Four teenage friends find the unexpected when they canoe down the channel toward the mouth of Lake Hubbi. I think someone is watching us from up there.” Aiden caught the anxiousness in Ella’s voice and leaned over the side of the boat shading his eyes to see the willow tree. Her tone made Aiden’s hair stand up on the back of his neck and fear gathered in his throat.
