Raising Children Today Is a Job

This story is about the young men and women today and how they are being trapped in their own little cage by not doing the right things in life. When we people have children, we have an obligation to teach, discipline, love them, and let them know not to engage in what amuses people but to let them know that what they do in life will reflect on their lives in the future. Raising children is a job, and we are failing our job by not listening to what is expected of usthat is, to give our children more than we have. They cant get it without education, respect, discipline, and a lot of love and understanding of what they have to face. Lets stop having babies at a young age and start planning for our young men and womens future. We also need to put our priority in place first and leave man-made things alone (hatred, greed, drugs, killing, stealing, sex before you have a husband or wife, etc.).

I was born in the Washington, DC, area and raised by Shirley T. Napper and William T. Napper (deceased). I went to school in the District of Columbia. After school, I worked at Capitol Hill Hospital for two years. Then in 1982, I went to work for the US Postal Service until 2011. I had one child (Patrice Napper) when I married Luther Solomon Sr. in 1984 but had five more children (Yolanda, Luther Jr., Daniel, Nathaniel, and Amanda Solomon) with my husband. My husband passed away in 1999, and I raised my children to the best of my ability. I’m now in a relationship with my first baby’s father (Frederick Golatt).

Well as you all know by now the Smith’s Girls and others have all gotten married they all lived close by together in Amherst Virginia or on Turkey Mountain Road. (There are good men and women around today) Luther and his Team got the contract from Dwight Henderson and they have done a superb job and even invented things to help them in the Landscaping and Snow Removal business (The snow Removal and Pick Upper) and made some things (The Stackable Connector Strollers) that will help out the girls at the Day Care & Charter School so that they can take the children out on field trips and use just what they need for their children. They also adjusted the sprinkler for the hospitals grass and other businesses with big areas to tend to so that the grass will be watered at an earlier time around 6:30 to 7:00 am in the morning in the spring and summer months. The newest idea that Luther had was to make a cover warmer that would go over the vehicles like the glove warmers. The young ladies and their new husbands were having so much fun and enjoying life that when their wives made a special dinner for them one day they all knew something was up. Luther asked his wife (Loretta) what’s up your sleeve and why the special dinner. Nothing can’t we fix a special dinner for the bread winners in our lives that we love so much said Loretta. Oh something up and I want to know just what it is said Nathaniel. Sophia said you all will just have to wait until dinner and the cleaning of the dishes are finished so let’s bow our heads and say grace. William giggled to himself and then led them all in prayer over the food and they all sat down and fixed their plates and to eat. Just when dinner was over Dwight, Fay, Tony and Althea knocked at the door and surprised them all with Fays Famous Chocolate Cake and Althea’s special Apple Pie they also brought Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. The Guys forgot what the girls had to tell them when they saw the Pie and Cake and dug right in for a piece. After they had their fill with desert they all went into the living room area and sat down. Nathaniel asked his wife now that we are all full and we are resting what was it that you young beautiful ladies wanted to tell us all (Their Husbands). Sophia, Loretta, Patrice, Yolanda, Bonnie, and Lakisha stood up and told them that they were Pregnant. Their husbands just starred at them with their mouths open. Shirley said did you men hear what your wives just said. They all went to their wives and asked them were they alright and how far were they. They all started laughing at their husbands and told them that they were pregnant not sick and that everything was okay. They all just hugged their wives and shouted were going to be father’s. Luther, Rob, and Isaiah said this is the second time around and we’re going to be there for them and raise them the old school way and not our way. Sophia said what you mean by that remark. Nathaniel said it’s all in the bible just how to raise a child and we as father’s will follow his (Jesus) teaching and not our own way. Amen to that said Luther, I made a mess of things the first time around and I will have no time for that this time. Luther you have grown a lot in Jesus and I’m very proud of you said Bobby. I know the way now and I have wasted a lot of time not listen to mom and grand-mom said Luther. That old saying about hard head soft butt is not true, because my butt is not soft I just have a hard head and a lot of time wasted said Luther. My mother preached and preached to all of us that Jesus is the way and he stands with his hands stretched wide open for all to come and I (Luther) wanted to do me (my own thing) and I’m sorry that it took so long for me to realize that the Lord Jesus Christ is the way said Luther, my mom’s tried to show us and tell us all but as usual some of us didn’t listen. All that matters now Luther is that you have given your life to the Lord and he has forgiven you for all your pass sins and we are to move forward in the word of the Lord now and not look back but never forget what we all had to overcome just to have the life we have now in the Lord said Loretta. Amen to that said the Guys.

