Obviously, the rightness or the wrongness of a good citizen, his or her case, belongs to the courts that decided but not to the clerk of the United States Justice Department. He says, Perform justice, which is peaceful, but anti-justice, as demagogy. Moreover, we live in modern society. When we are struggling to seek the justice within our sharp pen, we are glorious more than everything in our lives. Finally, the best citizen is expressed by the voice of wisdom without violations if the good citizen should be loyal to its national American and American people.

Civil Rights of Us of a novel story of Bright Quang are very interesting of the modern age because human beings are busy in livelihood. There is to look like the Vietnamese people when they do not concern to any civil rights. Let’s use civil rights to be the same as a master key, the Vietnamese people that they always think about to can not see forest for the trees. And then they do not struggle with the powers in order to protect their independence when they do have seeing the trees and not the forest. So the Creator does not only give a good fortune to the Vietnam people let them will fight for their own sovereignty but also avoid the landscape’s fratricidal.

One afternoon, Creator has given to Vietnamese people that they could hold on civil rights, but they are narrow mind. They do not have any conception of civil rights when they’re using violation fights for throne. In contrast, when there’s Vietnamese teens are picked up civil rights by Creator thrown his hammer, in which has some words Civil Rights of Us they could not understand about to it because these words were written by the English language.

Few of them could be believable for one when they have voted for Jose Tran who is represented by these Vietnamese teens. Thus, Jose Tran has been keeping this Heaven hammer for the long run. Unluckily, North Vietnam is strictly obeyed by Communist international; it was invading to the South Vietnam. So Jose Tran was mobilized for revolution people by the Vietnamese communists, he has realized to North Vietnam Government that is untruth. And therefore, he has been found out the United States of America that has full democrats, freedom and justice. He has left revolution and got refugee to the United States.

When the American people were going to demonstration, they’re fight for against to the Vietnam War. By the way, the American Government has taken advantage of Jose Tran refugee Vietnamese Communist Army, let’s anti - propaganda Communist International, but the American Government could not be persuasive to the American students of nationwide. The American Government could not use Jose Tran’s playing card in order to persuade its people when the waves going to the demonstration is increasing to against to the American invading war. So Jose Tran is to be a legal immigration, he self seeks the job when he is living in the United States.

When Jose Tran is stabilized by his job, he does wish couple because the marriage is a long string of human existence. Then he falls in love with a girl when he and she together work in Nursing Home. Jose Tran wants to conquer her and to invite her for dinner, but the difference tradition is between Vietnamese culture and American style when his girlfriend could think of Jose Tran likes sex. She has beaten him in the yard center of their company, but he is happy because he thought that her friend is liked him.

In the meanwhile, Jose Tran has fallen by his girlfriend when his gift is opened up. His girlfriend is seen the gift, which named is, My first gift dedicates for Flora Rivera.

When he is explaining for his first gift, he says, "We work for whole week, the only evening weekend. We are free and therefore I wish to invite Flora Rivera having dinner with me. Let me offer this for you.

Then Flora Rivera has understood about to Jose Tran, she receives the gift and accepts him to be her boyfriend.

Flora Rivera would show up her gift to her uncle who is biologist. He has graduated from American University after his soldier has done in Vietnam. Her uncle is seen this heaven rock (meteorite) when her Jose Tran called heaven hammer. So her uncle’s estimate to this is heaven hummer, which has been done for over the fifteenth billion million years in the past. And then, he describes about the Vietnamese Buddha religion.

According to Flora Rivera, she would think of Jose Tran that he really loves her because a gift is very valuable; he has donated it for her when she is impressed love by Jose Tran’s love.

Her decision quickly gets married with him when Flora Rivera and Jose Tran have the vacation for some months. She is persuasive for him that we should go to Mexico because there is her former nation. As Jose Tran would follow with her idea, he has fallen in love with Flora Rivera.

However, when they have come to Mexico, Jose Tran is died by the Mexican opium smugglers. For Flora Rivera is faithful to her love in order to hold on his bloodline.

She would like to ask for some Mexican Doctors that she would like to be artificial insemination with his boyfriend’s sperm. As the Mexican Doctors are available to help for her; before burying her Jose Tran boyfriend, the doctors have transferred his journal book and his identify card to Flora Rivera when Flora Rivera has thought that Marriage are made by heaven. She gets black to the United States when she has been keeping all of his memorial gifts with her. She is working in her former job for the long time. Before giving a birth to her son, she has won the mega millions game and to be a rich woman. She has bought a mansion in Redwood City and stopped working.

