INTRODUCTION
What are we going to do today? The same thing we do every day: Try to take over the world
(Pinky and the Brain). Remarkably a cartoon saying at one time in my life was my motivation; my heartbeat. I believed and still do that I could conquer the world. Being young and ambitious, my actions were unrestricted. If I dreamed it, I tried it. I thought education, money, and power would equal success and happiness. To accomplish this, I created a formula and set out to make it work. Well somewhere along the way, some things did not happen according to the plans and I found myself searching again for a new, better formula to conquer the world.
One day sitting on my bed, holding my frog charm in my hand, a thought came to me. What if life’s unexpected events were handled with the mindset and movement of a frog. When frogs are startled by a noise or unexpected event (maybe a change in their life formula), they do not move until they discover where the noise or problem occurred (Badger). Their movement then is strategic, educated, and planned. How would life be different if everyone would think like a frog? The idea of acting like a frog was not new to me. Year earlier, my mother started me wearing and collecting frogs. She introduced the acronym: fully rely on God. I often worried about everything from being accepted to what I wore; then acceptance of people to career aspirations. My dad would ask me if I prayed about the situation. I knew to pray, but I wanted a tangible solution. Therefore, my mother gave me a stuffed frog. She said every time I saw the frog, I needed to remember the meaning. God was teaching me to trust Him. Yet, I had a part in the FROG plan. First, I had to bring everything to God. Then, know that He would protect and take care of me. Second, I had to be willing to take leaps of faith. God would put people in my
