About this ebook
Eleanor Hassall
I was born in the magical country of Northern Ireland, and my journey led me to South Africa. There I was guided to the Shamans (Samgomas) and received their blessings which awakened a light within. My life’s path has been extraordinary and I have been led back to my roots, the motherland a much wiser stronger and enlightened individual.

INTRODUCTION
T his book was written to reach people diagnosed with cancer with the hope that they might find different ways to help themselves. I was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, which had spread to one of my adrenal glands, as well as a small tumour on the top of my bowel, which has been removed. I describe experiences that have helped me and I am keen to share these experiences with others. When you receive a diagnosis of cancer it is shocking news that you don't want to hear and you will think 'This cannot be happening to me' 'I have so much to do yet', and 'Am I dreaming?' It takes a while to come to terms with this and to pick yourself up and get ready to rescue yourself. My story outlines the holistic steps I have taken to nurture myself. I hope that they will help you get stronger in mind and body and spirit too.
