About this ebook

Bipolar Sagacity Volume 5 continues with the theme of the first book, Bipolar Sagacity. It underscores the profound bipolar spiritual, psychological, and social struggles a person of introspection experiences as he/she travels throughout the stages of the adult life cycle. This life, both past and present, witnesses to the fact that many people of astute perceptual skills, religious faith, and intellectual knowledge live lives of great contradictions—those bipolar experiences that challenge the very essence of sanity. Yet in truth, the commentary in this book—whether ruminations, lamentations, exhortations, questions, sayings, or aphorisms—encapsulates what it means to be human as a cognizant and vibrant living adult, whether as celebrated through supplications, acknowledgment of thanks, discovered truths, or founded wisdom or by experiencing all the human fallibilities and negative perceptions associated with powerful emotional states such as confusion, fear, anger, jealousy, etc.

What’s being physically annihilated feel like? TS 17

Some prospective employers apply only one criteria toward you in order to determine whether you will be a prospective employee and that’s: what do you look like? TS 17

Whatever you’re asked to do, follow it thru and you’ll know you can do what’s being asked of you. TS 17

The life without affection is the vast desert. TS 17

There’s a shelf-life to how long a given social environment will tolerate your light. TS 17

How does a guy who never wore a belt to work get offered a job as a Vice President? TS 17

The man void of viable opportunities is like the farmer without soil. TS 17

Sometimes, the only way to power is to outlast them all. TS 17

Lord, cut down the machinators that despise your servants and degrade your holy and wise plans. TS 17

I have set the all-time record in white-collar history for job rejections. TS 17

If a man has no family ties because his family chooses to reject him, it’s no fault of his own. TS 17

The emptiness of achievement is the epitomized definition of forlorn. TS 17

Miserable lives, ornery wives, and living in dives makes some men play with knives. TS 17

The man that cannot open his heart and mind is useless to himself and everyone he associates with. TS 17

There is a price to be paid for evolved personal holiness to become a reality in one’s life. TS 17

Mid-life is for the purpose of reviewing how much of your earlier life was misguided by delusional goals. TS 17

The father whose sons didn’t beget him a grandson suffers the greatest shame as his bloodline runs dry. TS 17

    Death is ugly. TS 17

To have your greatest talents rejected by the so-called boss is heart-breaking. TS 17

Waiting so long has made me into a different man. TS 17

Every day you don’t get any love, then your life experiences inversion of energy and that debilitates your physical specimen. TS 17

And how many sincere and meaningful hugs have you experienced as an adult? TS 17

To be holy, free, feeling no pain and being able to help without being obstructed. What a life to be. TS 17

Even warriors get tired of the senseless suffering. TS 17

What happened to all the United We Stand bullshit that went down right after 9/11? The USA is a social and political sham. TS 17

What does it feel like to be run over by a car? TS 17

The USA: The greatest sham on earth. TS 17

Maybe if the wealthy so-called Christians in America gave-up their gated out-of sight out-of-mind lives, America could see some light. Total joke! TS 17

A new law has been passed: All cowardly white-collar criminals shall be shot in the balls in Times Square. TS 17

What happened to all the United We Stand American flags people were flying on their cars? TS 17

Cover it in love. TS 17

Tell them all to kiss-off. TS 17

Eating too much all the time is not only a sin, it’s probably killing you as well! TS 17

Joy’s as big as a house now! What the hell happened? TS 17

What use is achieving holiness if you remain imprisoned? TS 17

Lord, I have failed miserably in this life. That’s my confession. TS 17

I am in a compactor and the walls are getting tighter. TS 17

Some people’s hell-bent selfishness muddies the waters of social environmental function and peace. TS 17

A social mess on your hands is an opportunity to learn strategy, fortitude and discipline. TS 17

One’s body language either says: be my friend or go to hell. TS 17

Do you really have the faith to believe it’s going to be alright? TS 17

Science should be taking us on our quest to find Almighty God not on a road to denying him. TS 17

The effective scientist is asking new questions every day. TS 17

New questions should burn pathways toward discovering new truths that currently remain unknown. TS 17

The marriage that shouldn’t be creates all kinds of problems. TS 17

The man that has learned much and cannot do anything extraordinarily productive with his knowledge is a walking tragedy. TS 17