Thinking before One Act

We as people need to know just what we are doing wrong in bringing up our young ones today. I have seen some terrible things in the so called parenting today as well as leadership in homes today and it breaks my heart to know that they just don’t care about their young ones today said Althea. I’m not saying all of our young children today are being brought up wrong just the ones that have no expectation or dreams for themselves so they have no expectations for their children. We as Parents must have love, discipline and dreams for our children today said Fay. It’s nothing wrong with discipline if you correct them while they are young because the first five (5) to six (6) years of their life is very impressionable and the time to shape and mole your child. They will always think about that whipping or that look you gave them while they were young and coming up as a child. They will also remember the books you read or help you read to them. Now I can tell you from my experience that I disciplined my children but I too made mistakes along the way said Fay. But when I got into church and started letting the lord teach me and guide me on how to bring my children up I listened to what the lord had to tell me about my children. I was a person with problems and I’ve done some things that I’m not proud of but I can tell you today that when the lord gives me a word and it’s rooted in my body, soul and mind I can’t go wrong said Fay. I then told myself that my children all belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ and he wanted them to know the word so that they could always know where their true help will come from if they truly seek him. I want the best for all my children and so do their father and I know if they were around they would tell them that the Lord is the only way to true happiness. You see my children are some years apart and they have different fathers but their fathers love them just the same said Fay. I have watched some parents curse and beat their children just for saying Mom or when they make a mistake but that’s what they learn to say out of their mouths and if they want some thing or they are hurt they call Mom or Dad it’s not the child’s fault that they are here in the world you as their mother or father are and as parents you all have the responsibility to bring them up correctly said Fay. I can tell you that today’s sites that I’ve watched are sad when you see so little men in the children lives that it makes my heart break that the young people are laying down with men and no using protection and when a child is conceived things aren’t like it was because of the child and its ashamed. For the fathers that are in their children’s lives please take care of them wisely and ask for help is you don’t know something. Have dreams for your children and take them to church so that they will have something to fall back on like the word of the Lord and education said Althea. I remember watching this story about a Pikachu and his friend (Pokémon s16/ep25) how his Pikachu was being controlled by a machine and the will power & control his Pikachu had to keep fighting for what was right and that is the will power and control we need to fight for the Lord Jesus Christ or for what’s right. It was an amazing sight to witness to watch the Pikachu to overcome the evil in his world and do what was right said Tony. Now I’m saying to you all that we need this same kind of will power and control to overcome the wrong in our lives if we want to see the Lord Jesus Christ after we have passed on. If you and I keep our eyes on the Lord Jesus Christ we can’t go wrong. If we do, we can always ask for his forgiveness and do what’s right. Yes, being a mother I really do understand what the young people are going through but they should think about the consequences when they have sex without protection, stealing something or just getting into trouble. They need to ask themselves are they really ready to have a child and are they really ready for the responsibilities that comes with having a child like giving up their ways of going out to Night Clubs and having fun with their friends or just getting a better Education. Are they ready to go to Jail for stealing a car or taking something that don’t belong to them or killing someone? I would tell a young person that having sex, stealing or killing is a big responsibility, it come with a Big Price something that they might not be ready for like a child or something even more dangerous like H.I.V. or some other kind of VD that they don’t want to get from having premature sex and you can destroy your life when you steal from someone or kill someone. You even might have an obsession boyfriend that likes to beat on you or even will kill you if you decide to leave them but I’m telling you all to think before you take that step ask yourselves are you willing to give up years of your life at that time. It’s alright to have friends just make sure that they are just friends (Acquaintances) and not friends with benefits or friends that will cause you to harm someone or do things that you as a person knows is wrong. We all face difficult problem in life and we need to know the correct way to handle our problems and if we don’t know we shouldn’t be ashamed to ask someone close to you that you trust and respect. We also have to make sure that the people we ask really want to help us and not just give us some lane blame answer to blow you off. We have some people that are truly willing to help us and then there are some people that just say that are willing to help but truly they are not willing help so they will just say what you want to hear so you will vote for them or just to shut you up. I know you all and I want to believe in someone but truly there’s only one that we all can believe in and trust when it comes to our lives. Jesus is the way and the only one that will never lie to us his word will stand forever and it has been handed down for centuries. The word of God is the Beginning and the End, his words tell us all that every Knee Shall Bow and every Tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ Is LORD. So whatever we all do in life let it be for the glory of God and not for the Devil (Ourselves) we all will answer to the Lord Almighty for all our sins one day as well as our good deeds we all do. There is no small or big sin so we just have to live as the Jesus did when he came down to earth long ago. So I’m asking you all to think before you react in the decisions you all and I make in your life so that we will have a better life in Jesus Christ and with ourselves said.

