OUR MISSION

Over the past century , the world has been witnessing a gradual decline in the state of global peace. At a recent conference of World Religious Leaders in Assissi, on the invitation of Pope Benedict XVI. These Leaders expressed the concern that the declining state of world peace is partly fueled by growing religious crises like terrorism across the globe. Accordingly, it was resolved that global religious leaders should strive to contribute to the recovery in global peace . Pope Benedict followed up the resolution with his establishment of the Pontifi cal Council on the New Evangeliztion --PCNE to stem the growing De-christianization in most advanced countries and enhance the effectiveness of the weapon of Evangelization as a means of contributing to Global Peace and Religious Freedom. The Pope called on all the Lay Members of The Catholic Church to rise up and contribute to the mission of the PCNE. Our Mission is a humble response to the Popes call. In Book 1, the Author surveyed the teaching and history of the Church through a military perspective. He concluded that WE ARE AT WAR WITH SATAN, the only enemy of God and Man. That war started from the Garden of Eden after mans creation. It has been going on ever since. Author therefore reminds the world that its wars and crises, from the family to the global levels are rooted in this war against Satan, fi ghting us, as it did to Adam and Eve to commit sins by disobeying Gods Commandments. Through our disobedience and sins, we bring, as Adam did, wars and crises from our families to the global levels. Accordingly, the Author concludes that we cannot avoid sins if we do not understand the Teaching of Christ Our Only Leader and recognize the voice, language and strategies of His enemy, Satan in tempting us to sin. The Author views the teaching of Christ as the Pillars that sustain our lives and modern governance against the attacks of the enemy. He therefore warns that driving God out of our private and public lives can only move us faster on the path to wars, crises and declining global peace. He therefore provides in these Books his views on how to avoid sins by recognizing the ways that the enemy, Satan lures us to sin. Through such recognition, we can learn how to avoid its temptations. In the world of today, most sins arise from our denial or lack of knowledge of these sins at all levels of our activities and lives. The principle of the Separation of State and Religion is being misinterpreted to mean denying sins in our political, economic and social lives. In Books 2 and 3, the Author continues his surveys of the enemys strategies to cause wars between Christianity and Secularity and shows how the two can cooperate to fi ght back and reduce our wars and enhance global peace. In Book 4, he shows how the enemy uses us in our various professions to be its agents to cause wars that lead to a decline in peace from our family to the gobal levels. Finally, in Book 5 he surveys the on-going Warfront against our Religious Freedom to obey Gods Commandments in all our Religious and Secular activities.. He concludes with strong Recommendations on building the Knights of The Cross Mission of warriors from our Grass root parish levels of the church to the global leve

    FOREWORD

Vitalis Chidomere Nwaneri and I met for the first time in 1968 at the Graduate School of the London School of Economics and Political Science, L.S.E., University of London, where he was taking his graduate courses in Economics. We have been close friends all these years.

Vita, as we all call him, has a passion for several fields of study. I was not surprised therefore when, at the end of his graduate studies, he was quickly appointed by the British Government as one of the few African born Economists in Her Majesty’s Government Service. He quickly rose to the position of an Economic Adviser after playing a strong role in the Commission set up by the Government to determine a suitable location for a Third London Airport. Before he left H.M. Service, he published in The L.S.E Journal Transport Economics, an eye opening Article on the difficult topic of Integrating Income Distribution Issues, (Equity) in Cost—Benefit Analysis

He then left the U.K. Government service in 1971 to join The World bank in Washington D.C. USA, as an Economist. After serving the Bank across the developing regions of North Africa, Middle East and Europe, he rose to the position of a Senior Economist by 1980.

He returned to Nigeria in 1980 to apply his global experience and exposure to Nigeria’s Development. To that end, he undertook pioneering projects in the Banking and Foreign Trade Sectors. Despite many obstacles he faced from Government and secular areas, Vita braced these challenges bravely.

I discovered later that underlying all his passions was his deep faith in the Catholic Church. I am not surprised therefore that he had the audacity to venture into the topic of these five Books. He had shown similar audacities in taking up challenging and pioneering ventures in Nigerian Banking and later the Establishment of the First African Commodity and Futures Exchange in Nigeria.

