About this ebook

No one said spiritual studies and awakening and personal evolution couldn’t be enjoyable or fun. Becoming better acquainted with the Beings who are here to teach, guide, and serve one will allow one to truly know they have never, not even once been alone. Masters within are purely waiting to be asked and accessed. This book does not explain how to receive messages from Masters or inner resources; instead, it constructs and structures experiences by which the phenomenon occurs. Instead of stark information, this book works its magic by experiential activity, the effective ingredient for long-lasting and impactful changes. Enjoy the succinct yet powerful narratives, concepts to comprehend and collect, metaphors to imagine, what-if scenarios to try on, and mental processes to walk one’s Self through. Engage your heart and gut by calling up emotions, stepping into states of being, being suddenly attentive to what’s happening internally, tuning into your physical body, searching for answers to open-ended questions, recalling past experiences, and resolving recurring memories.

    Preface

No one said spiritual studies and awakening and personal evolution couldn’t be enjoyable or fun. Becoming better acquainted with the Beings who are here to teach, guide, and serve will allow one to truly understand and know they have never, not even once, been alone. This book allows one to move into their spiritual mastery, now.

Sitting with the Within Masters implies each person has Masters within that are not only willing and able to serve and assist but purely waiting to be asked and accessed. This book does not explain how to receive messages from Masters or inner resources; instead, it constructs and structures experiences by which the phenomenon occurs.

Information alone does not teach and is not the fodder of self-improvement, personal change, or even self-awareness. Experiential learning is the effective ingredient for long-lasting and impactful change within a person. Experiential growth involves evolving within and by experience, that is, moments in which one’s mind, heart, and body are engaged and fully participating in harmony with each other.

The recommendation will be to not read this book from cover to cover, as rich in content as it may be. Rather, the reader will be encouraged to engage in one or two activities and to allow discoveries to unfold piecemeal. Of course, how the reader further engages with the book or creates a new use for it is entirely up to the reader, as each one knows within how they best personally learn and grow.

For the mind, there are succinct yet powerful narratives to enjoy, concepts to comprehend and collect, metaphors to imagine, what-if scenarios to try on, and mental processes to walk one’s Self through. One’s heart and gut are engaged in calling up emotions, stepping into states of being, being suddenly attentive to what’s happening internally, tuning into one’s physical body, searching for answers to open-ended questions, recalling past experiences, and resolving recurring memories.

The reader can do one of the two described activities in one sitting and repeat the process many times over and over. There are no limiting factors in the doing and being departments. Both activities involve identifying an area of interest and then selecting numbers or individual objects from a seventy-piece collection. There are two ways to do so and thus two activities: one involves three selections the other involves six. It really is the reader’s intent and energy that drives the Divine in the divination inherent in the activity. The activity is also suited for two people to do together.

    How To Use This Book

There are seventy concepts in this book. Each is represented by a tangible item created by the reader or a card in a purchasable deck. The reader selects three or six items, depending on the to-be-described process also selected. Each number on that item or card corresponds to the particular concept. The reader reads, gives thought to, feels into the concept, and takes brief notes on the worksheets. Worksheets are found in the Illustrations and Worksheets section in the book.

Questions associated with each number and its content will encourage creative juices to flow and dots to connect in one’s mind. Condensing these notes even further into a summary, the reader records the main themes in another part of the worksheet for capturing the pure essence that applies to the reader’s area of interest.

There are two activities described, Draw-Three and Draw-Six. Worksheets for the Draw-Three and Draw-Six Activities are included in this book and may be copied, or a color-coded pdf may be downloaded at http://www.kriskramercoach.com/worksheets.html.

Both activities are further described in Activities in this section.

From this point forward the term cards will be used, keeping in mind that anything that can be picked up with one’s fingers will work.

Here are the steps in order and below are elucidations on these.

    1. Decide on the seventy Tangible Items or Cards, using those supplied or making one’s own or purchasing the cards.

    2. Decide on the Area of Interest and softly holding it in mind, spread out the cards, number face down.

    3. Draw Three or Six cards, depending on which activity and according to the activity, with regard to what each card represents.

