Thomas is a little boy who just wants to fit in with his classmates so when he doesn't have a real story to tell, he makes one up. Unfortunately, Thomas learns that this doesn't make him feel very good about himself. His mother reminds him of how God can help him find forgiveness. By talking to God Thomas can lets go of his worries. He also begins to understand that being himself is best.

We learn about our uniqueness at a very early age, many times this is seen as something to be ashamed of rather than embraced. My hope is for my young grandson and all young children to love who they are and to not be afraid to be their own unique self. I hope that giving their worries to God can help them find peace and comfort in who they are and to always be true to themselves. The author currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