These Books are, without any doubt, one of his greatest ventures and a clear demonstration of his audacity and Faith. In these Books, he takes up a topic that would challenge many experts in Religious and Global Affairs. In a world bewildered by what he calls The Crises of Realism, Secularism and Relativism, in Politics, Morality and Human affairs, Vita offers what looks like a very simple explanation, We Are At War With Satan, Man’s Only Enemy. With that explanation, he undertakes fascinating journeys across Biblical history and the present world, to tackle very complicated Religious and Secular issues. He makes profound Conclusions and Recommendations.

As a Professor of Economics and a Community leader in Nigeria, I welcome Vita’s proposals as a new way to confront local and national conflicts especially in my own country Nigeria where corruption and bad governance had been the principal weapons used by the agents of Satan against the people to cause conflicts from the family to the national levels. Therefore, I have little hesitation in recommending these five Books not only to religious and political leaders but also individuals at all levels across the world, especially in Africa.

To my fellow Economists, I recommend the books as having a most interesting view of global trends towards a breakdown of the global economy as a result of the conflicts of terrorism and other crises in international governance. Vita attributes these conflicts to the gradual erosion of the political and economic pillars of governance established under the principles or Pillars of Christ’s teaching. He shows that Satan is behind these erosions and conflicts. He then calls for a coordinated defense and counter strategies by the secular and religious authorities to minimize these attacks by the enemy and avoid a breakdown in global political and economic structures.

Please find time to read his views in the last Section of his Book One. May be, through this new Military and Christian perspectives of life’s challenges, we can learn how to tackle our own challenges at the personal, family, business, community, national and global levels…

It is my honest conclusion that Vita has proved himself a true Development Economist of whom the profession should indeed be proud. All through his life he had lived fully his Religious Faith and secular profession, from his Family to his Community, Regional and National levels. He had shown a rare passion for advancing the Religious and Secular progress of his neighbors as commanded by God. Through his initiatives in rural projects, he contributed remarkably to the Rural development and Local Governance of his Community of Amaimo in Imo State of Nigeria and that of his fellow Igbo people of Nigeria.

At the National level, he championed the modernization of Nigeria’s Financial and Trade Developments against tremendous political frustrations.

At the Continental level, the development of Africa had been the clear target of most of his writings and projects. He is currently the Founding Chairman of The Organization of African Professionals and Associates in Diaspora which is based in the USA. Its mission is to advance the Global image of Africa and mobilize assistance to the continent.

His career at the World Bank took him across the globe tackling the difficult and challenging issues of economic and political developments and promoting good governance in developing countries across the world.

Finally, he has moved up to the global level to tackle the on-going tough issues of advancing world peace through cooperation between the leaders of the Religious and Secular worlds.

On behalf of our fellow Economists and Christians in Nigeria and beyond, known and unknown to him, I wish him success and God’s Blessings in his endeavors.

    About the Author

Vitalis Chidomere Nwaneri, brings to these five Books, his experience in Religion, Economics, Politics, Science and Philosophy, and exposure in various advanced and developing countries across the globe. He acquired his experience from the Graduate School of The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London (1962-1968). He joined the United Kingdom Government after his graduation and quickly rose to the position of an Economic Adviser by !970. He left the Government in 1971 to join the World Bank in Washington D.C. U.S.A. He worked there till 1980 and rose to the position of a Senior Economist. At the World Bank, he traveled extensively across the globe and gained exposure and firsthand experience on some of the major Political, Economic and Social Development problems of the world. He saw how these secular challenges battle with Religious and Philosophical issues in some countries in Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and America. These experience and exposure had inspired his military perspectives of our global challenges of peace and good governance. He reflects on these challenges in his analysis in these five books.

Back in Nigeria in 1980, he became one of the country’s pioneers in Indigenous Banking and the Establishment Of the First African Commodity Exchange. During his twenty years in Nigeria (1980-2000), he embarked on the audacious mission of bringing his global exposure and experience to contribute to the development of Nigeria’s Finance and Private sectors to enable them lead its National Development. His Book on MISSION 2000 highlights his audacious proposals for the future development of the country in the new century. His Proposals also reflected his experience as a Consultant for the Nigerian Government, The World Bank, African Development Bank and The U.S.A.I.D. His pioneering projects in Nigeria’s Banking and Trade sectors exposed him to the weakness of Nigeria’s Politics and Governance. So he decided to take a shot at Nigerian Politics.