Raising Children from the Bible

We all have to face the facts about the changes we have had during the years and make adjustments said Sophia. The word of God never changes nor does the word of the Lord lie so let’s see just what the word of the Lord says about bringing up children said Nathaniel. First I want you to all know why we (Females) are having children and the pain that we (Females) are having in child birth said Sophia. It is our (Females) punishment for disobeying the Lord Almighty when woman know as Eve encouraged Adam to eat from the tree of life. I understand that the tree of life was there in the center of the garden and the Lord told Man not to eat from it said Sophia. Nathaniel said well let’s see what the word of God says and he picks up the Bible and turns to Genesis 3rd Chapter and begin reading at the 1st verse and begins to read.

The Serpent’s Deception 1 Now the serpent was more subtil (deceitful) than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? 2 And the woman said unto the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: 3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, ye shall not surely die: 5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. 6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. 7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Sophia said now we see that the serpent was doing his job to steal, kill, and destroy man so he went unto the woman and enticed her to eat of the fruit and told her it was good to eat and she would be able to see as God did about good and evil so she ate of the tree and then gave it to Adam and he the fruit too and he was told by God not to eat of that tree in the garden but he did because of what woman whom had allowed the serpent to deceive her and both of them were able to see what God didn’t want them to see. Nathaniel said there is more to read and he begins to read the words from the bible.

God Arraigns Adam and Eve 8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. 9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? 10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. 11 And he said, who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? 12 And the man said, the woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. 13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, what is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, the serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. 14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: 15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Sophia said when they heard the Lord walking through the garden the hid themselves among the trees in the garden and the Lord called unto Adam and the woman they both hid from him. Adam said that they hid from him because they were naked. The Lord asked him did he eat of the tree which he had commanded you not to eat from. Adam said that the woman gave it to me and I ate and the woman said the serpent deceived me and I ate. The Lord said unto the serpent that he was cursed to crawl on his belly all the days of his life so the serpent lost his legs to walk among us. He told man the he enmity between him and woman. The word enmity means- hostility: the extreme ill will or hatred that exists between enemies (deep-rooted hatred). This is what God had put between Adam and woman whom had no name at the time when this accrued and also their seeds (woman eggs and man sperms). Now you all have the knowledge of why we have this love hate relationship with the Opposite sex, and why we have Pain and Pleasure when we have sex and know why we are born in sin said Sophia. We also know that woman can be persuaded to listen to others when they ought not to say Luther. Yes, but that’s why you men should make sure that the woman he chooses is a God fearing woman and not one that of the world (wildly & seductive). Nathaniel said there is more to read and he again begins to read the words from the bible.

The Punishment of Mankind 16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. 17And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; 18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; 19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. 20 And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

Sophia tells them that because of what woman did that she shall bring forth children and it will be very painful when she does have children. She would also desire (want) her husband again and again and he (man) shall rule over her. This also tells us of the man punishment he will work the grounds and eat what is grown for him from the earth and eat bread all the days of his life because he listens to what a woman told him and not what God had commanded him. He will also return to the ground (Dirt) from where he had come from dirt. Then Adam named his wife Eve because she would be the mother to all of the living. So what you’re telling me is that Eve is my first mother asked Thomas. Well Thomas what the word tells us is that Eve is the first woman (female) on earth and when it comes to multiplying Eve and Adam did multiply the earth as you can see today. So we are all one no matter what color, race or national we are. According to the word we all come from the descendants of Adam and Eve. So I had sex with my sister said Thomas. Lakisha said we are not brother and sister in this relationship. Oh baby I was just kidding I know that we aren’t and he kisses her I just love the look you had on your face said Thomas. Everyone laugh at Thomas.