Suddenly, having an ex - colonel Republic of Vietnam, he came to retell his relationship with his Jose Tran’s brother when he is jobless.

As flora Rivera has been chanting the Buddha and vegetarian diet for the long run, she has accepted him to be a steward garden and gives free residence. He is ex - colonel Republic of Vietnam, but he has been unable to find any jobs. Because he is an old man, he did not have any benefits of the Vietnam War of the United States compensation.

After twenty years have gone by, her child is graduated with Master Degree in Attorney. His named is John Tran when he has understood about to the Vietnam War through his journal story’s father and uncle Pearl Tran has been retelling about the Vietnam War for his family. However, he has realized to his big brother is lost by civil rights and he has persuaded him fight for civil rights in order to recapture his human dignity because his merits were deceived by the American interest groups.

Beside struggles for civil rights, John Tran has been falling in love with his girlfriend when he and she were studying at High School, but he was continuously studying for Master degree when his girlfriend did not transfer to any university. She loved money than education. That’s reason, his mother could not like him marriage with Jessie Lopez because his mother has converted to Buddha religion. His girlfriend is belonged of Catholic religion. Thus, his girlfriend is low education than her son.

John Tran secretly mobilized his girlfriend that she must quit her dirty job and she gets back to university in order to study doctor degree.

Practically, his girlfriend family is very low level in the American society because it has immigration in the United States for the long time. But her member family has not had any high degrees in education, her brother did not graduate with High School, and therefore, he did not find any good job. So he has joined in America Army, he was serviced by the Iraq War for five years. After that, he was transferring to Afghanistan War when he was trained by American strategist. He has become an American Professor for teaching in Afghanistan University Military Academy in Kabul.

He has fallen in loved with Islamic girl before he was trapped by the opium smuggler. He was arrested by his boss and sent to the United States. So his sister girlfriend of John Tran Attorney has requested the help’s from John Tran. Then, John Tran has been reviewing the case, but the witness and material evidences did not record in the United States, his boss was assassinated by an opium smuggler organization in Afghanistan.

After finalizing hearing in Supreme Court of the United States, John Tran Attorney is waiting for Supreme Court is decision. He is happy to welcome to his Jessie Lopez girlfriend just graduates from Medical University Virginia with Doctor Degree, she is transferred to California Hospital Center.

In the meantime, his mother is heavily unwell by breath cancer. She is the emergency to this California Hospital Center. So Jessie Lopez Doctor and Kentwood Doctor have taking good care for her, they try to treat her breast cancer. However, Flora Rivera is old woman when she has known to her sick, which can not get well, when she is touched by Jessie Doctor. She called her son who is John Tran Attorney coming, she holds her son’s hands and Jessie Doctor’s hands when they are hand in hands and she says, I, your mother and mother in-law, am sorry to my Son and my daughter - in - law if I could not distinguish to religions, I could be happy and will have some grandchild. Each people always have a dream. Due to the fact that the dream is the same as the fresh air or so-called is the oxygen that’s helping for the human beings for living if space is without oxygen, it can not help for human beings; therefore, the dream is great significance of each people. In the final analysis, as like Vietnamese people have been cutting and running from Black April of 1975 to more years in the past, they did not only escape the malicious communist of Vietnamese regime but also seek a dream in the foreign countries.

There is Menlo Part of City, in San Mateo County; in California State. There has Stanford University, in which is not only be famous of the worldwide but also is greatest of Law School of the United States of America. Each year of this university dedicates so many lawyers. They are plenty of talent lawyers or attorneys. They ought to dedicate their duties in order to service for great Americanism because their nation is equal great than in the world but also has more freedoms; and therefore, human beings call here is dreamland of the world. Summer of the 2013, the space of Stanford University is very bright day since the sky is clearly. There is not having any dark cloud. The sky is to have greenest of the color. So in the distance of the space is having some of the egret groups, they are gradually flying from the north to the south; and since, they all the way through, are flying in the firmament of Stanford University. They seem to welcoming all of the students graduating of Dean of Law School of Stanford University. The egret groups, sometimes, changed themselves. They are performing to look like a letter V or sometimes changed as like the bow-shaped, or sometimes, oneself, changed the same as actors that are dancing to follow with the music’s raising up and down. In the meantime, the many roads of Stanford University of their both-sides have so much flower-tree. There were releasing their perfumes. Those are updating for the graduation is to be luminous day. As a result, the graduation day is beginning to welcome so many students who are graduating from Stanford University. When the drums struck up a march, the more students are advancing in the direction of platform. They look like soldier groups to getting back of their rear-base after victory on the battlefields. One of them is to have more Vietnamese American students, but especial one who is John Tran.

