Government

A Public Letter

This is Mr. Richard Lee Price. I am the one who has kept the Ten Commandments of God and still do, and I have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Therefore, I feel I have been chosen by the Lord Jesus Christ, to rule all nations with a Rod of Iron, or with firmness but with love and respect for all people, on Tuesday 10:00 A.M., November 14th, of 1995.

I also feel that if I am to pass on, I will be back with the Lord Jesus Christ in the 2nd coming. However, if I am still living in my physical body, I will be the first to meet the Lord Jesus Christ at the 2nd coming. I did for a moment of time in the year of 1999, on a Saturday in November, experience death for a couple of seconds in time, and I felt a swash, I had felt my soul coming back into my body. The Lord Jesus Christ had put me back into my body. A couple of days after that, I stated in my thought, that if I were to loose my sight and my hearing, I would want to be with the Lord Jesus Christ. And after I said that I immediately lost my sight and my hearing, for a second. And I felt another swash. The Lord Jesus Christ did restore my sight and my hearing at the same time.

The Lord Jesus Christ is a doctor above all doctors. For he is in the Father and the Father Mother God almighty is in him. I have also seen the spirit of the Father, in the form of white light, of which needs no natural power to be a white light for God is light. No man on Earth knows when the 2nd coming of Christ will be, neither knoweth the angels in heaven, neither knoweth the son, but the Father only, of which is close nigh they doors. So keep watch and be alert. If you do not keep watch, you will not know the hour or the time, the son of man cometh.

I also know that I have been going through a time of waring against the devil the root of all evil, with all my soul and all my physical bodily might. I do this and I will win this fight with the help of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Father in Heaven. The devil called Satan has already tried to kill me and cannot, for I have the Christ and the Father with me. I know the kingdom of God is with in me.

So, as long as law enforcement and the system of justice, puts forth the fight against crime and criminals, I have committed myself to put forth the good fight on the spiritual front. I am indeed a head injury patient with adult and child mental health care, on the south side of Indianapolis. I give them a high good commendation in mental health care of all their patients.

Constitution Of God’s Government

God’s Government is a church within itself and is the Highest Church in the Universe, Earth, and Heaven. God’s Government is also the Highest Government in the Universe, Earth, and Heaven.

Individual members are welcomed in God’s Government as Divine Representatives. Any church that professes and teaches about God and The Lord Jesus Christ is welcomed to become a member church of God’s Government. At the Highest levels of God’s Government, church and state can be united as one Individual Divine Representatives and Divine Representatives elected from among member churches can come together in a legislative assembly meeting called the Universal Divine House. Any Divine Representative in the Universal Divine House, can represent a political party, a religion of their church or both. In this way church and state can be united as one. There will be no state sponsored or established religion in the Universal Divine House of God’s Government, or in any part of God’s Government. However there will be Freedom of Religion in God’s Government. Being a member of an occult or being involved in any form of Satanic Worship is Highly prohibited and is against the law in God’s Government. The 1st Supreme Universal Monarch and Universal Lord Justice as Founder of God’s Government was Appointed by God and chosen by the Lord Jesus Christ to rule the world of Earth. His name is Mr. Richard Lee Price.

On Tuesday, November 11/14/1995, The Lord Jesus Christ communicated through mental telepathy, to the mind of Richard L. Price. It did go as such, This is Lord Jesus Christ, He who overcomes, I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is New Jerusalem, which cometh down out of Heaven from my God, and I will write upon him my new name. Richard L. Price will rule the world.

This communication was from Heaven, and it happened when he was driving to work from the Doctor’s office, sometime around mid-morning of the day time when the sun was shining. It did not effect his driving at all. It happened in Perry Township, Marion County, Indianapolis, Indiana, in the United States of America. He was age 37 at the time of the communication. He is a white man by race, and he has always been single, never married, and has no children at this time.

Chapter 2

The Universal Divine House

The Universal Divine House, shall elect it’s own President, House Speaker, Chaplain, and Secretary once every 2 years, and re-organize into different committees once every 2 years.

The member churches of God’s Government shall elect their Divine Representatives once every 2 years. Individual Divine Representatives shall have a life term, as long as they wish to.

The Universal Divine House shall have the authority to vote to approve or overturn, any actions or supreme vetoes of the Supreme Universal Monarch, by a 3/4ths vote of majority. This Divine House shall have the authority to sustain or overturn any rulings of the Universal Lord Justice or of the Universal Divine Court by a 3/4ths vote of majority. The Universal Divine House may vote on Universal Law by a slight majority. The Divine Representatives of the Universal Divine house and of God’s Government can be in cooperation and communication with Representatives and Senators, other Government leaders, and the United Nations, and local Government officials and legislators to help find answers, and solutions to any problems in any area. All divine representatives shall be helpful in a loving way. The Supreme Universal Monarch, himself is thee Highest Divine Representative of God’s Government under the direction of God and The lord Jesus Christ. He shall be humble, meek, and helpful in a loving way, for God is Love. The Supreme Universal Monarch can and may also vote in the Universal Divine House, at any time.

