About this ebook

This book has been written with the intent to encourage and uplift parents and caregivers of autistic children. Some children will function at a high level, while others are nonverbal and experience great difficulty with toileting skills and communication. Caring for these children is very demanding. Many parents are frustrated and might turn to other things that are harmful as an outlet. Prayer is a calm outlet that wont hurt anyone. The author understands that the demands of the day dont leave much time for reading. The prayers in this book are short and include a scripture reference. One can reflect by completing the journal question.

Donna Miles

Donna Sheri Miles currently works as an IEP facilitator in the Lincoln Parish School System. She has worked with students with special needs for over thirty years in the state of Louisiana. As a special educator, she has received numerous awards throughout her career. One such award was the 2005 Clinician of the Year Award in the area of special education from the State of Louisiana. She became an advocate and prayer warrior for all special need students for she saw that they were often overlooked and treated differently. She knows that prayer changes things. Let’s pray!