Let’s introduce about John Tran to in all since his dream studies about the American Law of Civil Rights. A tall guy, his dark-slight yellow skin, face’s circle, and black hair, who is a Vietnamese-Mexican-American student named is John Tran.

He, John Tran, is to be youngest lawyer of Civil Rights of the United States of America because after earning an American Lawyer of Civil Rights. He is impressed by American Constitution. However, his father is a Vietnamese refugee and his mother is a Mexican American; since, his mother was immigration because she was escaped from Mexico Nation in the fifty decade to the United States in order to rebuild a new life in dreamland.

Those years in the past, his mother was working in the nursing home in Redwood City and his father was gardener.

One day of summer, his mother was taking care an oldest of American man. This man is the biggest of retired man after he has been struggling for hard work. For example, this man was a young student in High School Sequoia, but he had never had transferring to any university. As we know that time was taking place for the Vietnam War, our more young children of Americans were general mobilization for the Vietnam War. And then, this man was left from his High School Sequoia; in the meanwhile, the American Universities could not welcome him. Even though, his nation is the most of modern of the worldwide. He was servicing for the Vietnam War in the four years. He was a citizen of modern country. He did not understand for realize about the poorest of nation. There was different with the United States of America. When he compared the young boys of Vietnam and the United States, they were different to each other. Because the young boys of Vietnamese people are undeveloped nation, they did not have any benefits in living. Their early life is very miserable. Their stomach is without full foods. Their body has never worn cloths warmly when the winter coming. But now these boys were undergone the view of the cruel war, their legs and hands were lost by the bombings. In fact, when someone of Vietnamese guerilla was mixing up in the villagers, the guerilla was shooting to American soldiers; and since, they were operating in this village. Then, the American soldiers called to American cannon and airplanes that they did not only shoot the cannons but also bombed down the villagers. Those weapons did not kill any guerillas, but those killed more villagers and children. As we realize that war of aggression could not come first for guerilla warfare because guerilla warfare was mixed within the villagers or dense-forest.

Lucky to this American soldier, he would return to his country without injury after the four years were servicing for the war of aggression of his government. Now is retirement, he is living in nursing home in Redwood City, in California State. Flora Rivera and Jose Tran were working in this company for the long time. One day Flora Rivera was taking care for this American man, but she could not help him stand up because he is a bigger one. He was over three hundreds pounds, so Flora Rivera was fallen by the bigger one. In the meantime, Jose Tran quickly helped for Flora Rivera. Her sight would offer for thanking to Jose Tran. Therefore, Jose Tran is gotten her love’s sight. However, Jose Tran would not dare say for liking her— even though, his heart has loved her. As he knows that the language’s problem— he is a Vietnamese guy; and she’s a Mexican American girl when she is to be Native American, he yet is a Vietnamese refugee. So he could not speak well English language; and thus, they would not understand about the each others of their own traditional standards. Significantly, Jose Tran always offered his special gifts for Flora Rivera when sometimes holidays would come. He offered his gifts for her. He would think that a girl could not have any impassive to a boy, so the girl has never had received any gifts of the boy.

After those more seasons have been gone for the time and space, the yellow leaves were falling down since the winter could come on. So the young leaves are rising up, their green color covers the firmament. In the sky has few of birds, they are coupling to warble. The mix of perfume of blossoms is opening on the trees. Jose Tran was just held in her hand when he and she were together picking few of flower-petals since these were thinly leaving from their main branches. In the meanwhile, Flora Rivera expressed her love strongly because her eyes gradually closed. Jose Tran could not leave a good chance – while he gave kiss Flora’s lips. They seemed forgetting sky and earth when her heels of foot were just raising let she’s holding his neck in kissing because she is low than him some inches.