A Trip to Washington DC

It’s getting late and we have to get up early tomorrow Fay and we have to get home. We do to said Wayne and Donald and they asked their wives were they ready to go home. It’s just nine thirty (9:30pm) and you both don’t have to work tomorrow can we stay a little longer asked Jessie. Donald said okay Jessie we can stay longer. Wayne said sure why not are you okay with it Jean. Yes, we girls can talk about having our babies. William asked the guys if they wanted to go down stairs to watch a movie. The guys all said yeah why not let’s go. My mother is speaking at a Youth Center tomorrow evening on almost the same thing we discuss earlier, why don’t we surprise her and attend it and then take her out to dinner said Luther. William said that’s a great idea I will go and tell the girls and see what they suggest. My wife has already informed me of the trip and told me to see what you all wanted to do but we were going to support my mother said Luther. Yeah my wife told me the same thing said Bobby. I think that’s why Jessie suggested that we stay a little longer said Donald. Jessie told me something about Jennet speaking to a group of young teenager on Saturday early this week and she wanted to attend. Wayne said that’s why my father and Fay went home early they are leaving at seven (7:00) in the morning he told us about it on Tuesday morning but you weren’t there Donald you took Jessie to the doctors and I forgot to inform you about the trip. So you’re telling us that your father and Fay are going to Washington and didn’t say anything to us said Nathaniel. William went upstairs and talked to Shirley about the trip her Uncle and Auntie was going on tomorrow. Shirley told William that we all are going tomorrow morning when Uncle Dwight and Aunt Fay get here. Well why you didn’t tell me about it said William. I did honey on Monday while you were looking at the football game and you said sure we can go. Oh I did William said. Yes, you did William said Shirley. William went back down stairs and told the guys what was said to him and the other guys started laughing and told their story about being talk to while the game was on as well. They all started laughing and just enjoying the night. Wayne and Donald said that it was getting late and if we are going to Washington we have to get some clothes and other things. Wayne went upstairs to get his wife Jean and go home, but jean told him that they were staying overnight for the trip to Washington DC. Wayne said he have to the house and get some clothes and other things. Jean told him that she and Jessie had packed both their clothes and other items that they would need and we had Tony put the overnight bags in the car before we left Dad’s house. Oh you both have packed clothes for the both of us and we are staying overnight at Williams and Shirley’s house said Wayne. Jean says yes dear so make sure that you get your rest to drive in the morning and she kisses him good night. Wayne looks at his wife and just nods his head and went back down stairs. When he gets down stairs he tells the guys what had just happened and the guys just bust out laughing at him. It’s not funny said Wayne. Donald said we started thinking when you went upstairs that the girls had all this planed and that’s why Jessie asked to stay a little longer which means overnight. The guys all started laughing. Yeah that sounds like my Jean said Wayne and he also laughed. William told all the guys that they better get some sleep because they had to drive to Washington DC in the morning. Well goodnight you guys said Luther and they all picked out a spot and fell asleep.

