It is with the grace of God that he gave me the strength to write this book. All around the world change is now and becoming part of our lives. Change is playing a significant part in our lives and it is the person who cannot adapt to change that is falling to succeed in life. Change is happening fast and it is when we all respond positively to change that we can see success. This book is written to answer question that most leaders would have concerning changes that they have to make in their organizations. In order to win we suppose to change the way we think and the way we live. Our lifestyles must be adjusted to relate to the circumstances of these times. This book is written to reflect the issue that all of us can change. We need a thorough strategy to be able to stand and win in our situations. Change can only be orchestrated by those who can respond well to change with open eyes. We suppose to change our old cultural believe systems that hinders us to win in our life engagements. We must understand that without planting great seed of success and winners we will fail to navigate successfully and win in life. The world is rapidly changing around us and it is the responsibility for all of us to admit that we have to do something in order to win. Environment is changing around us and we have to adapt and plan for our win and success. We have to make sure that we develop strong habits to win in order to handle our responsibility successfully. In order to facilitate change we suppose to know that a change requires ability to navigate upon life with clear thoughts that will facilitate a win. For a change to happen, we require strong minds of persuasion that will influence those who suppose to do changes to win.

Everybody must love change, and it is the responsibility of all of us to win by embracing changes. You can only do proper changes when you can stand and decide to distinguish yourself from the rest of the group. Here we also dedicate this book to the Holy Spirit that helped us to write all what we suppose to write without fear of anything. Change is a good thing it must only be facilitated correctly so that those who suppose to share the benefits receive what they suppose to get. The writing of this book only originate from what God has create in me that I can use it as a talent to writ successfully. To write a book came as natural as I only enhanced my writing skills and thoughts based on my university studies, and research methods and projects they allowed me to carry in order to enhance my writing ability. Most of the reference is made from, The MacArthur Study Bible compiled in a year (2010) which is written and edited by John MacAthur. The version of translation of a Bible used here is on Standard English, and notes and explanation are clear enough to clarify thoughts and understanding of the Bible. Other books are quoted, and some material comes from University and was used as papers to enhances knowledge, and was quoted and used to enhance this book concerning changes.

INTRODUCTION

This book is written to try to find ways to answer some of the question that is related to the contribution to problems that quick fix method cannot solve. If we fail to change our perceptions concerning changes that we suppose to make we fail to grow, become better individuals that will fail to reach their goals successfully. Perceptions are created and are formed, but it is in the understanding that we can know that perceptions influence the way we see, and eventually the way we behave is affected. If we want to effect changes we must look at the lens through which we see the world, as well as at the world we se, and that the lens itself shapes how we interpret the world. And to change ourselves effectively we first had to change our perceptions. Sometimes we want to do changes based and filled with social image consciousness, techniques and quick fixes with social bands aids and aspirin that addresses acute problems and sometimes even appeared to solve them temporarily, but left inside is the underlying chronic problems untouched to fester and resurface time and again. The concept called character ethics taught us that there are basic principles of effective living, and that people can only experience true success and enduring happiness as they learn and integrate these principles into their basic character.

It is the responsibility for all of us to know that we all can change, and makes our lives better. Change can only be facilitated effectively by changing our strategies till we reach the point of benefiting from the changes we made. It is only with great dreamers that we can experience changes in our world as they make plans to win in our environment. It is only when you set your dreams to work and plans to win with what God had told you. It is also our responsibility to make sure that we go all out and achieve our great dreams we set to reach our destiny. In order for any organization to win in its environment, we need to understand in what country are we operating from, and in what business environment are we dealing with and including our relationships with the necessary government regulations of those particular countries. We need to understand that we need business licences in order to be allowed to operate formally and officially in these countries. The main concern of this book is to teach us to be aware that we suppose to handle our life responsibility correctly in order to win in our business environment. Teams and leaders that are focused to manage our organizations must be trained to handle their responsibilities effectively.