While their love has been fallen each other for some years, Jose Tran was invited for visiting by Flora’s home. By the way, Jose Tran has been finding out for Flora’s family—he does not only study about Mexican tradition but also follows with congruence of her family. But the security’s fence, which is firmed by the American Government, it was anti- Mexican who escaped to pass the border. In the meanwhile, the few of Mexicans who had passed the security’s fence by the mini-car when they have built up a bridge without technology; therefore, their car was accident when it was driven to the top of security’s fence because their bridge was symbolized for a letter A— since other side fell down to the American land, this side of bridge’s leg began in the Mexican land— and the central bridge was worn by the security’s fence of the American Government. So their car passed to the top of the security’s fence, the bottle of car was touched down the stop of fence; and therefore, their car was hanging on the security’s fence. They quickly took to one’s heels from their car in order to save human. As a result, they hurriedly cut and run to satisfy, they could not be arrested from the American’s security.

According to my grandfather who understood for human being because the weak is only given ear to the powerful, he could not turn down any orders when goods smuggled forced him. Outside of his heart should be make-believe for listening to the smugglers, but inside of his heart has firmly been organizing for run out of the smuggler’s hands because he had thought that his life could not make ready by the others men or not layout by the powerful. He was secretly digging a long tunnel, in which is throughout the American land when he would hope to pass the security fence to the United States of America without problem. My grandfather has decided for digging a long tunnel inside of my grandfather’s house because he has predicted for his tunnel that could be opening up inside the American forest. His tunnel could be having two long milestones, so an half and one mile should stay inside the American land when it is deep more than twenty feet in order to avoiding the sound of doing tunnel. The tunnel has been taken the labor of my grandfather for three years, so his work looked like continual dripping wears away a stone. My grandfather was young boy. His year-old is approximately twenty-five. His first son was five year-old.

In the decade of century fifty, my grandfather was carrying my father and guiding his wife that they escaped to the United States of America through his tunnel. My grandfather was pretended for a worker. He was working in large-scale farm in Texas State because this farm was needed more workers as like my grandfather or so much Mexican colonization, the owner who was protected in all without problem in law. When my grandfather was working in this farm for five years, he did not earn any benefits; since, the Owner who gave the foods and a place, and certificated identity card by Texas Governor—however, my grandfather ought to work overtime without off weekend or holidays. After that, my grandfather was to have identity card, he and his wife were legal for permanent residence of the United States of America, but he ought to pay for high price of dreamland.

Jose Tran is heard a family story by Flora Rivera that is spiteful one when her grandfather found dreamland in the United States. The wave is gradually clapping on the seashore; in the sky is clear without cloud groups. Jose Tran and Flora Rivera were jowl by jowl and going hand in hand. They are proud as like a couple of peacocks. In order to conquer all of the heart of his girlfriend, Jose Tran would like to re-tell his own story. Let him share with Flora Rivera. The summer in middle Vietnam, hottest sunlight, and the heaven, is wonderful landscape. There have some of bucolic groups. One of them is sitting on the back of buffalo. He is playing flute when his buffalo is slowly walking on the high dike, in the distance, we see it was looked like the soldiers that they are operating on the battlefield in order to protect their nation. The sound is sometime rising up and down when the wind pushes the sound of flute that it spreads on the countryside. So, we seem for hearing to the sound of victory when the soldiers were getting back home. Some of them are holding on the kite, so our kites are fighting on the space. These look like airplanes, which are bombing down on the battlefield. They sit on their back of cows. They sometimes sing without title; since, their kites look like an egret group, which are looking for green mountainous home after seeking foods everywhere in the countryside. Other of bucolic is to have a guy, he plays with the bell. He takes his leave hat, makes the bell, and beats when he is following with the voice of flute and the kites’ fighting on the space. In the meantime, the bucolic group seems for drawing a countryside landscape, it is every colorful one.

They and their animals just come to the Sand Forest. A rank of forest is green trees, its trees are thin more than others, but the trees are old and bigger. In the region of this forest is public hill when the tombs look like a small city, but the city is luxurious because there tombs are built up to look like the building houses. As we know that when the villagers take place the death, their relationships do not beg any local officers or pay a little penny in order to have a good place of tomb. The public land gives the dead man that he or she could desire its end’s life for resting. The nation seems to offer this place to a death’s villager forever. This is to be a special award for citizen; since, a citizen is alive, so he or she has been dedicated his or her merits to his or her nation—for example, the villagers have paid full taxes in the past. When he or she is death, the one is owner place to live forever in order to repay merits in the past.

