Image01_1.jpgA Constellation of Stars
A constellation of stars in this vast and endless universe
Could someday become my guiding light
Which could carry my thoughts to another realm, though trillions of miles away.
Beams of light would speak to me in a language of which only I can comprehend-
I have often wondered if there exists a galaxy
Where my spirit could be reborn and enlightened by these constellations of stars?
Everyone dreams of escaping their fears, and my dreams could become reality-
In this place where no darkness exists, as the stars are always present to illuminate
That magical pathway upon which I am walking,
This pathway that leads to the place where my fantasies could come to life.
I can feel the warmth exuded by the stars-
I own a spirit that is a part of me inside, secretly dancing to harmonious tunes,
Perhaps becoming a melodious orchestra playing within this glorious heaven?
I believe that I shall prosper here within this distant galaxy.
I could find myself in touch with my thoughts and feelings
Within that phenomenal paradise where my dreams may carry me far.
Constellations of stars often form patterns in the sky
And have become my guiding illumination shining hope upon
This extraordinarily golden pathway which has been paved before me to travel,
Within all of my fondest reveries.
My thoughts and my dreams within have become my own constellation of stars.
I can sense these thoughts and dreams coming alive inside of me, and about me
While they have become the brightest illuminations in this never abating universe,
Guiding me towards this refuge where my fantasies could come to life.
The world into which I was born is enlightened by a single star we know as the sun-
In that world all I could ever do was hope and dream of better things to come,
But storm clouds would often cover the sun and there all I could ever envision
Were ominous shadows where my dreams would transform to nightmares.
Upon this journey towards rapture I have escaped the reality of fear, dismay and doubt-
Where I have become a spirit dancing amidst a halo of stardust-
Darkening shadows have become enlightened by hope, strength and empowerment.
Beneath constellations of stars above me and those inside of the world of my thoughts
Patterns in the sky have formed illuminating the stage upon which
I can feel that dancing spirit rising within me as I become my own guiding light?

A Crystalline Palace
Locking a barricade to the world outside
I can hear the voices of demons screaming their irate madness-
I see my reflection in an iron door and am searching for light within.
I am searching for light to illuminate my destiny where I can be a solitary dancer,
Barred from the demons that shine their toxic flames
Upon the pathway that may lie before me,
That would leave none but ashes to be carried away by a forceful windstorm.
I am building a palace from crystalline glass- a palace that shall be free of lethal flames.
Inside of this phantasmal palace I have created for myself
Where my wish is to dwell eternally, my companions shall be
Those who speak to me only- I can lock that barricade that leads to the world outside.
Inside of this tranquil chamber I am in control of my fate.
At the moment when I awaken inside this world of my thoughts
I know I shall be blessed with a window of tranquility
Opening to a new world where there is nothing to fear.
I can become the person I wish to be- perhaps a joyous dancer
Upon a stage that shines light through the walls of my dream state?
I can see my reflection in every wall of this crystalline palace
Where there exists no wildfire, or no toxic illumination.
I search for the light that shall comfort me with its warmth and clarity
And mystical rainbows shall surround me with peacefulness and serenity,
Setting a stage upon which I can dance with pride.
I can open my eyes at the peak of the morning’s sunrise,
And I can feel that magical warmth of the sun’s rays caressing me,
As it glistens through the crystalline glass walls of my sanctuary,
Where moonlight, starlight and sunlight can freely shine through.
I have become a dancer inside of this symphonic world
Choreographed for me alone, where I have no reason to be fearful.
I have found my guiding light within the world of my fantasies,
Where light can become as subtle as candlelight or stardust,
Harmonious and exquisitely beautiful.
Here I know I am safe as a dancer upon the stage of light,
With all of its radiant glory where my thoughts are always in control.
While there shall be a time when the world shall vanish in the midst of a wildfire,
Fantasy can last for an eternity.

A Silent Waterfall
Rushing water gathers within a clearing pond
After a late summer’s tempest…
Rain droplets settle upon weathered stones as tiny gemstones
Would reflect a fair blue sky-
Sunlight would peek through slate gray clouds after the storm subsides.
A stream crawls over stones of granite- ever so gracefully
As it whispers to me hidden secrets reminiscent of past moments.
Fawns are tiptoeing through high grasses,
Coming together to forage at the base of a newly formed waterfall-
Secrets of my distant past I have held within
Were of times when storms were threatening-
However now I think of survival and of the doors
That have opened up my eyes to the wonders of days to come.
Do I hear rain falling now or that irate thunder clapping?
Do I feel my soul being carried away by the roaring of the wind?
I believe I have, but only for a brief instance in passing?
Silence rules now as water flows through a nearby creek calmly at dusk-
Could this be none but an illusion?
Stars scintillate and burst through patches of darkness.
While quiescence rules the twilight- I believe this world is at peace,
As more soothing memories are chanting melodies inside the world of my thoughts.
I feel myself drifting off to sleep-
Comforted by a mystically restful lullaby,
One that has been created by the serene enchantment
Of that silent waterfall…

After the Rain Has Fallen…
Saturn glimmers brightly as would a distant star
Hidden behind a rainbow of promises after the rain has fallen-
The enchantment of the sun would break through massive clouds of misfortune-
Trees that arabesque within a serene and silent gust of wind
Would for the moment rescue me from all that I fear.
After the rain has fallen and in the special moment that the wind subsides,
Slate-gray clouds are drifting away beyond our horizons
While wild geese in flight would decorate the now clearing skies
I recall the days when my tears would fall
With the deluge of rain- although after the rain had fallen
And after the tears had vanished, my aching heart would heal.
When I hear the thunder and feel raindrops forcefully striking me
I would wonder if demons in the sky are angry and wishing me ill fate?
After that anger subsides, tranquility would settle over grassy fields of peacefulness.
After the rain has fallen I would feel a miraculous revival of a new day’s beginning.
After tears have fallen I can see the world in a different light
And I feel a softening of my madness within none but a brief instant-
After the rain has fallen there exists clarity of fortune to be felt
With a chance for a newer and brighter future appearing
Within a discernible distance ahead…
Many brilliant stars shine down upon us all with brightening rays of serenity-
I do believe that fears and apprehensions in time shall vanish.
After the rain has fallen and after our tears have settled as crystalline dewdrops
Encircling the sanctuaries of our lives inside which we have chosen to freely dwell,
Enlightened by the stars above us….

Image02_1.jpgAlone
Solitude is a gift as is a river flowing,
Never abating- or as a golden tree
Growing alone upon a deserted island,
Somewhere amidst the vast, blue sea.
So blessed it is to own this island, seeing its transcendent reflection
Amongst the waters, as its branches would embrace the sunlight
At every dawning and upon every moonlit night-
Solitude is soothing and calming as is the silence
Of the very early morning hours sailing alone
With the