Organizations needs strong collaborative and inspire leadership in order to facilitate their success correctly. Organizational leaders must be well developed in order to handle leadership correctly and to be able to be in positions to master people effectively. For organizations to succeed they need quality improvement teams that will facilitate spirit of working together and encouraging success in the lives of the organizations. To be a change agent we must be in a position to distinguish ourselves so to be different that we can deal with our responsibility to change correctly. Change can only take place correctly only when it facilitate and foster changes from its roots and that is based on attacking and changing old cultural habits that are no longer effective to advance our lives anymore. To cause change to take place, we have to look at our environmental changes and cause our conditions around us to change. You cannot obtain change when you are caught up with old dead bones of past, but you must also wake up and plant great seed of greatness in your life, in order to cause real changes to happen in your lives. We must constantly suppose to tell ourselves that we can win and suppose to grow and become great from the inside.

It is in most cases that we fail to reach our goals because when faced with circumstances that forces us to win, we resist changes. We must learn to administer changes effectively so that we can succeed to grow our organizations. To facilitate change correctly we must learn to apply change techniques that will make it easy for us to handle changes fully and successfully. Every one of us must make sure that we adjust our habits to be in aligned with ability to serve God effectively. We have to learn to change the state of our lives so that we receive the miracles of what we want to reach our destiny. Changes require us to grow and honestly deal with our success effectively. Our ability to focus and grow to change is facilitated by our ability to deal honestly with ourselves to win at all times in life. Church leaders must grow to a point of receiving revelations and that provides knowledge that we are called to plan and make strategies to win. The future is great and is bright for all of us, and we suppose to understand that it is those who can handle responsibility with delight that suppose to win and move and advance to the next stage of their lives In order to facilitate success of bringing change to the dying world, God gave us the ability to reason and facilitates talks to win. Application of the right negotiation skills is required in order to allow those talking to be persuasive to win in what they are doing.

We need good psychological understanding to know that it requires inner strength to win in all your battle you are engaging yourselves with. To persuade others to change requires us to learn and grow in our thoughts and to know that God is with us. The future for our organizations is bright and we only need to know that we need to plan how we are going to make changes to facilitate our progress. Organizations need strategies in place to deal with their daily problems. Strategies of organizations must liberate them to handle fully what they suppose to get when they win. Projects of these organizations fail because we do not develop an eye to win. Organizations must work hard to build the brand of their organizations successfully. The world is great and for them to deal and handle this responsibility effectively they must learn to market and deliver the relevant good services to their respective clients. Brand has been there for a long time, but it is the responsibility of organizational executives to facilitate win. We must learn to create changes by changing our daily habits that hinders us to win at all times. Habits are what are now a routine to us and it blocks us and makes us to fail to win. By succeeding to build a brand we are facilitating great success for our organizations. We must organize ourselves to handle massive changes that are happening around the world, but we must also deal with our global understanding so that we can perform to the required level.

CHAPTER 1

WE ALL CAN CHANGE

Every time we speak of other people we tend to forget that we are also people. We tend to create the business world into machines and forget that it is people that work with those machines. We work with people to solve organizational problems. At some point we work so hard and wonder what is happening. Most of the mistakes and problem we experience in our organizations are directed to the decision making process in a company. The focus of your company is to grow revenue and to increase profit making, and on the other side you want to be successful. When you talk about people, the organization utilizes the skills of the people they have, and uses the abilities and talents to create the necessary growth. The idea of creating such a focus is to make money and pay yourself even a salary. You must also make sure that you pay others that work with you to make the organization successful. You must not be in business just because you can make money; you must care about your staff in order to succeed. You must take people with you and add value to your organization, and you must not walk alone. Training your staff and making development investments would also mean you make it a priority of your organization to forge improvements.