The manager that cannot sometimes defer when necessary is a fool. TS 17

Blathering fools cannot ever fool the truth. TS 17

Lord, I am alone and lost and I don’t know what I need anymore in order to right the ship of my life. TS 17

The madness of my folly must end in order for me to get on with the show. TS 17

When your head is so heavy, then you must lay that burden down man! TS 17

When deliverance has been delivered on your behalf, then why are you going to go back to sin? TS 17

Almighty Lord God is not opposed to humor. TS 17

Wouldn’t it be great to make Jesus laugh? TS 17

The cross of denial is a heavy burden to bear. TS 17

The man that wants to abandon folly has lassoed hope. TS 17

My past stupidity has mortified into poverty. TS 17

Men; discover the boy in you again and live! TS 17

If there is no victory to be wrought, then what’s the point? TS 17

Muscle palpitations are caused by inverted energy that cannot reach its original intended destination. TS 17

Why do all of this thinking if everything remains stinking? TS 17

Assassinate the willful machinating asshole. TS 17

Let the machinator have his schemes boomerang upon his own head. TS 17

Politics and jealousy deprive the poor. TS 17

You can behold and not beget. TS 17

The law of math says that there’s going to be some average people. TS 17

And how many people’s talents have never been found? TS 17

I missed Clarrisa in her red plaid skirt. My huge loss! TS 17

Saipan is a hideout. TS 17

Saipan is filled with eccentrics, scoundrels and criminals. TS 17

What ass says, I will cover you, then turns around and says, pay him back? What a scoundrel ass wipe! TS 17

Leadership is not necessarily management, but it could be. TS 17

Waiting too long can be the death of you. TS 17

Lamenting all the time gets old and complaining all of the time leaves you cold and neither experiences motivate the throngs to be in your fold especially when you have no gold and you know most of the cowardly souls in the throngs need to be told. TS 17

I would rather have some pink lemonade in the shade than your machinating flattering accolades. TS 17

Accolades fade and don’t guarantee that you will get paid. TS 17

Nothing to do is not a problem for the few but rather the masses and that’s nothing new with a pretty shitty-ass view. TS 17

Whatever the best – whether to divest or invest – don’t be a pest because then you’ll be nobody’s guest - and that reality will get no rest in your quest to be known as the best. TS 17

Boredom kills lives; if you doubt it, check the archives. TS 17

Hedonism’s road leads down two roads: the slow suicide or the sudden death. TS 17

When you get to a place in life where nothing matters, then clearly you cannot shatter and it’s more than likely you won’t be getting any fatter. TS 17

If you’re so cool fool, then why are you out of fuel to live? TS 17

A man with only one tooth may appear uncouth, but if he consistently tells the truth, he is esteemed like Ruth. TS 17

Some people love their booze, fake news and beautiful views, but ultimately, they lose because of their short life fuse. TS 17

    To know Christ is to:

    1. Know the light.

    2. Fight the fight outright.

    3. Seldom have time to fly a kite.

    4. Live amongst the blight.

    5. Know the might.

    6. Be treated by the world as out-of-its-sight.

    7. Empathize with people’s plight.

    8. Have informed sight.

    9. Vacate fright.

    10. Know what’s right.

    11. Never be tight.

    12. Later ordained in white. TS 17

Beware: you might make a sale through the mail that could put you in jail. TS 17

You may certainly never go to Yale, but you might surely instead go to jail. TS 17

Don’t rob someone who has done a great job. TS 17

You might be in a rage because you’re not on stage but rather living in a cage on a low wage as a result of being no sage. TS 17

Where there is no reason, there will always be treason. TS 17

If a guy is 75-years-old and he’s questioning the length of his mortality, then why is he still working when he has $250,000 dollars in the bank and could be living in the Philippines with a 45-year-old beauty? Just sad man. TS 17

The finished product is great but the mess of the process is the best. TS 17

Someone might be just so beautiful that you cannot be her friend. TS 17

My undoing was I didn’t get the girl and have a nice home and a family. TS 17

If during the course of your lifetime, no one commits to helping you as motivated by his/her pure diligent love, then you’re in for a forlorn ride. TS 17