The next morning the girls got up very early in the morning and fixed breakfast for the whole gang and their Uncle, Auntie, Althea and Tony. The guys smelled the food and they all got washed up, put their clothes on and went upstairs. As they reached the top of the stairs and there was a knock at the door. William went and answered the door and it was Dwight, Fay, Althea, and Tony they all came in and sat down in the living room. Dwight said I knew the girls was going to cook a good breakfast before we all head out on the road to Washington DC this morning. The food smells good said Tony and I can’t wait to eat I’m hungry. You are always hungry said Althea. Shirley came in and told her Auntie that she had made all of the arrangements for the hotel and the reservations for the restaurant around four (4:00) o’clock right after the speech. Fay said well I hope that Jennet doesn’t see us until she has finished her speech. Michelle and Paulette are going to meet us after their mother goes inside of the Center. I think that the Program starts around two (2:00) o’clock now because it was going to be in the evening and they said it would be too late for the children and the babies said Fay. I heard it is going to be a pretty big outcome for the speech that Jennet is going to give said Althea. Bobby said who you are talking to that told you that Althea. Barry of course who else would know about your mother and her business besides him said Althea. They all laughed. Bobby said you got me there Barry would know my mother’s business because he calls her at every day. I love my mother and I told her about the girl I met name Barrie. What did you just say asked Luther? Barry left out the room and into the dining room. Everyone went into the dining room and asked Barry about the girl he met. Well she’s a nice young lady I met in church and we have been spending time together for the last past five (5) months. I’m your twin and you didn’t even tell me said Bobby. Well I didn’t know exactly where the relationship would wind up at until last week when I asked her to marry me. What said Luther how could you not let your brother’s know what was going on in your life. You all have been so busy with your business that I went to your wives and they asked me not to say anything until today said Barry. Loretta what is he talking about and why didn’t you inform me about my brother said Luther. When I tried to talk to you told me that you had meetings to go to all week long and you would have time to talk to me on the weekend said Loretta. Shirley said she’s coming over this morning because she will be making the trip as well. When the doorbell rang Bobby went and answered the door and he was surprised to see Barrie standing there in a teal dress with a black belt and said hello aren’t you the soloist that sings for the church. Barrie said yes I am and hello to you Barry may I come in. Oh yes come in we all are in the dining room and we are about to have breakfast said Bobby. That’s great because I’m hungry said Barrie. Barry came in and introduces Barrie to everyone and told them all that Barrie is supposed to let me know if she will marry me today. Well I’ll let you know when were in the presence of your mother I hope you can wait just a little longer said Barrie. Of course I can wait till we get to Washington DC said Barry. My full name is Beredina Bond but my nick name is Barrie. I like that name Beredina its odd said Fay, I’m his aunt. Yes, I know you all because I go to the same church and we sing on the same choir. Yes, the soloist that can sing said Dwight. Yes, Sir I usually don’t wear makeup and lip stick said Barrie. You’re pretty without the makeup but your even prettier with it too said Bobby. Bonnie said hello Barrie how are you doing. I’m doing just fine and thanks again for introducing me to your brother-in-law, he may just be the one for me after all said Barrie. Come on in here with the ladies we are getting their breakfast before we all hit the road said Bonnie. What can I do to help asked Barrie? You can help us put everything on the table said Bonnie. The girls and Barrie put all the food on the serving table in the dining room and Dwight said let us all gather hands and pray. Everyone gathered hands and Dwight lead them in prayer. Father God in the Name of Jesus we come to you this morning thanking you for waking us all up in good health we ask that you forgive any one that will come against us and we ask you’re forgiveness for any wrong doings we have done. We ask that you bless this house, food we are about to eat, every person around the table and we come to you humbly asking that you see us up the highway and back home safely in Jesus name we pray Amen. Everyone says Amen and started fixing their plates. The guys fixed their wives a plate and then fixed their own plates. They all sat down together and ate their breakfast. So what’s the deal with you (Barrie) and my brother (Barry) Ms. Beredina Bond? You will all find out together when we get in front of your mother (Jennet) said Barrie. Oh I heard that your sister’s met some twins. Yeah but I don’t know if they are serious about one another said Luther. Dwight asked was everyone about ready because he can’t wait to hear Jennet’s speech to the young children? You know you all were talking about the topic that Jennet is going to speak on said Fay. Yes, we know said Luther my mother told us last week what she was going to speak about. Everyone cleans up and takes all the trash outside. Derrick and Patricia said everything is packed in the cars and we can leave whenever you all are ready. How about the baby things asked Shirley? I was the one that packed their things and I assure you that they have everything that I could think to bring said Patricia. Everyone laughs and they got up and headed for the doors to leave. William and Shirley make sure that everything is locked up before leaving the house. Derrick, William was driving their cars but Nathaniel, and Isaiah was going to drive the vans. Derrick led the way and off they all drove. Derrick stopped at a Subway about fifty (50) mile from DC for lunch after lunch they got back on the road to Washington DC. When they arrived in DC Luther called Michelle and Paulette to find out where they had to meet them. Michelle told them to come to Howard Road and the Center will be on the left and there will be parking. When they all got to the center they got out of their vehicles and went inside of the center were they saw Michelle, Markisha, and Paulette and they all went into the hall and found seats. When the program started they had the Pledge of Legions Then Prayer first. The Mistress of Ceremony was Ms. Shelly and she introduced Jennet to the young ordinance. I want you all to know that this woman has a deep concern for the young people today and she goes to different Centers to talk to the young people trying to help them to be better at things they do and hope for in life. Some of you already know this woman and the one that don’t her I want you all to meet a wonderful person Ms. Jennet Solomon. Good after noon and I hope you all will have an ear to hear not me talking but the Lord in me talking to you all said Jennet. The Lord is getting disappointed in what is happening down here and I hope that after my talk that you all will just think about what you’re doing in life said Jennet.