If your staff are lazy and incompetent and are failing to make the necessary adjustment, you must know that they will retaliate and reduce and slack in the production process of their organization. If your staff becomes un-productive, you will have slow of achieving your organizational change and growth. Get down to the production site and be part of action and put your overall and go down there and see what is happening. Put value and grow your business. When you have been in the production site and saw the process you can explain to your executive what is happening down there. Allow your staffs get organized and affect and change your organization. In the previous style of organizational leadership, leaders were a boss, and in today’s business world, leaders should be partners. Technical lines such as engineering and financials of the organizations become successful and that is because of staff members that have inclined technical knowledge. Human skills play a very important role in the success of the organization that is reflected by human ability to deal and handle problems and their positive attitude and inspiring personality to lead people. If you want to succeed in business and stay for a long time, just respect other people, so that they can respect you back and help to contribute to bring success.

As a leader you must participate and involve yourself in the leading and managing your organization. Organization that are well managed, reflect a smooth corporation that is seen with part of discipline, which is part of good management. You have to put extra power of perseverance and effort to the point and direction for the success of your organization. If you want to see the necessary changes and success as a manager, you must work very hard, and think strategically at all times, and if you fail, you have got you to blame that you never put much effort. Dedication means a strong focus to lead your company to contribute to leave behind a legacy. All of your energies you put must not be allowed to go down. As a leader you must establish requirements and set reasonable standards that will facilitate the results orientated to be achieved. A leader must love his organization, and must commit their staff to move and make plans and achieve things. A leader must believe in partnerships and arrange your staff in such a way that all will feel free to contribute to the success of the organization.

Invest in the future of others that are helping and making your organization successful. The time you invest in training your staff and improving their confidence and competence will also contribute in effectiveness and improve productivity. You just know that people forms organizations, and as a leader you must make sure that you make good investments to develop others to the point that they are contributing meaningful to the success of the organization. Embrace people and remember that you have people not company. Every leader must develop behaviour to forgive their subordinate and forget for their tress passes. There is no substitute for dedication and commitment and hard work that is required for those suppose to manage and run their organizations. If you want to be a great leader just become discipline and trust the Lord and he will do the rest to bless your organization.

1.1 Developing a winning mentality.

Once people have studied success and become success conscious and success literate they will still face roadblocks so to develop to becoming success independent. The study is about founding reasons that makes and develops people to become success conscious because they are trapped in the situation of fear, bad habits and arrogance. To be successful you need a large cash flow column that will develop assets that are strong and powerful. Your success column should be developed so that they can free you from living the life of bondage and allow you to live life you dreamed about, instead of working full time to pay bills. Overcoming the fear of losing out when you are planning to succeed is the main reason that we all must work towards. Everyone does not like to lose out even when they want to succeed. In all the years that we engage in many projects, I have never seen anyone who never lost even if is money before reaching their success. But I have met a lot of poor people who have never lost anything, through investments and in the process they fail to understand the reality of success. The fear of loosing even money is real and is destructing many people from receiving their share of success. The reality is that it is not the fear that is the problem; it is how you handle your fears. The way you will handle failure is the great thing that makes a different in your lives. And that principle is based on your ability to handle success effectively is the reason of standing and taking responsibility to success.

According to (Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter, 1998) in their book, Rich Dad Poor Dad says that, "The primary difference between rich people and the poor person is how they handle their fears concerning the design of their success. What we indicate here is that it is Ok to be fearful, and nothing is wrong to be a coward when it comes to making decisions concerning certain important factors of your life. Life makes us heroes at some other things and cowards at some point of other things in our lives. We are all different some people are when we see blood we run, and when we see snakes we also run, but it should be that when it comes to deal with our problems and their solutions to get to success it must not have been a fearful thing. The phobias of dealing with our problems and designing solutions must be real in our lives. To give solution to those that fear that they are limited to succeed in life is that you must plan and start early in order to make design of what you want to do and how you intend doing it. The bank will recommend that you develop saving habits as early as at your young age. If you start young it is easy to be rich and successful. There is a large difference between a people who started at the age of twenty to save than a person who started at the age of 30 years. It is said that one of the wonders of the world is the power of compound interest that will bring change to your finances.

