About this ebook
Finally the why and how a sociopath spousal abusers game works.
There are two versions of this amazingly daring book.
The shorter all-color page picture book version, which is the FIRST DRAFT COLLECTORS EDITION, and the black and white interior design, that is a longer slightly more information comprehensive version of the same material. Victims are encouraged to purchase the longer less costly black and white interior edition.
What is The Sociopaths Guide to Scamming the System all about? It is about how they do it, why they do it and how they manage to actually get away with it.
This book describes how these predators get away with all of it including manipulating the police, medical professionals, psychiatric professionals and other s. In such maneuvers the in-home or spousal sociopath predator can extend his/her reach of abusive power and control.
This at times snarky or sarcastically presented book is written as a warning guideline for victims of what are oftentimes the worst types of sociopath/sociopath-type con artists.
The primary focus of The Sociopaths Guide to Scamming the System is the methods and agendas of the in-home or alleged family person type of sociopath predator.
This book is not actually meant to be utilized as a How-To-Do guide for abusive individuals or con men. The methods described in this book may or may not always work without a hitch. Variables exist, including but not limited to the following: Variables in the adult victim of the abuse, age and sophistication level of any child or children involved (i.e. children used by the abuser as pawns), intelligence or lack thereof of any police, social workers, welfare department workers and others involved in any particular case.
In creating this book this writer interviewed numerous other victims in careful analysis of their stories. When others were interviewed a certain level of proof of their reasonable innocence was required as well as consistency in their behaviors as well as clarity in their stories through a time period deemed sufficient to weed out overt liars.
It is sincerely hoped that the existence of this book will in the end reduce the success rate of the methods of dishonorable conduct described herein. It is further hoped that in reading this book support persons for victims and victims themselves will receive a desperately needed heads-up warning otherwise not clearly available.
Readers as you proceed through these pages please use your imaginations to consider other similar directions, variations, methods and/or allegations a sociopath/sociopath type person can use to gain the same result(s).
Names of individuals in all of this authors books are fictitious names. Real names are not revealed.

PROLOGUE
This book is written as a warning guideline for victims of what are oftentimes the worst types of sociopath and sociopath type con artists. This book is not actually meant to be utilized as a How-To-Do guide for abusive individuals or con men. The methods described in this book may or may not always work without a hitch. Variables exist, including but not limited to the following: Variables in the adult victim of the abuse, age and sophistication level of any child or children involved (i.e. used by the abuser as pawns), intelligence or lack thereof of police, social workers, Welfare department workers and others. This writer does not guarantee these tactics will always work and any individual who attempts to use these scam tactics may be at risk of getting caught, penalized and/or prosecuted. The tactics described herein are those this writer has learned through personal victimization experience as well as the stories of other victims. This writer interviewed numerous other victims in careful analysis of their stories. When others were interviewed a certain level of proof of their reasonable innocence was required as well as consistency in their behaviors and stories through a time period deemed sufficient to weed out overt liars. It is sincerely hoped that the existence of this book will in the end reduce the success rate of the methods of dishonorable conduct described herein. It is further hoped that in reading this book support persons for victims and victims will receive a heads-up warning otherwise not available. This writer is apposed (i.e. against) the use of dishonorable conduct and abuse. The stories herein depict experiences and reports from victims, mothers who were innocent and fathers of various children. While most of the adult victims portrayed herein are women it is noteworthy to recognize that women can obviously also perpetrate these forms of abuse against men. Please excuse any and all typos herein. This writer has severe chronic medical issues, dyslexia and approaching blindness. Glasses no longer help to any significant level. The content of this book is created to help victims and this writer posits the value of these lessons by proxy (i.e. through other victims’ experiences) is apparent despite any typos that may exist.

Note: Danee’ pronounced like Renee’ at the end and not pronounced like Danny.
Note: This book is written to warn victims of this type of scam artist. This book is NOT actually meant to function as a How-To-Do guide for sociopath’s.
Note: A sociopath again can be either male or female. Male victims please mentally alter the pronouns herein to fit the gender of your partner. A sociopath can also be homosexual or lesbian. Homosexual and lesbian victims please mentally alter the pronouns herein to appropriately fit your own situation/relationship. Again: Though there is a higher rate of male sociopaths, female sociopaths do exist. Female sociopaths can and do utilize the same techniques as their male counter-parts.
SOME KEY TERMS
1. Sociopath/sociopath type personality: A person who is not capable of feelings of remorse, empathy, love, etc. Also a smooth master manipulator that views others as nothing other than supply sources (i.e. sources for money, sex, stimulation, power, control, etc.).
2. Strip Mining: Similar to gold digging/gold digger. Strip mining is the act of stripping via manipulation, coercion, abusive behaviors, deception, conning everything of value out of another human being. A sociopath does this as the norm of conduct and feels absolutely no remorse.