    4. One by one, Write the Number of each card in its corresponding place on the worksheet.

    5. One by one, Read the Concept associated with each number, taking brief notes on the corresponding worksheet.

    6. Condense and Summarize the Notes to fit them into the corresponding blank areas on the worksheet.

    7. Read the Summarized Notes Aloud, as if one is reading to someone else or one is on a stage presenting the findings. Read the summary, according to the draw-three or draw-six card draw as described in the Activities Section.

    8. Save to Reflect Upon at a later time, which helps to appreciate personal progress.

    1. 70 Tangible Items or Cards

Which is it? Tangible item or card? Options abound here.

    Tangible Items Options

    • Cut out the seventy numbers included in this book.

    • Make one’s own seventy numbers.

    • Create a deck of cards or set of tangibles by drawing, coloring, painting, sculpting, crafting, or otherwise capturing one’s personal rendition of the meaning behind the numbered text. A personal set of seventy would deepen the exercise greatly.

    Cards

    • Purchase the author’s numbered cards at http://kriskramercoach.com/cards.html. Each card has a print of an original watercolor by Kris.

    2. Area of Interest (AoI)

One chooses an Area of Interest (AoI). Imagine a scale from one to ten to assess the intensity and importance of an AoI. An AoI scored a one would be something like taking a short road trip or calling a new friend or wearing some different-style clothes. An AoI scored a ten would be something like selling one’s house or getting married or moving to another country. Truthfully, this book and process works best with soft life areas such as issues with a spouse or family member, a life-stage decision such as retirement, a personal dilemma with illness or addiction, and the such.

An AoI scored five, six, seven, eight is desirable. This book and activity will not tell one whether or not to do something or predict an outcome. Instead, the reader gains much to think about or feel into, new perspectives to take, aspects to consider that perhaps had been under the radar.

    3. Draw Three or Six Cards

Shuffle or otherwise mix the cards for a minute or two, while thinking of the Area of Interest. Situate the cards or items so that they are all available for selecting while the number is hidden. For example, place cards on a table and spread them out or place folded and numbered slips of paper in a bowl. Any method one comes up with is suitable as long as the number is not visible and one’s hand can feel individual cards.

Draw three or six cards, depending on which activity and according to the activity with regard to what each card represents. Keep track of which numbers correspond with the order of draw and position assigned to each item or card. This is explained in the Activities Section.

    4. Write the Numbers on the Draw-Three Worksheet or Draw-Six Worksheet, depending on which activity was chosen. Write the number of the card’s item and the name of the concept in the corresponding location on the worksheet.

    5. Read Corresponding Text and Take Notes on Worksheet

Read the text to gain insight in the concept. If one purchased the cards, study the graphic, noticing what one notices first and perhaps why or what that observation may reveal about one’s self. Self-realizations are good. As are aha moments.

Write notes of thoughts and feelings in the fitting boxes in the worksheet. Thoughts, feelings, insights, descriptions, realizations will best serve if they are focused only on the reader and not contaminated by any thoughts of Other or Others. While this may seem hard at first, it is essential and something that becomes easier the more it is practiced.

    6. Summarize Notes into the Worksheet

As if one is preparing a summary or a report for someone else, condense the boxed notes into a summary and fit the meaning into proper grammar in the matching places in the worksheet.

    7. Read the Summarized Notes Aloud

As if one is reading to someone else or one is on a stage presenting the findings, read the summary, according to the three-card or six-card draw as described in the Activities Section.

    8. Save to Reflect Upon Later

Place the date of the activity on the worksheet and file it away. When one needs to be assured of one’s personal progress or wants to remember exactly how they surpassed a bump in life or when the Divine led one back to the remembrance for one reason or another, this filed worksheet will magically appear.

    Why

Why have I written this book? I had to. As the name suggests, I sat with my Masters, most often first thing in the morning with tea or coffee. I simply sat in their company, and then began receiving information in my mind. I came to realize I would receive only in those moments I had no agenda or will of my own.

    Finally.