The powerful personality learning grace takes time. TS 17

The goal of the old man should be comfort before he checks-out. TS 17

The old man who has no one to surround him that he adores is in serious poverty before he exits the check-out door. TS 17

Part of being human is desiring to make love to multiple people besides your spouse. TS 17

You cannot make love to a rock. TS 17

Sexual fantasies are the chosen fruit in the cereal. TS 17

    What is beyond? TS 17

Sometimes your failure is related to the fact that the world is not ready for you. TS 17

Even the most efficient managers overlook the obvious sometimes, but competent help can nip that reality in the bud. TS 17

Nobody bats 1.000 percent; not at work, not in bed and not in life. TS 17

The people who are taking the money away from you are the people you need to vacate. TS 17

Boredom has the ability to take you down for the count. It is true. TS 17

If you can derive something profitable out-of-a-mess, then you’re a valuable asset to have around. TS 17

All I am doing is enduring another day to experience the same of what I have experienced in the past. And, within this lifestyle, I am a marked failure. TS 17

The man that doesn’t have anyone scratching his back, doesn’t have anyone to account to and he’s less of a man because of it. TS 17

My body has actually experienced so much duress that I have bled-out in the forehead. No lie. TS 17

The ideas for your education and development are all around you so why can’t you see them? TS 17

The man purely helping the most will surely be assailed. TS 17

What happens at the Community Pregnancy Center? Does everyone in the community go there to get pregnant? TS 17

Your wellspring reservoir of energy is related to the presence of the Holy Spirit’s perpetual grace and mercy; and without it, you will eventually fall down. TS 17

Get stoned and learn something. TS 17

Ignorance and evil is a lethal combination for the author and the social environmental audience influenced by it. TS 17

The sober man who lives the rejected life, suffers the double-whammy of misery because there is so much he consciously misses because of his hell-bent sobriety. TS 17

The hedonist burns-out his pleasure options; and then, he now has to become something else. TS 17

The fact that nobody of any significant resources ever steps forth to help you bring forth pure truth – is mathematically bizarre. TS 17

It’s all such a joke, so how can you be lamenting? TS 17

If I want to understand who you are, then I observe what you’re behaviorally doing – not what you’re saying. TS 17

Fish bowl living shrinks the mind, and a shrunken head belongs in the freak show. TS 17

My sobriety and my right mind has done me no favors, so why in the hell are employers under the impression that someone on drugs is incapable of performing a job well-done? TS 17

To be intellectually brilliant and compassionate is a rare bird indeed! TS 17

The sober-minded man’s tunnel vision leaves him a slave to his ignorance. TS 17

Nobody is free; you’re either a slave to God, your physical body, your idolatrous ways or the Devil, but you’re never free. TS 17

My life is like being inside the bottom of a glass whose walls are coated with oil. Good luck. TS 17

I know what it’s like to sit in a prison while living on the outside. TS 17

The Catholic’s are lost; they talk about supporting Catholicism and the Saints but rarely talk about Jesus. TS 17

If Jesus knew his enemies were going to kill him – then you shouldn’t be too far behind in knowing what’s going to happen to you for truly fostering good. TS 17

The blind fools around you will never catch your vision nor respect the fact that you can even create one. TS 17

Maybe Almighty God will intercede on your behalf as a result of your diligence for a job well-done or maybe he will not. TS 17

In your times of righteous trouble, don’t expect any heroes to be standing with you for the realization of a positive story book-ending. TS 17

The people who say, That’s just the way it is, and add nothing into the equation of helping, truly aid in keeping things the way they are. TS 17

My resolve toward hopelessness is like the man who is on the way to his execution. TS 17

The creator of knowledge is more valuable than the pontificator of knowledge. TS 17

When the inversion of your stress is actually causing you physical pain or to bleed-out, you’re now playing with the big boys. TS 17

The man that has something to show for coping in the meanwhile with his boredom, is someone who more than likely can be entrusted. TS 17

And how many people’s lives are being lost for the big picture’s sake? TS 17

If you love your things way too much, then maybe some kind of tempest event will come and blow them away. TS 17

Time affords pleasure then betrays the pleasure seeker by taking pleasure away through its cessation. TS 17

Having to bleed for the realization of something pure is a high price to pay. TS 17

There’s just so much darkness in people’s souls; so then, where do you begin in helping the reconstruction process? TS 17

