Although we hope people of all ages read our book, we particularly want to reach the young adults who may be at a crossroads in their lives in terms of addiction or who care about someone who is struggling with addiction. If we can help even one person who is in pain or fighting that internal battle, we will have accomplished something wonderful and amazing.

The inspiration for this book, like so many other worthwhile endeavors, is born out of love and pain; the love between a niece and an aunt and the pain that is a part of any struggle with addiction.

Our book focuses on four characters, their issues and vulnerabilities, and how it all plays out in a night in the life when alcohol and/or drugs are added.