Knowing what to do and knowing what not to do it

You young men and women I want to tell you something that I hope you will learn from. The devil doesn’t want you strong and healthy he wants to see you all fail. The ones that have a dream they are the ones he really wants, the word of the Lord tells us that he (Devil) comes to steal, destroy and kill off because he knows that the Lord has something powerful for you all and he doesn’t want you to receive the goodness from the Lord. The Lord has power for all who desires to be leaders and want something for themselves for we have seen good leaders in Civil Rights Activists & Humanitarians, U.S. Presidents & First Ladies and Entertainers just to name a few. We now face the devil in these same groups and they are becoming more powerful as we ignore our duties as Christians. We need strong men and women with dreams that will help our children today and the only way that you and I can accomplish this is to follow the word of the Lord Jesus Christ. The devil is powerful yes but theirs one power that can beat and destroy him and that is the Son of God who has die for all our sins and rose in three days with the Keys to Hell in his hands and his name is JESUS. We all have a chose in life to become a good person if you really desire to become that good role model for the children today. The devil is so cunning that he grabs our children before they become teenagers and it’s sad to know that our children don’t know how to put the word of God on their enemies when they come. You all know what I am talking about, for you young Men and young Ladies I can say to you all with a sincere heart please allow the Lord Jesus Christ into your hearts so that you all can have a chance to become leaders in life for the Lord instead of followers for the devil. Anything the devil promises you won’t last and I can tell you I have fallen for his tricks and deceptions as well. He will have you all to believe that he cares and he will be there for you when the chips are down but it’s all a big fat Lie. The only one that will stand by you is the Lord Jesus Christ and the words that you and you alone have hidden in your hearts. That’s why the Lord tells us all in: Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it. If we take our young children to church and let them hear the word and get to read the word for themselves while they are young, they will always have the word in the back of their mind and when needed it they will have it in their head (computer bank) for memory. I see too many children not attending church but they are out doors cursing, talking back, lying about something, or just starring up trouble. They are the children that haven’t been train correctly in the word of the lord. Their parent is just as bad, they curse and hit their children and when their children talk back they will just curse them out or they go back and forth at each other. It’s sad to know that our parents aren’t doing the job God gave to them. Mind you I’m not saying what you all are doing is wrong because you have the right to bring your child or children up the way you want because this is America. I can tell you that we must think before we act today because there is so much stuff for our young ones to get into now days and if we aren’t careful we may also lose our young ones to stupid things like drugs, alcohol, gangs, premature sex and the list can go on and on. We as a community and nation have to give our young ones the love, education, discipline, and understanding that they all need. We have to first take care of the ones that were born and raised here in America first then we can help our neighbors but if we try and take care of our neighbors before we take care of our own we will fail every time. Mother’s and Father’s stop the foolish behaviors when you have responsibilities for your young ones (child/children) please for goodness sakes stop trying to be eighteen (18) or twenty one (21) by wearing clothes that are to small and entirely too tight, put on some decent clothes that will fit because it’s not lady like when your showing your goods you don’t leave nothing for the man to wonder about because you are showing it all, and you men need to set an example to your child/children by being young men by pulling up your pants and wearing a belt and stop inviting you behind to someone. You know that the men on the west coast in jail started the tradition to let the other inmates know they were homosexuals and they could have them for sex. No one wants to see a naked behind or some underwear that’s dirty and it makes you men look like loser’s and bums but that’s just my opinion and you have women doing the same thing because they want to be men but they’re not they are women just doing the work of the devil. It also shows that you have no respect for the women and others when you walk around with your pants hanging off your butt. I taught my children that they should dress well and have respect for themselves and if one does not have respect for one self then they will show no respect for anyone else around them said Jennet. We as a nation and all communities need to draw nigh to the Lord of Host in order to have the blessings we desire. It’s bad enough that our leaders have rejected the Lord and shows greed and misrepresentation for the people. They have also legalized drugs to kill many of you and you all are not thinking because if you get an education and work hard you’ll know in your heart that you can overcome anything. Our young people are hooked on weed today and back in the day weed wasn’t as strong as it is today they are putting more chemicals on weed to hurt you. But I’m trying to tell you all as young teenager’s you can stop the curse that has befallen on us all turn away from your wickedness and follow Jesus. We know of our fore-fathers and mother that has served as slaves to bring us out of bondage and we are putting ourselves back into bondage by the sins we do now. I’m asking you all to have faith in the Lord Jesus and turn away from our sinful ways and turn to the Lord for forgiveness so we may not perish by the hand of the Lord. I watch John Hagee on TV one Sunday morning 10/06/2013 and he spoke out of Revelation 19:11-16 and he brought tears to my eye because what he was saying was the truth. We as a country will soon be Judge as Sodom and Gomorrah was judged. Then his son came on right after him and talked about the Grace of the Lord and how sufficient his grace is to sustain us all if we trust in him we all will overcome whatever we face in our lives. The ninety-first (91) Psalm tell us all about when we trust him (GOD). I ask you all to go home and read that complete Chapter it should bring peace to you when you read it because it’s true.

