In fact, the amoral wars not only deprived him of the rights to life of innocent humankind but also trampled their human dignity to mud. The Vietnam War murdered three million innocent people. One legal government by the Vietnamese people voted and sold off the Vietnam Armed Forces to Mainland China, which have three million astute troops, and sent to jail one million Southern officers. And three hundred thousand Southern officers were killed without being sentenced. His fatherland had been destroyed for the natural resources and environment by the toxic chemicals. Significantly, his literature is mightier than the amoral war as it has altered his super sublime to enslaved guy. As a result, he must keep up the modern civilization of the world when he stood up with his strong legs and his sublime energy. Even good, Bright Quang has been published eighteen books in the English language. He has exhibited many pieces of artwork seven times in the US after he graduated with a bachelor in art and two years of nonprofit management. This accordance with a superpower, modern, civilized, and progressive let him struggle for justice as a prisoner of war because wisdom must win the inhuman war. The better struggle for equality rather than make an enslaved artist by the discrimination and racism in the United States of America.

Just because the unjust laws are to be the self-evident truths of constitutional rights, the use of the greatest power deprives of the rights to the life of innocent humankind without having regrets. Significantly, the insensitivity of the superpower America not only robbed the other sacred foreign sovereignty the Republic of Vietnam but also had the lack of ethical consciences has trampled down the weakest people to satisfy their belligerent aggressions. Despite this, this powerful nation has not respected to express the right religions, but they have used figures of religion as a powerful expression of their sublime's powers.

His wisdom struggles to conquer the delusive laws while a modern civilization expresses a play on a trick in the laws. Obviously, all the laws of a superpower America have been enacted for the Vietnam War, which is why a great power has not enforced any laws. When great power America not only abused the laws to bully a weak nation but also trampled the sovereignty and self-determination of a small country like the Republic of Vietnam down.

In this event, the laws of great power America are expressed belligerent by inhumanity and amorality without having been enforced for justice cause. So the respectfulness of the laws is lost by the chicanery policy or so-called the sick of the US have against society.

The super values of the law are clarified by the justice cause if the law has not been enforced thoroughly. We would call the unjust laws of the superpower America. Therefore, we the people should fight for justice as civilized citizens because the law is logically symbolized by the rule of law without a dictatorship. Furthermore, the law is equally expressed by the honor, human dignity, and constitution of the people's race and the nation and people not deprived. As a result, the law is the law. Finally, when a great power has enacted unjust law to become the constitutional rights, so superpower American does not represent a modern, civilized, and progressive society. In his opinion, he would describe the book Justice for Vietnam in which it is revealed that some of the American leaders are treasonous by themselves and openly confessed by their written letters. First, we the people have thought as to why the United States Congress has decided to betray the Republic of Vietnam because the government of the United States of America has taken advantage of Vietnam. The armed conflicts are between capitalism and communism without having any Vietnamese people’s revolution to save the nation and people.

First, the US Congress enacted HR 7885 Pub-L 88-205, approved December 16, 1963, in order to occupy the Republic of Vietnam of the name Foreign Assistance Acts in order to hide the ambitious and lying hearts of the United States of America and the dreamy belligerence of the greatest power, America, because the American belligerence is born out the animosity, which is born out of the discrimination of national color and origin. And then the from American discrimination is the inhuman war on the whole world. The special is taken place war in Vietnam.

Second, the United States of America does not only pamper the Republic of Vietnam but also mobilizes the Republic of Vietnam to fight against Communism. America should consume the oldest American weapons which were omitted after World War II. For example, the weapons of the international Communist bloc have secretly helped North Vietnam, which was well more than South Vietnam.

Consequently, after Lunar New Year in 1968, the United States of America began to test for the newest weapons like MR 15, and then the government of the United States of America improved the MR 16. Super airplane drones, not pilots, flew. Besides that, the government of the United States of America signed a few multilaterals and so many bilateral treaties and the international relations of protocols with the southern government to confirm the relationship of allies warmly with each other.

