and ploys
It grows to be its own
It may be gestured, sung,
Or manipulatively spoken
With the rolling of each syllable
One must flow as the dance.
Poetry is:
Frequently misunderstood,
Often forming a variety of thoughts,
Just as the innocent’s last words:
LIBERTY!
LIFE:
(Introduction)
A reality which: deals with the various stages of existence. Life’s depths, heights and circumferences are unlimited. Life is one of few realities that may be defined as inclusive; for it holds nothing at bay. Its purpose is to teach the importance of living; existence alone is shallow. I pray at least one sees, then, accepts the finite light shared.
LIFE
Through the wind
My thoughts fly
Planting a seed
Of love
In the soil of loneliness:
Listen to the vibrations.
Catch the desire.
Open Thy soul,
Then push my way opportunity.
Within you resides
The perfect
I,
Ushering we through
Eternity:
Muhammad is there.
Jesus is there.
Moses is there.
The I AM
is there; Who:
Allowed King Jr. to see,
Planted the motions commanding
Abraham’s mouth to map out the way.
If only you’d let go:
Allow the circular dance
To evolve your awareness into this truth:
My mind is your mind,
Only through thought do we fly.
For love and ecstasy are --- one in the same.
CONSCIOUSNESS
I dripped from womb into current of life.
Once submerged into flowing tides, I learned
To adapt to the speed of its destruction.
Shifting and turning with it, I splashed upon
Many rocks demanding that they too hear
My roar.
Such simpleness I knew nothing of.
Unwisely thinking, I drank from rapid’s
Reactive foam.
Many times, I trained mind to think
Such was sweet.
After flowing so long, a period of stagnation
Was reached.
Immediately I was lapped up by heat of the sun.
Too immature to accept this change
I fought with every proton of energy
Within me.
This new home molded me into a new thinking being.
Overstretching stay, I was released back to earth.
I rained rather than drip this time.
During dissention, I recognized beckoning
Of former current.
I chose to repel!
I now reside in a tank undergoing purification process,
This will enable me to quench the thirst of
Individuals with dry throats.
Pressure no longer binds me in a state of destructive ignorance.
I’ve awoken to the knowledge of my creation.
For I am the Water of Life!
