About this ebook
We make mistakes in life that leave scars, sometimes visible scars, but the ones that are deep within that we cant hide are the ones that destroy us. Dont be afraid to release your truth from your hurt. Let it be helpful to someone that is traveling and has no direction. We ask ourselves, Why me? But why not you? Each person has their own pair of shoes to wearnot one fits like anyone elses.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Thank you God for your Mercy and Grace to keep be through all of my mess.
To my mom and dad who gave me the best of things growing up, my struggle would have been harder if I wasn’t raised by the two of you knowing who Jesus is and his good works. Thank you for the devotion early in the morning consisting of the word of God and prayer each and every morning before off to school. Thank you mom for helping me to become the strong lady and mom that I am today thank you.
To my children who I adore more than anything in this world the three of you are my to do better and rise again medication. When all else had fallen and left my side I had the three of you that made it all better and gave me a reason to push harder for us all thank you for that. I might not have made the best decisions but I tried and did the best I knew how.
To my sister who I have learn to admire over the years. I know I’m about fourteen years older but I look up to you in so many ways. Thank you for pulling us all through one of the roughest times of our lives when we where suppose to been pulling you through. Thank you for my three musketeers and being one of the best mom ever.
To my big brother who inspired me to continue to write this book.
Who would always tell me the truth no matter how it made me feel or how silly it sounded. Thank you for the Sunday morning conversation that would always go on for hours and kept us laughing. I’m so proud of the life you have for yourself I admire you for stepping out and making things happen for yourself you have inspired me in so may ways not only where you my big brother you are my best-friend.
Thanks to my Grandmother who is no longer with us. Thank you grandma for teaching me how important family is. Thank you for teaching me to love people no matter what and to always put God first in whatever I do. Rest on BABY!
Lastly I want to thank all the people that I had any and every experience with in my life without you I had nothing to learn from to help others. For those experiences the good, bad and ugly that you thought was for my bad, really it was for my good because without them I couldn’t know that those are really my foot prints in the sand and for the path I took with you I can distinguish mines from the rest. Thank you for letting me know who you where so I could find out who I am and I love what the turn out of God goodness is.
PROLOGUE
To my readers, this book is not to sound sad and not so much of regrets but to acknowledge some of what I encountered under my own admission. I spoke out because my life is a gift from God, and I will never hide my gift under a bushel of shame. There are things we are not always proud of in life, but don’t allow it to control you, consume you, or put you in a place of sinking sand.
We all have stories, and I wanted my story to be in a book so that someone can pick it up, flip through it, and allow it to be a reminder that if you are taking this path, the ending is not good. Here it is—black-and-white, simple, and to the point. I’m just a common person that has a big heart and flaws that God is helping me correct.
One may ask where is the sunshine in your story? Why the grayness? Well, I reply by saying look at me now after all the damage done and blows taken I’m still standing. God has given me so many chances, and so many I’ve taken for granted. What you see is a product of Gods goodness and mercy, I have so much joy knowing he had a plan for me when I didn’t have a clue. So please don’t judge me. Try to understand me because God has already forgiven me and at the end of the his footprints in the sand us what I’m following.