Jennet talks about her Parents & Respect

My mother is the best but I guess you all think that way about your parents but my mother and father raised me and my siblings up with respect and, love and discipline and my mother showed respect for my father. I’ll tell you a little something about respecting your husband and children. My parents loved each other and yes every couple have their arguments at times but when we had company over to the house or they would come Unannounced and my mother had on shorts she would go into the house and put on a skirt over top of her short to show respect for her husband and when company was over the house my father showed his children respect by telling his company that his children are here and there will be no cursing around them and he meant what he told his company. I thank the Lord for my parents because if they hadn’t showed me love and discipline I would have been out of control and no respect for other as well. What I’m telling you all is that we had tough times and we stayed in church as young children coming up in life but my parents wanted something better for us and they showed us and so did the neighborhood parents because if we did anything outside in the neighborhood the area had eyes and the word would get back to our parents and if we did anything that was not respectful we (Me & my siblings) would answer to whatever was said about us. My parents would talk to us or the individual that was talked about and gave us a chance to tell our side of the story not knowing that someone saw us or told on us. My parents would tell us to tell the truth and they wouldn’t be as hard on us well as children we (me & my siblings) would test the water and found out that when our parents tell you to tell the truth you better tell the truth. I and my siblings thought that our parents had eyes in the back of their heads at time because they knew what, when, and how we did something when they asked us anything. They just wanted to know why we would do the things that was said about us and they would tell us you all know better. I also can tell you all that our parents would tell us that this is going to hurt me more than it will hurt you well they lied because when the belt stop hitting me I had marks all over my body and I was in pain. Now since I have had children myself I understand what they meant by that this is going to hurt me more than it will hurt you because they took no pleasure in disciplining us they just wanted us to OBEY them and then they wouldn’t have had to discipline us. We think about the things we had to go through as a child or teenager and think that you all are being mistreated but you’re not if you are being raised like I was. We have some people that aren’t thinking about the Lord or what the word of the Lord has to say because they weren’t raised up on the word and I really don’t know how we can get through to the ones like that because they don’t know and with the gangs and the hatred that’s going around with the people it’s going to be very hard to get through to some people said Jennet. I remember the songs we use to listen to back in the day and how nicely they all were dressed back then and now days the music is about calling young ladies the B____ word and exploiting their figures and the women are doing it as well and it’s not godly like to show your bodies like that and you men your songs have so much hatred and violence in it that the young people are wanting to be just like you all and you as impressionable people (Entertainers) are showing a bad image for the young people to follow. Not to mention your bad habits and sex preference which mind you is your own business and not everyone’s it’s against the word of the Lord to lay down with the same sex and some of our leaders of our great United States of America has approved this sinful act and they will be Judged accordingly by the Lord Jesus Christ at the day of Judgment it just breaks my heart to know that our leaders have done this to our young ones because of what they see and hear. I know God gives us all the chose to choose which way we want to go in but Hell is no place for anyone and I am here to tell you about everlasting life with the Lord. Just read the word of the Lord and find out for yourselves which God you should serve. The word of the Lord tells us that he wishes that none shall perish but we also know that the word of the Lord says that the doors of sin is wide and the doors of righteousness is narrow, and a lot of people will choose the wide door. I ask that you all think and be very careful in what you do in life and most of all think before you all react Please. The word of God says that man will destroy themselves. I understand just how they are going to destroy us all that follow man ways. Our leaders are sending us all to hell by their judgment on how to serve the people and not follow the ways of the Lord. I want to thank you all for coming out to hear about Knowing what to do and what not to do. The young teenagers and their families applauded. Jennet was surprised that the parents came to listen as well as the young people. Some of the young teenagers and their Parents came up to Jennet and thanked her for talking to them and told her that it will help them in life. Some of the teenagers had no family or had a family but no one to guide them in the correct way and they appreciated the speech from Jennet and they also wanted to get into a word church for more giddiness. Jennet said there are some churches around to go to but make sure it’s the church that speaks the truth when it come to the Lord Jesus Christ, and always remember that you should read to show yourselves approval to the Lord and not man. For you parents just listen to what your child has to say and if you don’t know just how to answer they let them know and try and find them some help. The younger generation has more temptations and you as a parent should be there for them and try and guide them in Christian way. There is so much hatred around and we need to show love to all that need help.

