To save Nodis life, a life must be sacrificied or exchanged into another being. Only the forces of grandmother Abbygail can help them.

CHAPTER ONE

LACTAMINARRA

WHO AM I?

A cold, sunny spring day.

On a sunny afternoon, three mysterious professors are enjoying lunch in the university canteen. Suddenly, Xenos sees Mara, a very intelligent student that he instructs.

Mara has a plate full of delights in her hand. She takes a nice hot meal and goes over to the side of the students. She sits down at the side of the restaurant where she has a view of the forest. Mara continues looking through the window as if she is seeing something passing through the forest. Mara puts her hands on the window and around her face, which is also against the window.

MARA But… but what is it?

She sees a white rabbit running fast through the forest until the rabbit disappears in a big hole. Suddenly, the rabbit comes out through another hollow but as a beautiful young girl.

Mara is caught off guard and pulls herself back.

MARA What… what did I just see now? How is this possible? This cannot be! Oh, no, I do not walk back to fantasize.

For a moment, Mara closes her eyes while she, with her arms crossed, rubs off the rigors of shock. After a good half-hour, Mara takes her plate and goes with it to the shelves. She puts the tray down. Mara has not touched her food. She’s not hungry anymore, and she then leaves immediately.

MARA I am now going to take a walk outside so I can think deeply and clearly. But first, I still need to take a double espresso, which will surely shake me awake.

XENOS Look, look, guys. That she is. She is the right person! I feel it. She is the right one!

CLAYLAND Until now, this has failed us. I give up!

XENOS No, men, after all we’ve done, are you going to give up now? Listen carefully. I have planned everything. That’s promised. When everything is ready, I will call you. You will see that this is the girl.

CLAYLAND/MAXWILL [Closely] Go ahead, dear. [He begins laughing out loud.]

CLAYLAND Now let’s go on. It is time, guys.

Late in the evening, Xenos steals a sample of injection for artificial insemination from the hospital. After several days, Xenos invites Mara at his home. Xenos lives close to the Universal Hospital, in a large castle of his aunt Dorine. Dorine is around a lot and is a renowned heart surgeon. She has her own practice in her castle.
