A First Helping of Rice, Lentils, and Vegetables for All to Share and Care

About this ebook
It explains the quality and life expectancy. It covers a period of nearly nine months from July 2002 until April 2003.
The activities and developments are details that are worth learning about how many people still live as working class in the world but who seek to find a better life.
My expectations from a point of view of hospitality were more than fulfilled, and this was mainly due to the way I was treated.
The book talks about finding a peaceful way of life regardless of where you are in the world and attempts to find a way to overcome many obstacles, such as money and resources.
Probably the last important issue is communicating and treating people with a great deal of respect because there is always someone in the world who is worse off than you.
Danny Teller
It sums up a great deal of relevant information about the many awesome challenges of relocation from one country to another. I knew what to expect from previous adventures. Thus, becoming a professional teacher has allowed me to project on my true talents to help educate the world’s most populous nation.

To the Reader
H ello there, my loyal readers. I am so glad that you can join me once more for yet another scintillating voyage of exploration, discovery, and excitement. Another reason I am so happy you have started reading this so we can share some sarcasm, curiosity, and spirituality. As with most books, the first sentence is normally the hardest one to write because it must attract the initial attention of the reader. The second and third sentences are also rather hard because they mostly project a continued pattern of mutual content which is mentally beneficial and socially rewarding. This book is predominately compiled or arranged in three main parts because I was lucky enough to go to Nepal three times. The first occasion was from 2002 to 2003, for a period of between five and six months.
The second one, in 2005, was a much shorter period of just twelve to thirteen days. The third and final visit wasn’t until the summer of 2012. When I traveled with my girlfriend, Yvonne Wu, for nearly three weeks.
During my first two visits, I was more than overwhelmed by the intimate hospitality of the Nepalese people. This, plus other personal issues, contributed to my classifying Nepal as one of my favourite countries that I had ever been.
In fact, this feeling remained inside my conscience for at least ten years, when it became apparent that those who lived in the more deprived areas of the world wished or wanted to treat you like a king or queen, no matter what.
Of course, with the rapid changing of times, which included the economy, patience, honesty, desire, and patriotism, this has taken a steady but anticipated alteration. By this, I mean that the 2012 visit had some moral issues, with the Nepalese people becoming a bit more transparent concerning how they wished to continue to live in the future and beyond.
Yvonne’s and my stories will project a more balanced and ethnical approach in terms of the fact that what people expect, they receive, and what people receive, they expect – not the reverse, as is normally the scenario.
It’s our humble opinion that peace, love, harmony, and tranquillity can be found, as we have discovered in our many travels. It just depends on what people are really looking for or need because we are all so different in mind, body, and spirit.
Furthermore, as our indelible lives continue, most or many of us experience another very important factor about life itself. What we generally expect, we don’t receive, and what we generally receive, we don’t expect. I believe this sums up most of our feelings concisely, for what suits one person may likely not suit someone else.
I thought it might be appropriate to mention one final thought which will eternally remain in my mind, especially after my first two visits: Dear travellers, you are more than welcome to come to our country as guests, but you must always leave as loyal and everlasting friends.
And with those remarks of esteem and goodwill, please sit down in a comfortable armchair. Take a deep breath of fresh air and delve into the world of Nepal and the eternal hospitality of the ever-changing generations.
The first book, A First Helping of Rice, Lentils, and Vegetables for All to Share and Care will be divided up into four volumes.
The second book, just one volume, will be titled A Second Helping of Rice, Lentils, and Vegetables in a Warm-Hearted Communal Family Environment.
The third book, just one volume, will be A Third Helping of Nepalese Food with a Few Unexpected Changes.
