• 1/4 Cup Buttermilk
SIMPLE LAVENDER SYRUP
• 1 Cup Water
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Tbsp Culinary Lavender
LAVENDER AND BUTTERCREAM ICING
• 3 Cups Icing Sugar
• 1 1/2 Cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
• 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 Cup Lavender Simple Syrup
DECORATING INGREDIENTS
• 3kg White Satin Ice Fondant
• 1Kg White Modelling Paste
• Leaf Green Wilton Gel Paste
• Violet Wilton Gel Paste
