Chinyere Almona

Chinyere Almona is a dynamic, creative and multitalented African Christian woman. She has been involved in active ministerial work for over 20 years. She has a strong Pan-African perspective as an alumna of the British Council’s Pan-African InterAction Leadership Program, aimed at building Leaders with a heart for Africa. She is passionate about leadership and people development. In her spare time, she provides guidance and counseling for women, youths and teenagers. She obtained a specialist MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the International Centre for CSR, Nottingham University Business School, UK; and an executive diploma in Strategic Christian Leadership/Theology from the Redeemer’s International Leadership Academy (RILA), Nigeria. Chinyere is currently a Doctoral student at the Business School Netherlands. Professionally, she has over 25 years work experience, providing advisory services on strategy, risk management and corporate governance. She currently leads series of corporate governance interventions with regulators and institutions across sub-Saharan Africa. She lives in Lagos, Nigeria where she serves alongside her husband, Pastor Obi Almona, who is the Pastor-in-charge of RCCG – New Dawn Parish, Surulere. They are blessed with three teenage children.

FOREWORD

This book is a life global positioning system (GPS) written to explain and interpret how life’s journey navigates its course. Just like GPS can be accessed only by people with ground receivers, the insights in this book can be accessed only by people with spiritual receivers.

The author, Chinyere Peace Almona, under the influence of the Holy Spirit, illuminates our minds on the sovereignty of God and His full involvement in our lives. She quotes my favorite scripture: and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28). This Bible scripture is my GPS. It has never failed. According to Chinyere, things don’t just happen, and events don’t simply occur. Behind every happening is the divine remote control, especially for God’s people. She states:

Putting these two words together in my view, would imply that Divine Orchestration, is the process by which an all-powerful GOD coordinates (arranging, planning, organizing) the various ELEMENTS of a life or situation to produce the best possible result, (especially quietly, and often times far ahead of time).

The author convinces the reader that God is on top of everything. She further argues that God’s initiations, interruptions, and interventions in human affairs can be unequivocally seen from the a priori argument, which is the testimony afforded by reason. The a posteriori argument is that by which we proceed logically from the facts of experience to causes.

In her book, she shares amazing and fascinating personal experiences of divine orchestrations. These stories are enough to convince the most doubtful about God’s existence and love for His people, expressed heavily by how He turns literally everything around for the good of those who love Him.

This book shows the interconnectedness between what the author calls the seven dimensions of divine orchestration: divine orchestration by knowledge and wisdom, divine orchestration by power, divine orchestration by mercy, divine orchestration by times and seasons, divine orchestration by anointing, divine orchestration by his name, and divine orchestration through partnership. These dimensions relate to the nature of God as well as the manner of His operations and manifestations.

The deep insights in this masterpiece will further weaken the views you hold outside God, but the good news is that they will definitely strengthen your faith in the one and only true God, Yahweh, the creator, maker, and possessor of the heaven and earth. It dispels your fears of tomorrow because it reassures you of who holds tomorrow. It will free you from the guilt of your past because all things will work together for good. In Christ, your past gives way for your today, and the latter informs and shapes your tomorrow. This is why Jesus is the only God who is the same yesterday (He fixes it), today (He defines it), and forever (He refines it) (Hebrews 13:8 KJV).

I can only imagine what the world would have missed if Chinyere didn’t pen down these mysterious but realities of life. Glory be to God for divinely ordering my speech and directing our conversation aright that day.