There he learned much of the confrontation with the evils of corruption and bad governance, all of which he had seen through his World Bank tasks in the developing countries across the world. His experience in Nigeria frustrated his shot at Politics and his pioneer projects on Indigenous Merchant (Investment) Banking and Commodity and Futures Exchange in the country.

Vita, (as his friends call him) provides in these Books his own Confessions like St. Augustine. He showed how God had always turned all his failures into good according to His Will. He stated that this is also true of world history. He attributes his frustrations in Nigeria to Satan’s Bad Governance in Nigeria and other countries of the world. Bad governance is one of its most vicious weapons against man and God. Vita highlights this in his analysis of the war fronts between Secularism and Christianity. The war has been going on since God mandated Adam to keep and rule the world as its Secular and Priestly Head. Through its temptation, Satan destroyed the Perfect world given to Adam and Eve. This launched our war with Satan. Vita surveys the history of the war with Satan in his Book One based on the Old and New Testaments. He observed that God has a way of turning some of Satan’s attacks to good results. With respect to the war with the enemy, Vita showed that throughout the Old Testament the enemy fought to stop God’s Plan of salvation through His Son Jesus. One could see Jesus clearly hidden in all the accounts of the battles in the Old Testament. Consider the story of Isaac being offered for sacrifice in the Book of Genesis, the serpent lifted up to cure the sinful Jews in the Book of Exodus, Joseph being sold by his brothers only to end up saving them from death and Moses leading his people through the desert just as Christ is leading us through our deserts in this world.

Ultimately, God turned Satan’s attacks on His Son to the greatest good of all, salvation of Man.

Another good secular example is the establishment of the United Nations system. The institution rose from the enemy’s attacks through its agents like Hitler in the second world war. Since then The U.N. had been a major force in stopping further satanic attacks like the one in the second world war.

Back to the USA in 2002, he continued to contribute to Africa’s Development efforts along with his other Professional Associates through their Organization of African Professionals and Associates in the Diaspora (OAPAD Inc.), incorporated in the State of Maryland where he lives.

Vita had written several books on Nigeria’s Economic and Trade Issues as well as Articles in the London School of Economics Journal of Transport Economics, the World Bank and IMF Journal of Finance and Development, Newspapers and Magazines published in Nigeria (see References in Book One).

Above all his efforts, he has been a devout Catholic since his birth in the Eastern Igboland of Nigeria 70 years ago. As indicated in several chapters of his Books, his main mission in these Books is to contribute to the New Evangelization launched recently by Pope Benedict XVI when he established the Pontifical Council on The New Evangelization (PCNE). The Pope called on all lay and ordained members of the Catholic Church to join hands to contribute to the success of the Council. These Books are Vita’s response to the Pope’s call.

Vita shares the Pope’s concerns over the gradual deterioration in the level of world peace and Christianity.

Vita attributes this to the Enemy’s increasing attacks, crises and wars. Satan uses intellectuals in Religion, Politics, Economics and Science to launch its war between Secularity and Religion. He concludes that these wars result from the Temptations in our hearts by the devil. These Temptations brew the war in our hearts from which they emerge to the surface as crises. He quoted the statement Christ that what kills us emerge from our hearts and minds. These are the evils of greed, hate, envy, corrupted use of power, wealth and sexuality.

The world needs to be reminded of these facts. It seems to have forgotten that its real enemy is Satan and its evil spirits and that these are indeed behind man’s crises, attacks and wars. This real enemy makes us go around blaming ourselves for all our crises.

Accordingly, Vita makes several audacious Recommendations that call on Christian and Secular leaders across the globe to consider joining hands in promoting the Pope’s PCNE. On the local levels, Vita calls on local Parishes of the Catholic Church to consider setting local Warriors he calls, The Knights of The Cross Warriors—K of X, to promote world peace. Members of The K of X will launch new fronts of the war with the enemy from the family to the national levels. They will fight against the enemy from the homes to offices, Churches to Parliaments, through the Streets and Business Markets, with the Television, Radios and Internets, by foot, cars, ships and airplanes. They will be guided by the commands of Christ to Love even our enemies, wash the feet of those we serve, pray for those who persecute us, turn the other cheek to those who slap us and forgive those who offend us seventy seven times because they know not what they do as Christ prayed on the Cross. Only the enemy, Satan knows what it is doing. It is indeed the master of Lies, Deceptions and Confusion across the world. In Books Two and Three, Vita calls on the world to reflect on its roots and find that Christ established Pillars that had sustained our modern civilization and Governance, justice, peace, human rights, equality and progress for all.Only through Prayer and His weapons in the Church can we fight a spiritual enemy.

