Beware of the coward who wants you to take the fall for him knowing that your fall relates to his realized stake issues and your demise; however, your agreement to this arrangement would be extraordinarily unwise so seek to revise and devise another option. TS 18

And how many dudes are saying, I did the trust thing, but it went bust, or, I tried the trust thing, and I got kicked in the nuts! TS 18

Don’t give me the world on your 100% terms because then it won’t matter to me what you offer even though I rightfully deserve what you’re offering despite your unreasonable terms. TS 18

to Constructive Criticism Regarding

Work Processes in order to Realize

Viable Products or Services

Any manager of a business should be mindful to comprehend that constructive criticism about what entails all of the processes associated with completing viable work should be heard and not ignored. The reason being is because constructive criticism identifies what needs to be addressed and corrected in order to make completed work more productive regarding the processes for producing viable products or services in an excellent way. Hence, constructive criticism procedures might implement the following means to assess and critique the work process. First, managers should be cognizant of critical factual information that is being generated based upon objective information rather than through the result of ill-will. Critical factual information that could be tested for its objectivity would be empirical in nature - in that - multiple persons could corroborate those areas of identified criticism in a similar manner.

Second, the primary goal of constructive criticism of work processes is to assess areas of weakness or failure so that products or services might be improved upon, thereby keeping the business profitable. Similarly, with an open-minded approach toward inquiring of employees or fellow managers for their input regarding areas of weakness or failure in the processes of work, convening multiple sources of knowledge regarding this stake issue not only identifies what needs to be acknowledged, but also opens the door for those participants to offer intervention solutions for what work processes need corrections?

Third, another worthwhile method that effective managers might apply for welcoming constructive criticism regarding work processes is to take a sociological and psychological approach toward understanding if work processes are being performed in a dysfunctional manner versus a productive one? Some sociological theories that might be applied in order to achieve this goal could be structure functionalism (all divisions of labor serve as necessary functions connected to a larger functioning system), or utilizing the seven areas of social reality (historical, social relationships, culture, economics, stake issues, institutions and environment) to serve as points of assessment in order to generate rightful questions regarding what are identifiable origins for explaining dysfunctional current work processes versus productive ones? In addition, those psychological theories that might be helpful in light of understanding problematic work processes might also directly be applied for comprehending the labor behavior of employees. Some psychological theories that might be effective for assessing areas of employee behavioral concern or performance might be: reality construction; behavioral modification (positive and negative reinforcement), cognitive theory (perception and thinking), existentialism (why labor might be perceived as meaningless versus meaningful?), etc.

In summation, the effective manager who isn’t afraid of hearing negative reports about the work processes he manages does well, and also builds a trusting work culture on behalf of his/her employees. Moreover, he/she has the astute ability to embrace vital corroborating empirical evidence for identifying and remedying what is problematic in work processes in order to achieve viable products or services - thereby keeping consumers happy, employees contented and productive, and his/her company profitable. As long as nobody cares about what you do for a living, then maybe your life is meaningless. TS 18

The person of duplicitous actions fools no one despite fooling him/herself by believing that he/she is actually fooling people. TS 18

And what is a greater tragedy than the adult person in the last stage of the life cycle who is still bound by his psychological fixations from childhood? TS 18

Maybe your iconoclastic achievements are scaring people away. TS 18

Sedulous smartphone devotion is: Let the dead bury the dead, as Jesus well said. TS 18

There should be a class action lawsuit against the God who has formulated that masses of middle-aged people will have nothing meaningful to do. TS 18

Truly remember that your suffering maybe related to the fact that many are not worthy of you. TS 18

There is no debate that you can choose to make yourself into something great even though you’re surrounded by and have only known idiots. TS 18

Moribund + Dumb = the zero sum. TS 18

It’s never too late to make that date to overcome hate. TS 18

Get rid of the incompetent/oppressive fool and the victory is wrought in whatever social environment is imprisoned by such lunacy. TS 18

Duplicity can never eradicate its foundation which is stupidity. TS 18

I don’t respect people who willfully drive-off the cliff. TS 18
