FOREWORD

What is life? What is happiness? What is peace? What is the soul? What is the mind? What is wisdom? What are emotions? Who are we? What are we doing here? What is the universe? What is spirituality? And most importantly of all, what is love, where does it come from, and how does it really feel?

These are the spiritual questions we are always pondering. In order to help cocreate the end of the chaos, hunger, and suffering in our world, and to take total control of our lives, we need to answer these questions! Our governments and religious leaders need to reflect on them and thereby spiritualize our educational, social, political, military, economic, and justice systems. If we can answer these questions, we can end our violent and self-destructive human behaviors, experience, and spiritual evolution and bring the human race together as one family.

If we continue to believe we do not have the answers to these spiritual questions, we will prolong our struggle. If we strive instead to understand our spirituality, life will be so much easier. If we understand that these spiritual answers have been within our souls since time immemorial, since the first Big Bang, we can change and heal our world tomorrow!

I would like to invite you, my divine soul mates, to join me on this spiritual journey. In this eternal present moment, together—let us answer these important spiritual questions!

INTRODUCTION

Our Spiritual Truths expresses my beliefs about the spiritual truths of life on earth and throughout our universe. This book is for those who want to evolve spiritually and experience their inner-self and for those who are already practicing spirituality and want to evolve more. It has been written to serve as a reminder to us of our true spiritual reality and is based on my personal experiences and the inspirations of my soul.

Throughout my life, my soul has attracted meaningful friends and acquaintances to me. It has encouraged me to pursue spiritual advancement through rediscovering and remembering my inner spiritual awareness. The spiritual truths in this book are universal truths, present in our souls since the day we materialized in this physical universe. I have used these truths to expand my own mind and to enhance my spiritual path. They have worked for me; they will work for you, too.

If you are reading Our Spiritual Truths, you have been drawn to it by your higher self, and the time is right to allow the wisdom within this book to heighten your spiritual growth. It is important to know that there are no accidents, coincidences, or destinies in life. Every thought and action of your mind, body, and soul is an act of self-definition, which generates consequences based upon the level of your spiritual awareness or unawareness. Reading this book and practicing its spiritual truths will help you evolve. I hope you will practice the concepts from your favorite chapters, experience your consciousness, and thereby manifest your highest purpose.

DEFINITIONS

THE POWER OF WORDS

Words are powerful tools. They condition your mind, generate your opinions, and influence your behavior. It is important, therefore, to use constructive and spiritual words, for your words influence the view of others and ultimately, the whole of society as an evolving entity. I have, therefore, defined the following terms, which can be used for mindful speech and for realizing your own spiritual truths.

As above, so below

As above, so below is a metaphysical truth and means simply that whatever exists in heaven (above) at the spiritual or energy level also exists on earth (below) at the physical level.

Being-ness

Being joyfully alive, or passionately driven, is the highest state of existence of your soul/Spirit. It is your soul’s nature to be unconditionally loving. Through love you can consciously attract and experience more joy because joy is love demonstrated.

Feelings

Feelings are the language of the soul, guiding you throughout this physical journey so you can evolve spiritually. Your gut feelings can be experienced in your solar plexus when the soul is communicating with you.

Ghost

A ghost is a soul in transition—an entity that remains in this physical dimension, seeking, through other souls and living beings, a way into the light, or the door to heaven. Usually a ghost chooses to express himself or herself at the mental or mind level due to his or her emotional, material, or physical attachments here in this physical round.

Heaven

Heaven is the first spiritual universe, where we all reside before joining the physical universe. (Note: By using the word heaven, I am not implying the general concepts of heaven and hell that some holy books mention.)

Inner self

Your soul’s consciousness (your personal information) is your inner self, who you are within this life in this spiritual and physical universe.

Inner voice

The inner voice, or mental voice of Spirit, communicates with your mind through your active and healthy pineal gland. It is always ready to assist you in time of need. The inner voice is not be confused with voices you hear from souls and ghosts, for some ghosts may offer negative or positive encouragement depending on your purpose and the level of consciousness you are expressing, projecting and attracting.

Karma

Karma is a Sanskrit word meaning action or deed. I believe the word karma denotes that one’s actions in this lifetime will determine one’s future in this incarnation, not in the next life. The term karma is expressed in such words as what goes around comes around, and what you do unto others, others will do unto you. Thus, when you become aware that all action becomes reaction, you can take responsibility for every decision you make in this lifetime.

Metaphysics

The law of metaphysics is the spiritual law of cause and effect. What you are thinking, being, and doing in this present life, whether you are spiritually aware or unaware, will manifest on the physical plane. Metaphysicians consciously practice and experience the spiritual laws of the universe in order to evolve and to assist others who are searching for spiritual awareness.