Third, the conflicts of the government of the United States have openly appeared clearly in the Republic of Vietnam. However, the southern situation is a very difficult political situation because the Republic of Vietnam does not have a weak nation. But it is also strongly attacked by the international Communist bloc. Therefore, the United States has bullied South Vietnam to fight against communism when the government of the United States has strongly trampled down the sovereignty and self-determination of the Republic of Vietnam and the Vietnamese people. In condition, the United States has deprived the rights to life of the Vietnamese people by Geneva Conference on July 20, 1954.

Fourth, while the United States Congress has cited the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, Congress allowed President Kennedy to quickly send the Special American Forces to the Republic of Vietnam in 1963. In fact, the Second Amendment points out that the American president, who is commander in chief of the militia, includes the American Armed Forces when the US Constitution could not allow any American president who invades any foreign nations. Except for the foreign nations who shall attack Sovereign America, quickly the US Congress enacts the law to persuade the American president ought to strongly fight against the foreign invaders, but without having invaded any foreign nations because the US Constitution has respected all the foreign nations as good close neighbors.

Fifth, the arrogance of the greatest power and modern, civilized, and progressive America has never considered any laws of one’s self and the international agreements. As a result, President Kennedy had a secret order for his Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to assassinate President Ngo Dinh Diem to let America build a coup in the Republic of Vietnam. Meanwhile, the government of the United States did not only build the south situation’s security but also destroyed all the super values of the south’s government strategies when the effectual successfully fought against communism. President Ngo Dinh Diem did not only have humanity but also conquered all the hearts of the Vietnamese people.

Sixth, after the inner of the government of the US secretly fought for supremacy, President Kennedy was secretly assassinated by Vice President Johnson, who was to be an American president. Furthermore, President Johnson secretly recalled General Westmoreland when he was controlling the battlefield during the Vietnam War. As a result, General Westmoreland should testify before the US Congress. So he said, While highlighting the complexities of this kind of war—a war of both subversion and invasion, a war in which political and psychological factors are of such consequence. Ironically, General Westmoreland was a well-known hero of World War II, which was why he lost a simple war on a small battlefield in the Vietnam War.

Seventh, President Johnson took advantage of General Westmoreland’s hearing before the US Congress. He created conspiracy theories of salesmanship campaign. The government of the United States began to betray the Republic of Vietnam by any means. Significantly, Advisor Kissinger ought to counsel President Nixon that from the Paris Conference, he fooled the entire world’s lives peacefully more than wars. This conference did not only easily cheat the Republic of Vietnam but also deceived the entire world again after the Geneva Conference was done.

Eighth, the government of the United States began to play hoax game. In fact, the American leaders pretended to ignore all the multilateral and bilateral treaties, and all the international relations of protocols were solemnly signed with the Republic of Vietnam from May 24, 1924, to April 1975 to include all the American laws and the United States Constitution carrying out for the Republic of Vietnam. Ironically, the greatest power, America, has the ambitious war than the justice cause when the American government is available to trample down all the dignities of the American people, and sublime honors of the Greatest Power America is tossed down the mud.

Ninth, all the super values and dignities of the American people were torn to shreds, and special sublime honors of the Greatest Power America are left into the enrichment boundless of the core of interests when the United States Congress has not cared for the American justice cause. In condition, the US Congress does not only enact H.Res.293 that the US Congress has been praising for the greatest merits of the Southern officers who were fighting side by side with the American troops to defeat communism. On the other hand, the American government has not respected any justice cause and the good, the true, and the beauty of modern civilization and progressive Americans. The only war and invader are not upon the ethical conscience and the justice reason of the Greatest Power America.

Tenth, the pretends of the United States Congress show the American Human Rights and Black Lives Matter to cover up the animosities, so much of belligerence, and the discrimination of color and origin such as enacting for HR 309 to compensate for the Southern officers who are prisoners of war. However, this Congress bills to cheat the entire world and so much of the Vietnamese prisoners of war who fought side by side fought to protect the core of interests of American leaders by the invaded wars. Significantly, the praising cause of the Southern officers’ prisoners of war objected to the proposal for praise for neo-slave war and exploitation to marrow bone for the labor of the poorest men who are burdened with suffering for the invading wars.

