    Dear Friends:

    Thank you for sharing with me the love of decorating cakes and cupcakes, this yummy art of transforming cakes and cupcakes into pieces of art. I have always looked for new ingredients and easier ways to make the most with the gift God gave me. This is the main reason I wrote this book, to share and inspire you with lovely step by step projects that will leave your guests in complete and utter awe!

    In the preceding pages you will discover an easy way to make simple cakes and cupcakes using products that you wouldn’t ever consider to use in cakes like: cereals, cookies and more. Also simple techniques to make fondant figurines, and at the end of each project you will find a devotional, an inspiring word directly from my heart to yours.

    Some of the cakes are more challenging than others, maybe the first one will not be successful, but don’t be discouraged, try again and again because as you know perfection comes with practice!

    You will need for this lovely project:

    Toothpicks

    Ruler

    Small knife

    Small bowl with water

    Small paintbrush

    Pink petal dust

    Fondant: white and green (you can use green food coloring also)

    Ziploc bag or plastic film

    For this cake I used 3 - 6" round cakes, buttercream for filling and icing, rolled wafer for the sides of the cake and a beautiful pink ribbon.