In the meantime, their animals are freely eating the green grass, because this hill is high more than the surface of sea approximately having one thousand meters.

All of the bucolic group, they are concentrating at a luxurious tomb. They pick up one of more-ballot-box because they’d divide by small group of the game. The game is a Vietnamese History, which was fighting against to foreign invaders. Suddenly, the darken cloud group covers this hill before the thunderstorm could come to pour on the hill. They worry about the thunderbolt. Each summer season comes to this countryside, so the thunderbolt kills some villagers when are working on the field. For example, the villagers hear for the thunderbolt, they quickly throw their leave hats down. The story says that when thunderbolt takes place on the farm, the Satan is beaten by God of thunder. Because Satan is fear to God of thunder, Satan is seeking for some local safeties and escaping for God of thunder. Each time, the thunderbolt occurs on the countryside, so the farmers and bucolic quickly drop their hats down. Their hats are opening up in order to not let Satan who might escape inside their hats. If God of thunder may see Satan who escaped inside the hat, he beats Satan when the farmer wears the hat, so the farmer is died by God of thunder. Sometimes Satan could not escape inside the farmer’s hat; he may escape inside the biggest shadow of the oldest trees. God of thunder fights Satan in there.

In the meantime, the bucolic group sees an uneven of electric lights that these quickly run on the sky. The farmers think that God of thunder that is fighting against to Satan; at that point in time, Satan who is feared to God of thunder, but God of thunder just sees him sit in the shadow. His hammer strong beats Satan and the big bang takes place.

So, the villagers are pleasure. Due to the fact that, Satan has died by God of thunder, as of the villagers pick up their leave hats and get back home. In the event that, the bucolic group does not get home, this group together goes to an oldest tree that is beaten by God of thunder in order to find out heaven hammer that it just leaves by the thunderbolt.

When the farmers have got back their home, the field becomes quiet. The thin rain is falling; at what time, the wind slightly flows. The bucolic group that they feel chilly, they take the tree branches, burn up and sit around the burst into flames when their cows that they are eating grass inside the forest. They are the same as innocent farmers. The fire is burning, its heat spreads. The bucolic group sits around it, so one of them tells about the ghost. Let’s think about the cycle of birth and rebirth. A first guy that he tells ghost at his home, his father has seen it and he’s told this. His garden is the biggest one, but his grandfather has had more brothers and sisters. Therefore, before his grandfather could pass away, he has divided his big garden to piece by piece. Each piece is given for one child. His father is received one garden piece and built a house. So his mother who is following Catholic religion, she has controlled his father that he could not need to find out any geomancers before building house. After building a house, his father is always nightmare. He sees a woman image, so this ghost’s soul sometimes calls for hunger and every now and then she calls for chilly. When his father believes to a woman that she is died by retribution’s life in the past since her soul is without man that one makes any altar in order to be worship from a distance. One night when his family members are sleeping, his parents hear a sound that it is stirring at kitchen-room; at that point in time, the sound is transferred to cry. She has cried. She is hunger. She is needed for a little of food and clothing because she is cold—since she is living here for many generations ago. Then, his father stands up, his hands turn on the slight, and walks slowly to kitchen-room; and then, he does not see any man.

Tonight, I’ve accepted your implores me. I tell you know about my life. The yore of day, I was born in luxurious family, but when the Vietnam War fought against with Super French, so the French bombs killed my life—since I was single life. The lack of my life, I did not have any delicious foods, but from day the foreign bombs rolled my life. I am starving and thirst, so I do need you donating food me.

When my father is hearing for the voice of ghost, he’s promised offering food and things to the ghost’s requesting. So he is slept well in the night.

Every year, my father is chosen the fifteenth of July lunar calendar; he’d think that it is full moon. He buys few foods and cloths of paper when my mother cooks some rice and white soup. He tells me display a big tray on the yard center when my mother is holding these things of her cooking to a table. My father is wearing the Vietnamese traditional cloths when he kowtows before the food stable because he believes that this ghost’s soul should come to eat the food.

Individual circumstance of my father believes having ghost
