Margaret Waldinger Morie

Peggy graduated from High School in Vineland , New Jersey, and continued her education by enrolling in The Katharine Gibbs School in Montclair, New Jersey, known far its outstanding Executive Secretarial Program. She married her brother's childhood friend , Jay, and they opened and operated an Electrical Contracting Business , retiring a few years ago. Life has blessed them with lovely daughters, grandchildren and a great grandchild. They presently live in Vineland with their sweet Lab, "Spirit". Several years ago a new chapter in her life started unexpectedly and she began to write poetry. This unexpected joy continues today. After spending my life in Southern New Jersey where I graduated from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University), teaching elementary school art for 26 years, and marrying my beloved husband Wayne, we moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I am enjoying a wonderful life with Wayne, at the Willow Valley Retirement Communities where I participate in a large range of activities including drawing, and wood carving. We are so blessed to have the opportunity to work with our dear friends, Peggy and Jay Morie, to bring this wonderful collection to you written by Peggy.

I was born in Cape May Court House, New Jersey, where I lived for several years with my wonderful parents, Helen and Albert Waldinger, and my treasured brother, Ding (Albert). At that time, Dad was a New Jersey State Trooper assigned to the Cape May Court House Station.

Our family eventually moved to Vineland, New Jersey, where I graduated from High School. After graduation, I enrolled in The Katharine Gibbs School in Montclair, New Jersey. Katie Gibbs offered an Executive Secretarial Program that enjoyed an exceptional reputation in the corporate world.