In conclusion, Mr. Bright Quang would like to enforce the United States laws and Constitution to struggle for justice as a prisoner of war when he has never supported the political motive by whoever works for the American lawyers’ company as no one counselor’s jurisprudence helped for his settlement case as a prisoner of war. For that reason, the American lawyers have thought him to be a Vietnamese minor ethnic group who lives together with the American indigenous peoples during their discrimination of color and origin, just because he does not only have a poor guy but also had not had powerfully. In that case, Mr. Bright Quang had been spending more than fifteen years. Let him experience to study jurisprudence of the American performance’s law and the US Constitution as the accumulations of Law of War of Land for Vietnam to let his struggles for justice as a prisoner of war, just because no parents of the entire world were born the children who have been servicing war for the Greatest Power America without having any a little of the prisoners of war benefits. Equally, his book, Justice for Vietnam, shall be left into the American Historic War when the openly written letters of the American leaderships who masterminded the Vietnam War confessed themselves by the written law.

He would like to self-introduce to you that he was ex-lieutenant police chief of a less developed village in a poor district in Quang Ngai Province of the Republic of Vietnam. When he and his fellow disciples, together with the American Armed Forces, bravely fought against communism, it did not only deprive them of the rights to live but also threatened the security of the greatest power, modern, civilized, and progressive American society. Just because the Vietnamese policemen did not only strongly express interest in the enlightenment in democracy, the greatest power, the most modern, civilized, and the richest system of the United States of America, but also believed in the good heart of full humanistic Native Americans. Significantly, we hopefully have a dream like the Native Americans who were enriched and boundless as the happy families, as the American erudition writers, as the moral scientist, and so many conscience pundits that they are fully kindhearted and so much of patriotic politicians that they are very proud of the heroism of the Greatest Power and modern civilizations mean we have entirely listened the pursuant to the US policy. Let us together fight against communism when we have all forgotten the burdens of suffering. Even very good, the American Armed Forces were not hesitant for the far way when the United States and the Republic of Vietnam had the distance for half of the earth, but the American Armed Forces respected the super valued ideology of freedom, democracy, and equality to fight to protect for justice as Americanism. In condition, he should express his personality to his American allies to respect some of the super values of the United States. Let him maybe be proportional with modern civilization when he esteemed his second motherland.

He has especially expressed his warmed heart to create a doctrine called Noble True. He would like to solemnly introduce it to you. He would like to introduce to sir that has thought about the American law, which is unmitigated punishment for offenders. Even so good, he is a virtuous Vietnamese American artist, sculptor, writer, and prisoner of war who created Noble True Doctrine that is called Noble Paths and Five Right Ways, which are happiness, source of life, and sorrow (distress). The five right ways are right thoughtfulness, right love, right forgiveness, right struggle, and right independence. These are so-called surveying compasses to push him to the orientation of one purpose of the true value of one’s life. Because he always highly esteemed the good, the true, and the beautiful, then he must be able to donate part of the rest of his life to mankind because its happiness looked like his own. Its source of life is as important as his life, and its sorrow looked like his own. His five right ways—the right thoughtfulness, the right love, the right forgiveness—belong to the ethical conduct of his heart. The right struggle and the right independence belonged to mental discipline or so-called wisdom. The base on Vietnam War has taken place from China, Russia, and France. The proxy war of America not only had the Vietnamese people have the biggest burden of suffering but also offered his family and him to be their war victim for the long run by the barbarous wars. Therefore, he composes this doctrine to remind many American leaderships on the Vietnam War and the worldwide leaderships that they should transfer wars to peace, even good. The formal principle of justice of the impression should enforce the law if the law is distorted by the powerful. The Vietnamese Americans’ prisoner of war must struggle for justice without having had fearless and animosity when buried the hatchet. Therefore, the sickness against society is under the mask of belligerence, invasion, and deprivation of the rights to life of less modern civilization. However, the sick have never had dared to improve themselves, correct themselves, and perfect themselves.

