I’m grateful for the opportunity to share just a portion of the daily tips my husband and I put into practice when raising our children. I owe the utmost respect and thanks to my husband for believing in me and encouraging me to follow my heart and choose to stay home and raise our children. It was not easy putting on hold a wonderful career as an educator that helped to support our growing family, but he encouraged me to be the woman, wife, and mother that my heart was guiding me to be in that season. I am forever grateful.
I also want to thank my mother who was one of the many women who raised children with an age gap. Mom you did a wonderful job with dad’s support and I applaud your sacrifice. Thank you both for giving us our baby brother!
Lastly, I am grateful for the children that we have been blessed with. You four are the reason this book exists and I pray that these tips will be useful to you when you are parents and have your own children one day.
