WHAT YOU NEED
★ 1 shell
★ Googly eyes
★ 3 or 4 chenille sticks (a.k.a pipe cleaners)
★ Orange acrylic paint
★ Orange glitter
★ Water based varnish
★ Hot glue gun
★ Craft glue
★ Paint brushes
WHAT TO DO
Step 1: Paint the outside of the shell with a coat of paint. While the paint is still wet, sprinkle glitter over it. Then let the shell dry.