Love

Unconditional love is the highest state of consciousness and pure energy of the soul and Spirit, which allows you to know, accept, receive, and give the abundance of life to yourself and others unconditionally.

Nirvana

Nirvana is not a place waiting for us but is instead the ultimate spiritual awareness and experience, at the energy level, of the unconditional love within our soul and Spirit. Nirvana is the highest form of eternal consciousness, where we can materialize all possible dreams.

Reality

Your reality is not what appears to be, or you are seeing, but it is what you think is happening or you are seeing in your mind through your old belief system. In other words, your present reality is the accumulation of your opinions, beliefs, behavior, truth, five senses, and subconscious mind-muscle memory that you are making up in your mind through your past experiences. However, understanding your spirituality can help you to see and experience ultimate reality so you can experience true love and oneness with everyone and everything.

Old belief system

Spiritually speaking, we are products of the karmic lineage of our ancestors in the last three thousand years. Over millennia, the human mind has become emotionally and spiritually repressed. The lives and experiences of all of our ancestors are held in our minds. As a result, we have become unforgiving, violent, vengeful, fearful, selfish, deceitful, chaotic, materialistic, greedy, and judgmental beings. While our purpose in life is to spiritually evolve and experience spiritual oneness with one another, our ancestors’ past experiences of chaos and spiritual ignorance and acting out their base human instincts have left a type of residue in our minds. When I use the term old belief system, it is these experiences of our ancestors, and the resulting effect upon us, to which I refer.

Spiritual wisdom

Your soul carries within it the laws of the spiritual and physical universe and your ultimate truths. Your experience of this soul truth is referred to as spiritual wisdom.

Soul

The word soul denotes the self-image of the Spirit at the energy level; the creator. The soul is our highest state of consciousness: love, joy, peace, wisdom, and freedom. Our soul is also our personal identification, who we can be spiritually and physically in this universe. The soul is projected outward through the aura, which displays on the energetic level our spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical energy (our personal characteristics). When I use the concept of One Soul (or the idea that we are all one), I am including within this phrase all individual souls in all universes.

Soul carrying your body

Your physical body is a reflection of your soul’s consciousness. The soul already knows all things conceptually and spiritually, and in your waking state, while the energy field of the soul is carrying your physical body, you are able to experience the universal truths of the soul and express your own experience of the soul’s wisdom.

The first universe

The first universe was created by Spirit our creator through the mechanism of a big bang. This big bang was the burst of love, energy, and Spirit. This first universe we exist in now is our physical playground, which we can all enjoy and use while we are spiritually evolving. The rest of the universes within the first universe were created by highly evolved beings who have achieved the highest level of consciousness with the Spirit energy through other big bangs.

The Mind

The mind is the filing cabinet of your soul’s and your body’s thoughts and past experiences. The mind analyzes your past thoughts about your life and allows you to experience your free will and to express a unique and different identity from others.

Spirit

Spirit is the Creator who resides within our soul—the invisible force that, out of love and through its own self-image, created everyone and everything.

Unnatural Fears

Unnatural fears are illusions, such as fearing the biblical God, the devil or hell, fearing darkness or death, etc. Unnatural fears were implanted in your mind and heart by your ancestors, your governments, and your organized religions in order to control the masses.

Ultimate truths

When you were created, Spirit placed ultimate truths such as We are all one, love, joy, wisdom, peace and freedom in your soul in order to guide you and experience yourself in this spiritual and physical universe.

White souls

White souls are highly evolved souls, from this and other universes, who come into this dimension to help others who are already evolving in this physical form.

Your third eye

Your third eye is the area of the physical body believed to house a supra-awareness of the metaphysical or spiritual world. Located between your eyebrows on the mid-forehead, your third eye facilitates spiritual all-around vision and can see souls, ghosts, and auras at the energy level.

AUTHOR’S NOTE

This book is about remembering what it means to be a spiritual being having a physical experience in this world. It is about personal choice. It is my hope that the wisdom within this book will help you to examine and to question your old belief systems, especially if they have not been working out for you.

I believe there are thousands of ways to evolve spiritually. Knowing and experiencing your spiritual awareness can help you to evolve faster, from your current human state of mind to a more evolved spiritual state. Each of us embraces our spiritual path in a unique way. There is no better or worse way to evolve, so I have not used the words better or worse or superior or inferior in this book. We are each different, magnificent divine beings, and no one person is better, worse, superior, or inferior to another.