VITA now lives with his family in Maryland U.S.A. from where he wrote these four Books.

    OVERVIEW OF OUR MILITARY JOURNEY

We provide below a Summary of our Journey in these Five Books.

    Book One

In our first Book, we undertook a long journey across the Bible, from Genesis to the New Testament to establish the fact that man had been fighting his war against Satan from the time of Adam to the present day. After the fall of Adam, God declared a war with His enemy when He said that the fruit of a woman shall crush Satan’s head and it would strike at his feet. He also established His Covenant to save man from Adam’s sins.We therefore took a military perspective of the Bible from the Old to the New Testaments to view that war in progress. We showed that the major events in the Old Testament were the battles between the people of God and the human agents of Satan fighting to stop God’s Covenants with His people from being fulfilled. In the New Testament the major events were the enemy’s attacks against Christ to stop His fulfillment of God’s Covenant through His two main missions of Revelation and Salvation. After His Ascension to Heaven, the Battles continued with the enemy who was determined to stop God’s Covenant with His New people in His Church. We showed how Satan’s main targets since Christ ascended to heaven had been the Christians and other followers of Christ.

    Book Two

In Book 2, we addressed those human beings that allow themselves to be used by Satan to pursue its mission against God and Man. Satan is able to tempt us to be its agents because God gave us freewill to follow Him or His enemy.

We therefore brought a complaint against those who use their freewill to allow the enemy use them as its human agents. We took our complaint against them to a fictional Global Trial Court (GTC). After hearing our case, the Justices of the GTC agreed with our complaints and directed the secular rulers to find ways of restraining their subjects from their services to the enemy It recommended that both secular and christian authorities should cooperate to fight the enemy.

    Book Three

In Book 3, we reviewed the war between Secularism and Christianity to show how Satan fights to divide Christians and how it uses the Secular leaders (politicians) to promote it’s mission across the world today. We surveyed the experience in all the continents of the world. We then viewed the experience of the war in our Fictional Country of Odom to show that Christianity and Secularist can indeed cooperate to promote peace, progress, justice, good governance under our democratic system. We showed how the nation of Odom was able to implement the GTC’s Recommendation for cooperation between the Religious and Secular Authorities.

    Book Four

In Book 4, we took a journey through various professions to survey the war fronts in the leading human professions from Politics, Economics, Science, Law, Religion and Philosophy. We showed how Satan can make even the great intellectuals of this world blind and deaf to common sense. We recall that Christ described the Jewish leaders as those who have eyes but could not see, ears but could not hear. We showed in Book 4 that we have many Atheists like them leading the world today. By so doing many professions have been divided into two waring groups, those promoting theories based on the teaching pillars of Christ and those promoting opposite theories of the enemy’s own corrupted versions of these pillars.

    Book Five

In Book 5, we bring our findings in our journeys together to highlight our war front on obeying the Ten Commandments and provide important Lessons, especially to our Youths to prepare them for their leadership in future. It is a summary of all the views, conclusions and recommendations in our Books on the war front between Secularism and Christianity. Both should unite and support the Pope’s New Evangelization mission in order to effectively fight the enemy and enhance global peace.

Book Six —We shall provide in the next Book 6, a Handbook to guide Our Knights of The Cross Warriors in their warfronts. It will enable them learn to fight the enemy in the Frontlines within the Family, Women on Abortion, Youths as Gangs on the Streets, through Church Homilies , at local meetings on Politics and Social issues in Communities and across the secular governance.

    PREFACE

    PART 1

    Preambles

    1. Our Mission

Our mission in these Five Books is to take a military perspective of our on-going global challenges, with particular focus on those challenges between Christianity and Secularism. These challenges are part of the causes of current global crises and wars that are threatening global peace, progress and civilization. We believe that viewing these challenges from a military perspective would greatly enlighten us on the roots of these challenges and enable us advance in our confrontation and solution of them.

