Every day in our lives, we are blessed. Whether we actually and consciously see some of those blessings or if they are taken for granted, we are blessed by God. From the moment he wakes us up in the morning to the very moment our eyes close in slumber, we are blessed. Let us be aware of every good outcome that is the result of any situation—that outcome is a blessing. There is nothing that happens in this world that happens by coincidence; God is aware of all things.

Marilyn, as a young child, has always performed in plays and programs for school and church. She has been writing poetry since Junior high school. Growing up in church, her life experiences, travel and creativity have become the foundation for her Inspirational writings. Some of her works are published in several national Anthologies. Every day in our lives, we are blessed. Whether we actually and consciously see some of those blessings or if they are taken for granted…we are blessed by God. From the moment He wakes us up in the morning to the very moment we close our eyes in slumber…we are blessed. There is nothing that happens in this world that happens by coincidence. God is Omniscient…that is to say that He knows and is aware of EVERYTHING. When something happens in our lives, God is allowing it for a reason and according to His purpose. Those things that happen may not be meant for us as an individual, He may be using us and that situation to help someone else. It doesn’t matter how bad or how good we think the situation may be, God is aware of what is happening in our lives. The situation may be a lesson that needs to be learned or it may be to fulfill a specific need that has to be met. Then after the lesson is learned or the need met, there will be a blessing received. Whether we perceive the blessing or not, whether we understand how the blessing was manifested or not, our faith must help us to believe that there is a blessing in the outcome. Our finite minds are not capable of understanding the workings and the wisdom of God. We must trust and believe that He is working out all things on our behalf and for our good.