The man that forgets his help is a fool. TS 17

I remember this 20-year-older than me intellectual wannabe dude who tried to take my job; and then, when I did leave, he didn’t even get the job he tried to steal from me. Classic. What an ass! TS 17

You cannot do much maneuvering in a jail. TS 17

What kind of family doesn’t even know that you had a near-death experience? TS 17

The mentally ill and the elderly populations suffer greatly in the USA. TS 17

The only thing now that will derail the corrupt out-of-control money system is a mass natural catastrophe. TS 17

Try working in a hopeless social environment and see how well that goes for you. TS 17

I don’t want to sell my soul in order to keep my job. TS 17

The shame of being a lame duck employee knows no bounds. TS 17

When autopilot has become your official reality, you are now officially dead. TS 17

When intimacy in your life gets cut-off, now you begin to die. TS 17

There are way too many unjust penal sentences being carried-out in the USA today. TS 17

Jesus, save me from jealous liars. TS 17

The man without the intelligent wife loses big time. TS 17

When there’s nothing worthy that can be said and embraced, then nonsense takes hold and begins its debilitating work. TS 17

And why has Kline returned? TS 17

Someone is always who we think he is until we get to know who he really is. TS 17

Did some of us kick ourselves out of western society or did we get kicked-out? TS 17

The Devil does not have the patience that Almighty God has and that’s why he will never be God or overthrow God. TS 17

So Hurricane Harvey has brought out the Devil that is Joel Osteen. Is anyone surprised? TS 17

    Philosophy and Management of Supervision

    of Academic Programs

One primary philosophy toward managing faculty is empowering faculty to have the freedom to be creative in their development of new curriculum ideas that can be added into the course guides and student learning outcomes that are assigned to those specific courses they are teaching.

Secondly, I philosophically believe part of the empowerment process for motivating faculty relates to an academic manager’s approachability in reference to new ideas, diverse teaching methods, new course and/or program development, etc. Creating a social environment where faculty can feel secure in their jobs along with having a sense of freedom to create, innovate and express knowledge is the best possible intellectual and teaching environment that benefits not only the faculty, but the students as well.

Third, another proficiency aspect of managing academic programs relates to an ability to prioritize and gain access to pertinent resources for the purpose of enriching the functioning of those programs and the academic knowledge they are disseminating. For instance, searching for grants, identifying and procuring local community resources, building advisory committees, identifying professional development opportunities and equipping classrooms with learning technology upgrades are an integral part of elevating academic programs – and should be expedited quickly to achieve program goals.

Lastly, it is important for faculty to be observed in the classroom so that you can provide them with relevant constructive information in reference to their teaching style, use of methods, organizational skills, use of technology, voice and diction, student interactive skills, etc. TS 17

People’s body language says it all; so, you cannot say that you didn’t know they were machinating against you. TS 17

If you got your dickhead pinched by your pants zipper and you broke the skin, then it’s a one in the million experience; likewise, because it’s a one in a million experience, then maybe you’ll be dead before it ever happens again. TS 17

Other people’s proclivity toward self-preservation might be holding you back from being where you ought to be regardless of what excellence you have achieved. It’s true. TS 17

Pure and good intentions are great, but if you don’t have what you need, you will inevitably tank-out. TS 17

When you can finally say: I don’t know what I need? now your hope has commenced. TS 17

Lord, I am so alone. No one ministers to me. It’s been rarely or never all of my life. TS 17

The effective consummate manager is the following:

    1. Aware.

    2. Organized.

    3. Prepared.

    4. Adaptable.

    5. Empathetic.

    6. Approachable.

    7. Intellectual.

    8. Helpful.

    9. Knowledgeable.

    10. Humble.

    11. Able to make timely decisions.

    12. Not a buck passer.

    13. Able to defer.

    14. Able to delegate.

    15. Able to communicate orally and in written form.

    16. Capable of communicating with diverse persons. TS 17

When your deepest innards want more, then you should go for more and even fail or succeed so you will know you tried what was meant to be tried. TS 17

If your knowledge cannot solve problems, then either the knowledge you possess is useless or you’re useless. TS 17

When it all comes down to push and shove, the corporate world doesn’t want the artists managing anything. TS 17