    2. SATAN is the Enemy, not our fellow Men and Women

In all military confrontations, there are two sides. In this Book we view the World of Christ confronting the world of Satan.

Satan is described in all our Five Books as the Leader of the enemy’s side in the war. It is important to understand that our fellow men and women are not viewed in these Books as our enemies. This view is based on the teaching of Christ that we should forgive all our enemies seventy seven times. He also prayed on the Cross to His Father to forgive them for they know not what they did. We take this to mean forgiveness to the Jewish Scribes and Pharisees who engaged the Romans to crucify Him. He also said that if we love only our friends, we are no different from Satan who also loves its own. He said again that Satan will sift us like we sift wheat for bread. This sifting is the war it wages in our hearts, minds and lives. Finally, He said also that what kills us is this sifting that goes on in the hearts and emerges to the surface as greed, envy, jealousy, hate, enslavement, injustice, oppression and other forms of criminality. For these reasons we view our neighbors who cooperate with Satan in its wars against us as merely the agents of Satan and not our enemies that we must hate. Satan is the real enemy that we must fight and hate. It tempts us away from obeying God’s Commandments which we must obey to keep us friendly with God through Religious Freedom.

    3. Plan of This Book

We provide several Parts of this Preface to enable the Reader get an overview of our mission in the five Books on this Title. We strongly recommend reading all these six Parts.

Our Introduction in Volume One is also provided in several Chapters to enable the Reader get a clear understanding of our goals in each of the Five Books. In Book One, we surveyed the war from the creation of man to the present to establish that Satan had been the only enemy of God and Man However, since Man exercises his freewill to join Satan’s side of the war, we decided to view man’s guilt from the secular perspective in a Global Court Trial in Book Two. The major mission of the enemy is to takeover Secularity to fight Christianity, contrary to God’s plan for unity between Secularity and Christianity. So in Books Three and Four, we surveyed the war fronts between Christianity and Secularity based on the fact that Christ’s teaching pillars, established through His Church, are the foundation blocks on which modern civilization and Governance are built. We also show that those who lack these pillars had suffered instability, wars and crises in their governance and lives.

Finally, we turn in Volume Two of this Book Five to our main topic in this Book, namely, the War front on Obeying God’s Commandments as emphasized by Christ when He said,

"If you love me, keep my Commandments"

Therefore in our view, the mission of our enemy, Satan is to tempt us away from loving Christ by obeying His commandments. We think it is important to view how this enemy fights us in this front of our war. We believe that the on-going wars and crises across the world arise from the growing disobedience of God’s Commandments and disregard for sins in our lives. Only through understanding that Satan is the one behind our disobedience of God’s Commandments can we advance in Faith, love our human enemies, pray for those who persecute us and forgive seventy seven times, as Christ commanded.

Obedience of these commandments is the core of Religious Freedom. The on-going battles on Religious Freedom between Christianity and Secularity in such countries as the USA and across the globe focus on Freedom to obey God’s commandments. In the USA the Government’s new laws mandate Christian organizations to support its Health Care Mandate (the HHS Mandate ) by making insurance payments under the mandate . Such payment would force them to indirectly support abortion. By so doing the mandate requires them to disobey God’s commandment that Thou shall not kill.

It is our view in this Book that the Government is being instigated by Satan’s agents in power to disobey God and obey its own command to kill the innocent children.

    4. Read These Books to advance the New Evangelization

We recommend reading these Five Books to advance the mission of the New Evangelization and understand the core of our war on Religious freedom.

Reading this Book Five will also be helpful especially to those who were unable to read each of the five Books. We apologize for any repetition, error or other mistakes in these Books.

Finally, we emphasize once again that though the Five Books, reflect the perspectives of the Catholic Church, the views may not be necessarily the official views of the Catholic Church. For these official views, one must refer to The Bible and The Catechism of the Catholic Church both of which are our main References throughout the Books.

    PART 2

Common Sense In The World Today

    1. Relegation of Common Sense in The World of the Blind leading the Blind

G.K.Chesterton, The Apostle of Common Sense, is quoted to have said over half a century ago that,

"The common fact now about common sense is that it is no longer commonNevertheless, Truth remains the Truth even if all reject it, Lies remain lies even if most people accept it".