3. Buzz words or buzz phrases: Terms, words and/or phrases that paint a picture of another person, in this case the victim of a sociopath, in an extremely negative light. Also includes the use of words and phrases the victim may have used grossly out of context so that the meaning of the word, words and/or phrase is understood as having meant or meaning something drastically different than what it meant when the victim said it.
4. Brokenness: A state of being a sociopath can experience when the predator’s manipulative, deceptive, conning, abusive behaviors absolutely do not work to gain the predator anything positive or desired while only decent behaviors do reward the sociopath. Only in a state of brokenness will a sociopath tow-the-line or act right. A state of brokenness does NOT cause a sociopath emotional pain or distress. However, victims must be altered that a state of brokenness is destroyed the moment a sociopath pulls-off a big deceptive caper that seriously harms the victim, including but not limited to sociopath capers utilizing the services of law enforcement, Child Protective Services, the court system, medical professional, psychiatric professionals, etc. Once the sociopath’s state of brokenness is shattered the predator returns to the natural abusive state with a flourish and additional forms of continuously escalating (increasingly blatant and severe) abuses will occur. The sociopath will ensure that the primary victim/adult victim cannot create a new state of brokenness in the sociopath in the future. Thus while the state of brokenness causes a sociopath to act right, the predator will become a sociopath hopped up on the predator’s recent or relevant win when that predator shatters the state of brokenness by attacking the victim successfully.
5. Gas lighting: Making statements to another telling that person he/she committed behaviors or made statements he/she never did or made in an attempt to cause that person to believe he/she is losing his/her mind. A common behavioral pattern for sociopaths is gas lighting against the victim.
6. Supply source: What ALL others are to a sociopath/sociopath type personality. Other human beings are nothing but sources of sex, money, stimulation, power, control, etc.
7. Achilles’ Tendon Factor: That one trauma that will destroy a non-sociopath. Each person has a unique Achilles’ Tendon factor. Some people have more than one such factor. A sociopath rarely has an Achilles’ Tendon Factor though not getting his way will cause the sociopath to feel offended, disrespected, angry, disgusted, etc. While a sociopath cannot feel love, empathy, sympathy, etc. a sociopath can oftentimes feel anger or outrage.
8. Narcissist: A person who is entirely self-centered and self-absorbed. May view the entire world from himself/herself outward. He/she is the only relevant factor. He/she is the center around which the entire world revolves. Many sociopaths/sociopath type personalities are also Narcissists.
9. Pathological Liar: A person who habitually lies and can frequently pass a polygraph test while lying. This type of person is very talented at lying. Many sociopaths are also pathological liars.
10. Primary Target: In this case the phrase refers to the primary target/victim of the sociopath in a situation or household environment.
11. Inner-nucleus: The environment inside of a sociopath’s home. The tender environment of the sociopath’s closest direct family and also the family that experiences the sociopath’s abuse (i.e. girlfriend, fiancé, wife, significant romantic relationship adult partner, children who live in the home with the sociopath).
12. CPS: Child Protective Services, a State and/or County child welfare department.
13. DTO: A psychiatric term which means Danger to Others. Something the victim of a sociopath is frequently accused of being even when that victim is innocent.
14. DTS: A psychiatric term which means Danger to Self. Also something the victim of a sociopath is frequently accused of being even when that victim is completely innocent.
15. P.I.: Private Detective.
16. Preconceived Notions: A view others have of a person based on either past experiences with that person or in the case of victims of a sociopath – A view of the victim based on the stories the sociopath tells others about that victim while the sociopath is manipulating others in an effort to position them to aid and abet him (aid and abet the abuser).
17. The System: Comprised of agencies of authority (i.e. court system, police, law enforcement, CPS, etc.). Sociopaths are experts at manipulating the system in order to get those within the system, those with the power and authority to make a difference for the good or the bad, to aid and abet the sociopath abuser.
18. Unregistered gun, cold gun, black market gun: A weapon that was NOT purchased through a legal gun store where a background check, including an FBI background check, is run on the person purchasing the weapon. A cold gun is the choice weapon of most sociopaths and/or sociopath type personalities as they can rest assured there is no possible record anywhere of the purchase and ownership of such a weapon.
19. Registered gun: A weapon purchased through a legal gun shop where all background checks have been done before the buyer can take the gun home. Though the gun shop allegedly only keeps the purchase record of each weapon for X-number of years, any purchaser who buys a registered gun is likely aware of the reality that such a gun comes with a traceable paper trail. Not the top-choice weapon for a sociopath; however, victims should not feel safe when the abuser has weapons as such a predator is an expert at lying to and manipulating law enforcement workers into believing outrageous tales against the victim.