The Announcement

When Jennet turned around after she heard her name she saw all her children and Fay and her whole family and she began to cry because she was so happy that they all came to hear her speech. Jennet hugged everyone and she kissed her boys and their wives. Jennet looked at Barry and said, Who is the young lady that has stolen your heart from me? Barry looked at his mother and said, Momma this is Beredina Bond and I asked her to marry me. Beredina this is my momma said Barry. Hello Mrs. Jennet I’m glad to finally meet you Barry talks very highly of you and I couldn’t wait to meet you said Beredina. I would love to be the first to welcome you to the family said Jennet. Oh mother she never gave me my answer so I don’t know if she will say yes said Barry. Why Barry we had a long talk last night and I know her answer because I know how she feels for you and I’m just sorry that you didn’t know in your heart how she feels said Jennet. Oh mother I know in my heart that Beredina loves me and we’re going to be together for the rest of our lives, but she hasn’t said yes yet mother said Barry. What are you waiting for Beredina said Jennet? I was waiting to get here to tell the man of my dreams, Yes, yes I’ll marry him (Barry) said Beredina. Barry picks his wife to be up and turns her around, and yells hooray. Everyone congratulates him. Luther says that we have reservations at a restaurant in about a half (1/2) hour so we should be going. My father (Eugene) and mother (Jennet) will ride with Markisha and her children, and I (Michelle), Paulette, my daughter (Kisha), and our friends will ride together said Michelle. They all got into their vehicles and drove to the restaurant for dinner. They went over the Wilson Bridge and onto Richmond Highway were they stop at the all you can eat place called Old Country Buffet and it was a Wal-Mart right next to them so that the girls could go and shop after dinner. They all went inside of the restaurant Dwight paid for the dinners and they were escorted to the party room. Jennet asked Michelle and Paulette who were the young men they brought with them and I can see they are twins. Michelle said this is Nathaniel my friend and this is Daniel, Paulette’s friend. Jennet told the two that she was happy to meet them and welcome to the family. Thank you but you all can call me Nathan and call me Danny. Eugene said okay and took both of the young men aside and told them that if you hurt either of my girls, make them cry, or hit them I (Eugene) will hurt you and you both will no longer look like twins, do we understand one another. Nathaniel and Daniel said yes Sir and Eugene went into the room to be with Jennet. Everybody went and got their food and sat down to eat. Dwight led them all in prayer before they ate their dinner. They all started talking about the wonderful speech Jennet gave. Beredina asked Jennet how did she get started working with young people. Jennet said that she was working with young people because that’s where the problem is and that’s where the Lord had led her to. I know we all have some issues in life and if I can reach the young people then the work of the Lord can flourish. The children are our future and we have to make a change in the world or we all are doomed. There are too many young people having babies before they get their education, they are stealing, joining gangs, smoking or using drugs, and just getting into trouble that will cause them harm or land themselves in jail. If I can reach some of the young people today and the young people turn their lives around for the Glory of God, then I have pleased the Lord by helping someone get into heaven. We as parents and leader should think about the young people today and how we can encourage the children instead we have some bad leaders and parents that are not thinking about the young children today because if they were they would be telling the young children to think about their actions before they act today. They would also train up their children with respect and obedience said Jennet. We are not having our children brought up in church which is a good foundation in showing
