This is very profound! I felt like the author walked me (your audience) through it from a simple definition of Motivation, giving different scenarios with what motivates us and how we can apply our minds to getting things done for self-fulfillment, to the limitations/excuses we have believed in our minds which is never enough reason not to chase our dreams.
