FNL01.jpgTommy the Prodigal Son
There was once was a man who had two sons, Tommy and Jimmy. Tommy was the younger of the two, and all he could think about was his share of his father’s wealth. He thought daily about how he would use it—the things he would buy and the places he would go see. So one day he asked for his share of his father’s wealth so he could leave to do the things he wanted to do.
His father tried to persuade him to stay, but Tommy would not listen. Even after Tommy told his father he would be wise with his galaxy money and would make him proud, his father still did not want him to leave.
After a couple of days Tommy’s father finally agreed to give him his share of the wealth, even though he did not agree with his son’s choice to leave.
After Tommy got his inheritance money from his father, he got into his spaceship and left. He wanted to prove to his father that he could be wise with his galaxy money and make more money than his father had made. He knew for sure that, then, his father would be proud of him. So he left for Planet Business.
On the way to Planet Business where he would make all of his galaxy money, he had to pass by a planet called Fun World. The whole planet was an amusement park, made of all types of roller coasters, candy shops, and games. He thought to himself that he could have a little fun with the galaxy money he had gotten from his father. So with a quick turn, he headed for Fun World.
As he landed, he could see all of the candy shops and game booths. He could also see all of the rides, which stretched as far as the eye can see. He saw the Cosmic Space Drop; the Rocking Comet; and, his favorite, the Rocket. The fastest and biggest roller coaster ever built, the Rocket was more than five hundred miles long, with all kinds of loops, hoops, and twirls.
After getting out of his ship, Tommy began to walk around. He played some of the games and ate all kinds of candy and cotton candy. He also rode the Rocket more than a hundred times. He rode some of the other rides as well.
He was having so much fun. He even made two new friends while he was there. He paid for everything. When night came, the three of them stayed at Meteor Hotel, which was the most expensive hotel on Fun World.
The next day, Tommy decided to leave. But his two new friends did not want him to go just yet. They convinced him to stay and have some more fun with them. They did this because they had no galaxy money and were up to no good.
Time passed by, and Tommy and his friends were all having fun.
Then the day came when Tommy realized he was broke. He did not even have one galaxy penny to his name. But his two friends told him they knew of a place where they could get more money so they can continue to have fun.
So they all got into Tommy’s spaceship and headed to Waste Planet. This was where all the municipalities in the galaxy brought everyone’s garbage.
Tommy asked, Why are we going there?
His friends told him that they could find a lot of valuable stuff there to sell. Tommy trusted them and believed them.
After they landed, Tommy’s friends said they should split up and look around and see what they could find that could be sold for some more galaxy money. Tommy looked around, but he could not find anything of any value so he headed back to his ship—just in time to find his two new friends looking out of the cockpit window, waving and laughing at him as they took off with his ship.
Now he had no money and no ship. He sat down on a pile