For the Supreme Universal Monarch or the Universal Divine House to vote, or to invoke the action of Divine Intervention would be very rarely done except in cases of disasters or emergencies. To invoke an action of Divine Intervention would require a 2/3rds vote of majority. In this case, a Supreme veto would not be allowable, because it would be labeled invalid. This would be the only safe guard against a Supreme veto. A Divine Intervention shall never be used as Martial Law, except that it be by thee Almighty God or the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. A Presidential veto is not allowed in the Action of Invoking a Divine Intervention. A Presidential veto is allowed, to veto a Universal Law by a slight majority. The Universal Divine House can override a presidential veto by a 2/3rds vote of majority. This Divine House can vote on a Constitutional Amendment by a 2/3rds vote of majority. It may either be ratified by the National legislatures or, by the member churches. A Divine Representative is the same as a citizen and is not above the Law in any Nation, State or local area, Therefore a Divine Representative is not immune from arrest by proper authority, and prosecution, unless he or she is a Mayor, Governor, or the President of a Nation, and the Law gives a statement to that effect. A Divine Representative, can be elected by a member church or appointed by the Supreme Universal Monarch and possible elected by the Universal Divine House.

A Divine Representative can be expelled from God’s Government by the Universal Divine House by a 2/3rds vote of majority for wrong doing, if the Ethics Committee votes to expel. The Ethics Committee shall be in charge of any Investigation of any Divine Representative. A member church of God’s Government shall have their own form of church Government, and shall be responsible, for their own form of church Government. A member church shall not be allowed to convert an outside member, or person to their ways of religion without that person’s consent or outside member’s consent. If this sad thing occurs, the Universal Divine House can vote to expel a member church of God’s Government, by a 2/3rds vote of majority.

Chapter 3

The Universal Divine Court

The Universal Divine Court, shall be the Highest Court of Justice, in the Universe, Earth, and Heaven. There shall be at the most, 24 Imperial Queens and 13 Kings of the Universal Divine Court known as Royal Justices. The Supreme Universal Monarch Acting as Universal Lord Justice can nominate or appoint any Royal Justice to a life term. The Universal Divine House can vote to confirm the Royal Justices to a life term, by a 2/3rds vote of majority. However, the Universal Divine House can impeach a Royal Justice, by a 2/3rds vote of majority for wrong doing. The Judiciary Committee shall be in charge of any investigations of such, and may 1st vote to overturn a ruling, and then it goes to the full Universal Divine House, for a vote. The Universal Lord Justice can and may vote within the Universal Divine Court. The Universal lord Justice, can also overturn any rulings coming from the Universal Divine court, or it could be referred to the Universal Divine House. The Authority for now of the Universal Divine court is cut short some what. The Divine Court cannot overturn any rulings from any supreme court of any nation or state, but if a case were to be brought to the Universal Divine Court, It can make a ruling that would be legal and binding on all parties to the case and for the whole earth. Any National Court or State or local Court, and legislature cannot overturn any rulings coming from the Universal Divine Court. God’s Government would be the Highest Government, but would be separate from the National, State, and local Governments.

Chapter 4

The Supreme Universal Senate

The Supreme Universal Senate is another law-making body of God’s Government and is still planned, and will be involved in the makings of Universal Law. There shall be 2 Supreme Senators each from the 3rd World Nations. In Nations that have 100 million people or over. There shall be 8 Supreme Senators each.

Each Nation shall be free to choose or elect their Supreme Senators as they so wish to do, and according as their election laws shall allow. The closest number of Supreme Senators of the Supreme Universal Senate is 430, but there could be more or less in the future due to changes in the world. Once every 2 years, the Supreme Universal Senate shall regroup into different committees, and shall elect a president, a vice president, sheriff, and secretary. The Supreme Universal Senate can vote on Universal law by a slight majority; It can vote to convict an impeached Divine Representative by a 2/3rds vote of majority and any other high government official of God’s Government, including a royal justice of the Universal Divine Court. The Supreme Universal Senate can and may act as a High Universal Court. Unlike the Universal Divine Court, the Supreme Universal Senate can and may overturn any rulings of any Supreme Court of any Nations, of whether a case is brought to it or not., by a 2/3rds vote of majority. The Supreme Universal Senate can overturn any rulings from the Universal Lord Justice and /or the Universal Divine Court, by a 3/4rths vote of majority.

It can override a Presidential veto, by a 2/3rds vote of majority. It can overturn a Supreme veto by a 3/4rths vote of majority.

If a candidate for the position of Supreme Senator is a Divine Representative upon being chosen or elected by his or her nation, he or she may have to give up the position of Divine Representative temporarily while he or she is a Supreme Senator until his or her term ends. It may draw a conflict of interest between the Universal Divine House and the Supreme Universal Senate. However, if he or she is a life time Divine Representative authorized by the Supreme Universal Monarch, then he or she can continue being a Divine Representative while being a Supreme Senator as long as he or she does not vote during that time with in the Universal Divine House. A Supreme Senator can only represent a political party.
