God is in charge. He is at work.

How great this is.

For this knowing brings to me a peace so sweet.

A lovely peace, tranquil and serene.

And with that, my mind is at ease.

I need not worry or fret this day, not even the next.

So here I sit under the mimosa tree.

In full bloom, its fragrance fills the air.

Sunlight dappled through the spread of this tree.

Birds heard, singing their song.

The sky ever blue, a gentle breeze wafts my way.

A beautiful day under the mimosa tree.

Easy are my thoughts, whimsical and free.

For I know the Lord’s peace.

Under the mimosa tree is where you find me!
