Inspiration is different from anything that has been seen or read. It is a compilation of different experiences and lessons learned on an incredible journey with Christ. As Christians, it can be very challenging to live in this world and not be of the world. We read of individuals like ourselves in the Bible who were able to withstand the attacks of the enemy. They were courageous, strong, and full of the Spirit of God. How did they do it, some even with the threat of a fiery furnace before them? What about Joseph? How is it that he was able to run from sexual temptation?

It is possible to love God with all your heart and for that love to motivate you to follow God completely. The problem we face today is not that we dont know what God wants; its the inspiration to do it. The words of inspiration inspire you to acquire a deeper trust in God than you ever thought possible.

Ruth is a graduate of Oakwood University. Her love for writing started at the age of 7. She loves speaking and writing about Jesus. She has written poems, prose, devotionals, testimonies, and short stories. She has spoken at Oakwood University programs, and Prayer Meetings. Her writings can be heard over the airways on WFSD LP 107.9 “With you always” Tallahassee, Florida radio station. She has a published feature article in INSIGHT magazine entitled “In Jesus’ Shadow” October 2015 edition. The Inspiration for her writing comes from God. Sharing the love of Christ is her passion. Ruth and her husband are now the proud parents of a baby boy- Jessie Jr. She says “It is my prayer that everything in this book will inspire readers to re-experience the beauty and blessing of life in Christ.”
