Lisa Williams-Bair, RScF, thrives on inspiring and empowering children, teens and adults, reminding each student of the beauty and gifts within themselves and others! Over the last 25 years, Lisa has taught various methods of meditation, leading people to experience the life they desire. Lisa knows the benefits of meditation and was moved when she felt the calling to co-create Four Fabulous Fairy Tales and Mindful Mini Meditations with her daughter, Abby. Abigail, “Abby,” has blessed the world with her kind heart, beautiful smile, and inspiring talents. She enjoys performing in talent shows, playing soccer, walking her dog, Lucy, and snuggling with her kitties, Sugar and Sir Blue. Abby flourishes when she interacts with small children and when she writes children’s stories that speak to the heart, mind and soul of children and parents alike.
