    OVERVIEW

    This is meant to be a self-help, reflective, informative interactive workbook for school leaders. This book is based on my observational research and a survey study of K-12 education leaders from across the United States. The findings of the study are presented simply without technical scientific charts or graphs or statistics that the average reader would need a degree in mathematics to understand. Two hundred and fifty school leaders across the country were asked to complete an open-ended survey. Participation was strictly voluntary, and responses were anonymous. A self-addressed, stamped envelope was included to return