If you hate loosing you are finished because you hate taking a risk to develop success of your life. Sometimes our problems lie in doing nothing about the issues that affects our lives, and simply avoids, and refusing to discuss the subject that is the problem to us. You must develop a mindset that is created out of abundance, because when you think in abundance everything looks bigger, and the bigger the thing is the more better it becomes. When you designed your strategies of success and you begin to win, you are quite sure that you will win big time. That is why it is said that nobody likes a looser, and to prove that point show me a happy looser, and I can show you a real looser. Life is made out of causes and effects and that goes to a point that your attitude must be developed around taking a risk and managing a failure to such an extend that failure is not an issues that will destruct you from winning. Winners will win big, and in opposite to most people around here, living a life of roaches when it comes to money, and roaches are terrified that someone will shine a light on them. They will whimper when the grocery clerk short-changes them a quarter.

What I like best about people that have developed winning mentality is that they have strong attitude and they become proud when they win their battles. There is a saying that if you are going to go broke, go big, ‘You don’t want to admit you went broke over a duplex. Most people around here are so afraid of losing, they don’t have a duplex to go broke and win. The greatest and the most reason for lack of finances and success is because most people played it too safe. People are so afraid of loosing that they lost and their believe and words they use is loose. Developing a winning mentality means being unafraid to loose. In my own life I have discovered ways to always win my battles. Before you finally learnt to ride a bicycle, you first fell down many times. You must understand there that when looking at a formula for success, you will never see a winner who does not have experience of handling their failures correctly. It is dangerous to learn to repeat mistakes that brought you to where you are right now, and think it is common and usual. I have never met a good golfer who has never lost a golf ball. I have never met people who fallen in love who never had their heart broken, and I have never met someone who is rich and successful who never lost money. So for most people, the reason they don’t win even financially is because the pain of loosing money is far greater than the joy of being rich. Everyone wants to go to Heaven, but no one wants to die. Most people dream of being rich, but are terrified of losing money, and so they never got to Heaven or getting a rich life.

If you really want to learn the attitude of how to handle risk of loosing and failure, just make plans to cater for disaster as they may happen. The winners develop a mentality of a fighter that makes them win in the process of their lives. Success conscious people know that there was no hope of success against overwhelming odds. Winners chose to die instead of surrounding their lives to failures and destructions. Successful people always go through butts kicked, a failure if you will, and they lost in the process, but they still carry on till they win and succeed. Successful people know that even when you are going to go for a big deal and you will still be nervous. You can imagine that after you have done all your due diligence and now the project is shut up you will feel very bad inside of you. You must not allow your emotions to control you. Every time you are afraid of making a mistake, you are locking your mind from becoming creative to handle the matter correctly. You must develop strength, for the failure must remind you that you could always turn a financial loss into a financial win. Winners know that a failure would only make him stronger and smarter. This reason does not make us want to loose, but it is reasons to develop strategy to handle a lose. Winners know how to take loose and change it into a win. And that is the great reason why others are losers and others are winners it is the attitude that counts and that matters. Winning develops strength and courage to cross the line when others backed off and out. Winners take a great failure and turned it around into a success project that will change the lives of others. Winner must not bury their failures, but winners are inspired by their failures. Winners take their failures and turn them into rallying cries, and failures must be a reason to become successful. The same formula developed is the formula for all of us that wants to succeed in life. Falling off a bike the first time you are learning is part of riding a bike. You can relate and remember falling off only made you more determined to learn to ride a bike. Also on the other hand to be a top professional golfer, losing a ball or a tournament only inspires golfers to be better, to influence him to practice more harder, and to study more, and that is the reason they become better.

