The Thirteenth Apostle: My Journey out of the Religious Maze
()
About this ebook
Reality and pseudoreality. There is God, and there is man. If a man seeks truth, he must be eligible for the reception of truth. Mankind does not know this. Consequently, believing in the existence of truth, he assumes he is therefore able to perceive it. This is not in accordance with experience in our religions, but it continues to be believed, particularly by the four thousand religions on the earth that we follow blindly.
The science of effecting a bridge between the inner and outer man has been rare, and for the most part forgotten, inevitably there are those that think their religion stands them in good stead and accept the truth of these lesser experiences and rituals when they worship. They are wrong. Gods heart lies only with the Sufis.
A man cut down a tree one day. A Sufi who saw this taking place said, Look at this fresh branch, which is full of sap, happy because it does not yet know it has been cut off and ignorant of the damage that it has suffered. But it will know in due time. Meanwhile you cannot reason with it.
This severance, this ignorancethese are the states of the leaders of religion, worshiping the ceremonies rather than God.
Mathew Carter
Religion has taught the earth nothing in every century past. I awoke into this life with only one quest, my mother wanted me to be a Catholic. during the nun's and priest's induction My soul told me 'This is Wrong' even a ten years of age I had no interest in their propaganda, as my life progressed these feelings clarified, I had been born on this planet for many centuries, and although I experienced many many religions, none ever led me to God. Why? My soul guides led me to a spiritual Master, only then did I find God. Now after over sixty years here my guides tell me I have come from Andromeda, why? because most of the earth visitors have long since dispensed with all religion, they have long known that meditation and unconditional love is the only way to connect with the original first being.

CHAPTER 1
Facing the Problems
Some of you may be quite happy with your life and you may not be able to see through the various illusions represented within your life or indeed feel any need to do so. But the fact remains that all life can be represented by a sine wave; there are peaks, and invariably, you will be confronted with a trough. Problems invariably arise sooner or later in most people’s lives, it is just the way of it. On this count, none of us are alone for life brings to all of us, at some time, challenges, great and small.
The original architect that instigated all things has planned it that way. If everything in your life ran smoothly, without any problems, we would already be with God. We are not! And mainly because the love we think of as real in this world is also often an illusion because it is frequently conditional, if not even selfish. Instead, we find ourselves in a world of inconsistencies and of opposites. Our time is spent trying to find a way between these inconsistencies and opposing forces.
Why?
The earth is facing one particular and huge problem—never before has there been so many people on this planet. If I overlook the most obvious problem of how to feed us all, bearing in mind that the world does not see the famines it once did, at least for the moment, but that ‘food mountains’ exist and there is much waste in the name of profit, and many are still poorly fed, the huge numbers inhabiting this earth necessarily bring challenges.
I believe that there is a reason why humans inhabit this planet in such high numbers at this time. One factor at work is the decline of religion, at least in the West, where science and technology have grown and replaced religion in essence. Tired of the tired old words spoken in churches, many are looking elsewhere and beyond the limiting structures of religion. More people, asking more questions, are likely to bring more answers and perhaps the answers that we need in this world and the next.
Our devotions and petitions to God demonstrate little by way of replies or obvious changes in our daily lives. Of course, there will always be a need for religion because we need to know there is a higher power and a reason for our existence and the universe that surrounds us. Let us face it everything had to come from somewhere.
But right now, the original plan is not being fulfilled. All these souls that surround us at the moment are here for one reason only, to grow, to learn, to evolve as spiritual beings having a material experience.
The entire situation right now occurs because our souls do not and are not evolving; the entire purpose of planetary life was for us to. After some centuries evolve to a point where we no longer need to exist on a planet, we were to be free to explore the many glorious, magnificent dimensions, universes, and other worlds that the original first being created for us. That is the situation.
My own life has been planned and manipulated to an extent that now allows me to see both my own soul guides and other soul energy from the second dimension; that is only because I chose to evolve and become all that a man or more precisely a soul may become.
We are in a process of releasing and compensating karmic debt, and for many of us, that will mean, after a time of rest on the astral plane when we die, a return to earth to continue the learning and healing work. We are all different, and we will all have different karmic debts to resolve, perhaps even to the earth itself, Gaia, the body on which we make our home during this material
