Noahleen Berry

Noahleen Berry was born and raised in the small historic town of Ninety Six, South Carolina. She is blessed to be the mother of a son and daughter and the grandmother of three grandsons and one granddaughter. As an evangelist and minister, she has devoted her life and time to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. This has led her to establishing a non-profit organization: GOD’S TRUE LOVE MINISTRY and to penning this book. Her journalism background consists of writing for her local hometown newspaper and for more than 40 years she has written and taught Sunday school lessons and Bible studies. Part of her mission that God has chosen her for is to visit the sick, needy, and shut-ins. On any given day, the Spirit may lead Noahleen to a hospital room, nursing home, the Hospice House, and all places she goes when the doors open for her to share, Minister to others. She also has been called upon to conduct and/or speak at dozens of funerals and going-home services. This author takes no credit for any of her accomplishments or accolades; she gives all the glory to God. “I am so thankful and blessed to be chosen as God’s vessel and willingly accept any mission or assignment that He sends me on.” stated Berry. This author has truly surrendered to the following words: ‘Here am I Lord, send me’. The introduction of the book shares many of the true life stories that God has seen her through.

T  his book is dedicted to the One I love. He was my first love and always will be. I am so thankful HE has been beside me, helped, loved, cared for me and understood me. HE has looked beyond my faults and knows my needs. I pay tribute to Jesus, my Savior, my Kinsman Redeemer and the Lord of my daily life. I would not still be here today, if not for God’s Amazing Grace. HE has been my bright light to encourage and show me the way at the end of the many dark tunnels.

Because of the One I dedicate this book too, All that I am or ever hope to be, I owe it all to Him. To GOD be the Glory for the things HE has done and going to do.

Jennifer, my answer to many prayers daughter. I am so happy and proud of her for the many times she has continued to go forward, too, when the enemy took big shots at her heart and her life.

Jeff, the athletic son I had prayer for. He spoke positve words to me when reading some of the manuscripts. That was important to help me continue writing.

Shawn, my first born Grandson. It was great to hear and see him get so excited when I shared with him I was writing this book.

Drew, my second born, Grandson. He has shared several times to encourage me on this journey, When is the book coming out?

Kayle, my #1 Granddaughter. Her strong work ethics throughout her school years have been an inspiration to me to give it my all, my best until this assignment was finished.

Noah, my youngest grandson, thirteen. When visiting him I asked him to read several chapters that had been written. He thoroughly read them and corrected some of the words.

Bonnie O. Buzhardt, my High School Bestie and the editor of this book. She encouraged me to continue on during this twenty year off and on journey. T  his book will be worth taking the time to read. It offers hope and will help increase your faith for the rest of your journey in this life. You can receive inner healing to the mind, heart, soul and your Spirit. I found out there is more to this life than just existing and just making it through each day. We can have peace within no matter what comes our way or what is going on in this world. This book started when I was born, September 3, 1948. Inside are areas of my life in between the dash of my life, 1948-……

As you read, you will find the answers to many of your questions and the real peace you may be looking for and desire. My life has been under a lot of major construction on the highway to Heaven. I have faced many giants. You will read how I have been able to overcome depression, feelings of quilt, the insecurity of divorce, suicidal thoughts, wondering why me, PTSS, the words to give up, loss of my first baby, deception, feeling unloved, feeling rejected, unforgiveness and more. You will read about true divine interventions and miracles performed for my family members, friends and me.

The same way I have been able to still be here for seventy years will inspire you to do not give up. I have had to put on mountain climbing boots and climb the mountains, at times. Sometimes the mountains, the many big giants, were moved out of my life. My enemies were defeated and I saw my enemies no more.

This book was written with love and care for you all. Sit back, read and enjoy. This prayer is for you. The Lord bless you and keep you: the Lord make His face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: the Lord lift up His countenance upon thee, an give thee peace. Numbers 6:24-26
