Managing Projects in Small Bites (MPSB) is a series of handbooks designed to introduce various project management concepts in a uniquely focused bite size. Fundamentally, project management is the planning and arrangement of an organization’s resources in order to effectively and efficiently move a specific task, event, or duty to completion. Through framework and tactics, this practical approach can be readily applied to facilitate a project’s delivery.

Two of the most popular project management (PM) approaches are the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guide and PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2). PMBOK is used as the foundation to each handbook in the series, providing a simplified, comprehensible explanation of project-management principles.