This saying was true then and is still true today. Common Sense is now being relegated to the most common man and rejected by some enlightened and powerful worldly men. Christ described those who reject common sense as "those who have eyes but cannot see, ears but cannot hear—The blind that leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch". They are now leading their world like the blind that leads the blind. They urge most of us to follow them blindly, ignoring common sense and truth. If we follow them we may eventually fall into the ditch of the enemy with them.

    2. Examples of Relegation of Common Sense

Even the simplest truth today is paraded by the enemy’s agents as false. Truth is now what they make of it to suit their purpose. As we will discuss fully below, we are told that kids in the womb are not human, that same sex marriage is acceptable and that God’s Covenant of family as unity of three parties, God, Man and woman, can be broken up through divorce for the purpose of selfish sexual enjoyment. Religious terrorists claim that they are commanded by God to kill those they call infidels. Youths in public schools are denied the opportunity to learn the simple truth that morality and religious teaching is the only way to good life. Some of us go on believing these lies and deceptions that defy common sense. As a result, WE ARE AT WAR. God’s World of Truth is fighting Satan’s world of Lies, Deceptions and False Promises. These are the wars and crises we are surveying in this Book. These Spiritual wars and crises have divided Secularity into two classes or worlds. The world of Good Secularity jointly with Christianity continue to govern in conformity with the Eternal Laws of God which Christ established as the Pillars of his teaching or Commandments of God. The Bad Secularity continues to fight to replace Good Secular Laws with its own that conform with the pillars of the Anti-Christ. That is the war between Christ’s world and that of the enemy, the Anti-Christ who Christ referred to as the Prince or Ruler of this world. This Book continues our review of the War front of Secularity and Christianity.

We shall survey how Satan tries to control some key secular professionals in its world—Politicians, Lawyers, Doctors, Economists, Scientists, Philosophers and tempt them to go its ways even when those ways are in conflict with common sense as we noted above. Its spirits fight in the hearts of these professionals against the Good Spirits which The Holy Spirit puts in our souls to make them alive. As Christ said, "we are the branches of the Vine, He is the Vine tree and His Father is the vine dresser. The souls that remain in Him are alive and connected with the Holy Spirit but those outside Him are dead souls". Without the Holy Spirit, the Soul is dead just as the body is dead without the Soul. Those with Dead Souls are compared in this Book to those seeds that fall on the wayside or on rocky grounds. They may hear the words of Christ but the Evil spirits in those dead souls would crowd out those words and they would bear no fruits like the seeds on rocky grounds or the wayside.

    3. Denial of Satan’s Existence defies Common Sense.

One of the examples of the relegation of common sense in the world today is the growing denial of the existence, power and influence of Satan in the world today from our personal, family, community, national to the global levels. If one mentions Satan’s attacks on us at each of these levels, or the fact that it is the only enemy of God and Man trying to tempt us to commit sins, most people react with a laugh and wave their hands dismissing such claims as stupid or foolish and religious. I can testify to this growing denial because most people laugh at me when I try to remind them of this fact. I was therefore prompted to write these five Books to remind the world that indeed Satan is still around us as it was around Adam and Eve. Shortly after God created Adam and Eve, He gave them control over a perfect world with everything they would need but commanded them not to eat the forbidden fruit in the middle of the garden of Eden. Satan soon appeared before them in the form of a serpent and cleverly succeeded in tempting them to disobey God’s command. The result is its takeover of the world. God promised to send down His Son, Christ to save the world. Christ called Satan, the Ruler and Prince of this world. Do we think that Satan had stopped its control of the world today? This is the question we should reflect upon. We show that it is still around us, going around in a mask so that we don’t recognize its presence. Hence most people deny its presence. They blame their neighbors or even God for Satan’s instigated attacks. We recall that no one mentioned the attacks of this enemy during such disasters as the bombing of the World Trade Center in New York City. They forgot that it was Satan that instigated the Bin Laden and his Al-Qaeda to cause such havocs through their terrorist attacks across the globe. Satan tells the terrorists that they are serving God in their acts of terrorism when indeed they are serving its mission.

    PART 3

    The Two Worlds At War

In His Prayer before His Passion and Death, as reported in the Gospel of John, chapter 17, we saw Christ clearly praying over the two worlds. He spoke of these two worlds and their upcoming wars and prayed for His Father to protect His own New world from the persecution by the enemy’s world.