Let us protect the super values of the United States Constitution and American justice because the United States of America is his second fatherland. The government of the United States of America carried out the Vietnam War by the written laws, which is why the United States Congress has been torn to shreds, and the government of the United States of America is too. Second, he would think about the American law, which has been equally enacted by the United States Congress. However, a few American leaders have distorted the American law for the prisoner of war of the Vietnam War. Let them push the Vietnam War of the proxy war of the United States of America to the inhuman war. Significantly increased, all the super values of the United States Constitution, the American law, and the United States Congress has been cast into statutorily of the Vietnam War of the proxy war of the United States of America when the government of the United States of America has formatted the Vietnam War by the proxy war of America, which is why the American leaders and the government employees had violated statutorily. In fact, the government of the United States of America did not keep the promises of their proxy war to perform the Republic of Vietnam but also had torn to shreds statutorily and all the United States treaties and the international agreements of the Vietnam War. In conclusion, the people who live in the modern, civilized, and progressive American society always express themselves such as the army and people like fish and water. Thus, the use of the law of the government of the United States of America goes not against justice to mistreat its people, so the law is not the demagogy. The nation will not take a chaotic place because justice is respected by all people. Significantly, the law does not only rule its citizens but also protects justice and equality without discriminating against any nationality or skin color and people who live anywhere on the earth. Therefore, the American government always expresses the justice cause of each immigration ethics lives together with American indigenous peoples because the US Constitution has declared and said, All men are created equal. Because American law and the United States Constitution have not discriminated against everyone who lives in the world and special persons living in the United States of America currently. Just because, the United States Congress has not prejudiced any national-colored sources, which is why his settlement case’s prisoners of war were denied from the local courts to the United States Congress by their insensitivities. On the other hand, why did they understand to self-realize for what the United States did Congress enact the law to seize his sacred nation? Why do they deprive them of the rights to life of his fellows and his innocent Vietnamese people without having compensated any pennies? In the meanwhile, the United States Congress has enacted a law to compensate for the prisoners of war of the Vietnam War, but HR 309 is to be nothing. Therefore, Bright Quang has been manipulating for all his young mindset by his heart and brain to study the American laws, which were related with the Vietnam War and all multilateral and bilateral treaties and the international relations of protocols between the Republic of Vietnam and the American government, including the Hague Convention. If the king is guilty, the king must be judged by the law without being forgiven. Therefore, justice is fallen oneself, which is why God has blessed each people’s race that has sacred sovereignty. That is why we enacted the law to occupy other nations. Except if some of the great powers are belligerent, they have invaded our sovereignty in themselves. We ought to self-protect oneself. However, we should be taught the king’s belligerent when our ethical conscience would not be revenged for the innocent people because the foreign innocent people who look like our common people because our leaderships should understand about improve oneself, correct oneself, and perfect oneself. Our leaderships highly esteem about the good, the true, and the beautiful when our excellent leaderships do realize their foreign happiness looked their own life and their people. Their foreign source of life is as important as their inner people’s life, and their foreign sorrow looked like their domestic people. Finally, justice is the law which does not have any animosities because the animosity’s law is born the discrimination nationality and skin color, such as discrimination is born out of the belligerent, and then the belligerence is born out of the inhuman wars. So our world shall take place in wars forever when our justice seems to deprive of the rights to life of humankind without having justice cause or so-called the ethical conscience of the law is nothing because the law is distorted by injustice as treason. To strengthen the ties which unite us with other nations by demonstrating the educational and cultural interests, developments, and achievements of the people of the United States and other nations and the contributions being made toward a peaceful and more fruitful life for people throughout the world. To promote international cooperation for educational and cultural advancement; and thus to assist in the development of friendly, sympathetic, and peaceful relations between the United States and the other countries of the world. How would the United States Congress think oneself about the greatest power, modern, civilized, and progressive America’s age to deceive the Southern officers’ prisoners of war? To prove, the United States Congress has exactly been enacting many laws of the settlement cases of prisoners of war, which are the unjust laws.