THE ACHILLES’ TENDON
The Achilles’ Tendon factor is a phrase I use to describe the ONE horror that will completely destroy a particular person. Everyone upon this planet has at least one Achilles’ Tendon factor while other individuals have more than one or in some cases many. Human beings are individuals. Thus the event, the trauma, the tragedy that will shatter one person beyond repair will not necessarily shatter a different person beyond repair. We are all human beings, yet we are also all unique. Needless to say, since we are all human beings there are traumas which are harmful to nearly everyone, if not literally everyone. However, within the vast collection of potential horrors that can befall any specific person each and every person has that one or more, depending once again upon individuality or that Achilles’ Tendon factor, end-all reality. If an event or if events are not the Achilles’ Tendon factor they will not demolish the individual who suffers them and if the event or events are the Achilles’’ Tendon factor they will. There is simplicity in this truth and how the majority of the masses cannot wrap their minds around it befuddles me to no end. Certainly we are the same species, there are genetic similarities, there are many other similarities, but the cookie-cutter imprint to a perfect T stops there. We are not clones. We are not all exactly the same. The Achilles’ Tendon factor is real. Some of us know precisely what it is even before it ever happens while most haven’t got a clue until they’ve experienced it in part or in full. Nonetheless, it will forever exist as a reality that cannot be banished or altered or otherwise cured anymore than we humans already upon this planet can be altered and turned into flawlessly crafted clones of some prototype that is deemed ideal.

Note: This informal short essay is included to clarify that different experiences are most relevant to different people. What will destroy one person or damage that person completely may not have that same impact upon another person.
SOCIOPATH’S VIEW: PICK YOUR BEST ADULT VICTIM:
The Ideal Victim for A Sociopath or Sociopath Type Abuser is the Following:
• Not all of these personality traits fit this writer personally. The ideal victim has many of these traits.
• These are traits for victims who are perpetrator magnets in general and NOT just for victims of stalkers.
1. Comes from a traditional old-fashioned family.
2. Lives by an old-fashioned honesty and honor code of conduct.
3. Comes from an old fashioned in-tact family of origin where she did not see her father abuse and discard her mother but rather saw her father faithful and good to her mother even if her father was not perfect all the time. The alternative in typical family of origin and end result is number 27 below.
4. Is naive or innocent.
5. Is extremely generous with a huge kind giving heart.
6. Has high moral values.
7. Has a low self-esteem even if the low self-esteem is not severe or in all areas.
8. Has had trauma in her life, not necessarily from child abuse.
9. Has suffered through false allegations for acts she did not commit. This will make her easy to fool and easily led into believing the sociopath is likewise falsely accused by others.
10. Is an idealist and/or a dreamer.
11. Is a caretaker personality.
12. Is nurturing.
13. Has a lot of empathy.
14. Is forgiving.
15. Has strong loyalty. This person will continue to be loyal to the predator until the predator abuser her to an extreme degree.
16. Is protective of anyone she loves or sees as a friend or family member. This person will continue to fight for the predator until the predator abuses her to a high level.
17. Is very honest. People oftentimes make the mistake of thinking others are similar to how they are. Honest people frequently believe others who get close to them are honest too.
18. Comes from a family where she was sheltered from deceptive corrupt people and influences.
19. Is trusting.
20. Is a goodie-goodie or a nerdy goodie-goodie.
21. Is vulnerable.
22. Is needy and a very loving gentle person.
23. Is shy or an introvert.
24. Is non-violent.
25. Is not rash in negative judgments against others.
26. Has medical issues.
27. Is helpless.
28. Was abused as a child or was abandoned as a child but did not become tough or street wise because of it and still has most of all of the traits in this list and may determinedly hold onto the traits because she does not want to allow herself to be what she experienced in youth.
29. Has abandonment issues.
30. Loves too deeply and with too much loyalty.
31. Suffers from past trauma specifically one or more of the following: Chronic long-term illness, severe shorter term illness (i.e. battle with cancer the victim won), suffers from a genetic disease, was abused in a past relationship (significant abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse, severe emotional/mental abuse), abortion (a person forced or forcefully pressured into an abortion in the past), past rape victim, past kidnapping victim (even if kidnapping did not include sexual assault), stalking victim, victim of severe natural disaster in which she lost people as well as property, victim of the foster care system/victim of CPS abuse as a child, past victim or medical abuse, etc.
32. Traditional female taught values similar to those in the Mormon faith about keeping sweet. This may not have been called keeping sweet as the victim’s family may not have been Mormon, but the concept about how girls and women are to behave is very similar. Keeping sweet while being abused is impossible and efforts lead to additional stress and dysfunction in all areas of life. Does well when not abused – does not do well when abused.
33. Peace keeper within the family.
34. Feels her job is to entertain and appease people all the time.
35. Is the ideal or close to the ideal kind of woman men in the Promise Keeper’s
and similar groups state is good wife material. She is ideal or very good wife material for a non-abuser. In contrast she is more poorly equipped for an abuser than most other women.
36. Looks for a man to fulfill traditional role and values. Including the role of protector.
37. Is not paranoid or suspicious of others. It takes a lot for her to become paranoid or suspicious, a lot of proof of