In this Book we are daring to remind the world of Christ today that Satan still continues to fight us to disobey God’s commandments from our family to the global levels. It is the source of most of our wars and crises at all these levels in our lives. As a result of its attacks, we now have two worlds today with two classes of secularism.

Most people are forgetting this war fronts today

    2. Characteristics of the Two Fighting Worlds of Christ versus Satan’s

In the Chapters below, we introduce the two worlds at war and their leaders. These are The Good world of Christ fighting the Bad world of the enemy, Satan. Christ, described Himself as the Way, the Truth and the Life. He is the Way of obedience to the Commandments of God through which we obtain True Life, Spiritual and Body, here on earth and hereafter in heaven for all eternity.

    Satan on the other hand is introduced in the Book of Revelation as the Master of all Lies, Deceptions and an Anti-Christ. It is the opposite of everything that Christ is. Its Way leads to death of body and soul. Without the Holy Spirit and the Good spirits of Christ, the soul is dead. Its world has no Faith in God but only the following characteristics all of which show disobedience of God’s Commandments;

Anti-Development and Progress—We show below that in its world before Christ, there was no development and progress because only Christ established the pillars of economic, political, social and scientific progress.

Anti-Good GovernanceIn its world before Christ and wherever it reigns now, there is no good governance but only persecution, enslavement, torture and wars because its world lacks the pillars of love, equality, justice, humility, obedience and service to our neighbors all of which bring pleasure and happiness from Christ.

Anti-TruthIts world started from Lies and deceptions that led to the fall of Adam. It continues to this day to rule by Lies and Deceptions. Today we see terrorists being deceived to wage wars across the globe in the name of God. Can the True God mandate the killing of the people He loves?,

Anti-HappinessTrue Happiness of Christ comes from general rather than selfish happiness of the enemy.

    3. Historical Experience Of Satan’s Attacks

Today, many people fail to recollect the history of the above attacks by the enemy. They fail to see the spiritual hands of Satan in most of the wars the world had seen through its history. In 1571 there was a naval invasion of Europe by the barbarians seeking to wipe out Christianity from Europe. It was stopped by the appearance of Mary, in support of an opposing Naval forces of Christians. As a result of support of the Mother of Jesus, Pope Pius VI instituted the Feast of The Rosary,. In France, the emergence of the reign of Napoleon Bonaparte again sought to wipe out Christianity from all of France. A program of the EWTN had reviewed the experience of France under Napoleon Bonaparte who fought viciously to exterminate Christianity from France. When he failed to achieve his extermination goal, he tried to accommodate the Church but under his control. Despite his extermination of most of the human and material structures of the Church, the remnants of the Church militant continued to struggle to survive. They eventually triumphed and Napoleon was forced to confess that Christ is indeed God and is behind the Church. After Napoleon’s wars came the tragedies committed against the Christian and Jewish people by Hitler and Stalin. Their second world war and persecution and extermination of Christians could not be attributed to human powers alone. Again the Catholic Church triumphed. The emergence of Communism from the world wars opened another front for continued persecution and extermination of Christianity. The EWTN program on St Vianne was provided by Mary’s Media Broad casting. It was a good review of the attacks under Napoleon. Another program on the Karol, the Man who became a Pope, also provides a review of the experience of Christian and Jewish persecution under Hitler. The Church had survived all these terrors in the modern world as it did in the early years after Christ. It will continue to be persecuted and survive. All the persecutors will one day be asked the same question Christ asked Saul,

Why are you persecuting me? And they will answer asking, "Who are you Lord?

I am Christ who you are persecuting.

Rise up, go and preach my Name to the ends of the world?

    4. Two Worlds of Secularity at War

These days most people view Secularity as one group fighting against Christianity. In this Book, it is our goal to emphasize that there are two types of secularism and remind the world of their battles.

We view our Wars and Crises therefore as the result of the division of our World and Secularity into two classes today The Bad Secularity serves Satan and fights the Good Secularity that serves God. The two make up our two fighting worlds being reviewed in this Book. As a result of their battles, Politics is divided into two classes, the one based on God’s Eternal Law from which Good Secular Laws are derived and the other based on the