For winners, losing inspires them, and for losers, losing defeats them. To be the winner you must be able to turn every disaster into an opportunity. You must be in a position to turn every failure into designing a successful business. You must always be in a position to awaken the sleeping giants in others. The great defeat must give winners the strength, and soon winners must emerge as a world power. A failure inspires winners, and failures defeats losers. It is the biggest secrets of winners, and it is a secret that losers do not know that their failure is their greatest enemy. The greatest secret of winners is that failures inspire winning; thus they are not afraid to take a risk and lose. Winning mentality means not being afraid to lose. If you know who you are you will not be afraid to try things that are difficult and design strategies to win in the process. Winning will inspire you to be better and improve your process of life. There is a big difference between hating losing and being afraid to lose, and most people are so afraid of losing and being afraid to lose. People go broke over duplex, and financially they play their life too safe and too small. They buy big houses and big cars, but they fail to make big investments. The main reason that many people struggles financially is because they play not to lose, but also they don’t play to win either in life. They go to their financial planners such as their accountants or stock brokers and buy a balanced portfolio and think that they will succeed.

If you have little money and you want to be rich, you must first be focused and not balanced. If you look at anyone successful at the start they were not balanced. Balanced people go nowhere, and they have the tendency to remain in one spot for too long. But also playing it safe and going balanced on your investment portfolio is not the way successful investors play the game. Every body that succeeded in their projects turned to be focused instead of being balanced. If you have any desire of being rich and successful, you must develop your focus. Put a lot of eggs in a few baskets, and do not do what the poor and middle class people do and that is to put their few eggs in many baskets. If you hate loosing you can play it safe, and if loosing makes you weak, play it safe, and you can go with balanced investments. If you are many years and you still afraid to take a risk you are terrified by failures, then you must not change just remain the same? The advice is that you can play it safe by starting early in life to do your investments, and start to accumulate your nest of eggs early because it will take time to yield the required results. But also on the other hand if you have the dreams of freedom of getting out of a rat race of traps of many kinds that can lead you to failure and debts you must start to plan earlier. The first question to ask in developing a winning mentality is, How can I respond to failures?

If failure makes you weak, or cause you to throw temper tantrums like spoiled brats who went to an attorney to file a law suit every time something does not go well and in their way, then they can play it safe. Staking the asset column and make increase in your resources is a high attitude of winners in the game of life they are playing. Losers avoid falling and what makes a different with losers from winners is they developed guts and patience and great attitude into winning mentality. All of us have doubts concerning issues of success of our lives. We formulate our lives to play it safe, and surround our thoughts with what if. What if the economy crashes right after I make investments? Or what if I lose control after I put all that I have to make the project successful. The problem is that you only developing doubt and you do not know what you are talking about. The word feeling is now building in our stomach, and we sometimes can’t sleep in the night.

We fail to move forward, and so we stay with what is safe and many opportunities are passing by us. We tend to watch life passing by as we sit immobilized with a cold knot in our bodies. We have all felt at one time in our lives the same way, and it was more than once. We sometimes hear the noise of failure and we believe it and tend out to become failures in all that we do. Noise is either inside our heads or noise comes from outside. Sometimes because of the noise outside it creates fear that makes us to build shelter of protection, and we fail to move on to succeed. Most people are poor because when it comes to investment, the world is filled with Chicken Little running around yelling at unfairness of life. The sky is falling, and everyone is a little chicken because we fail to develop and tune our mindset to receive success. Many people you call them advisers will tell you how something will not work and you can’t do it that way. When you ask them where you got the information from, they will tell you from a magazine or a friend. They do not have the hands on experience, and they did never do it before, and on the other hand they are telling someone who is doing it why they should not do it. People who are filled with doubts are willing to accept the little they can get in a deal, and doubt is expensive. Cynics people never wins in any projects they engage and participate themselves with. The point I am trying to make here is that those doubts are cynics that keep most people poor and playing it safe. The real world is simply waiting for you to get rich.

Only a person with doubts will keep himself away from benefits of being rich and successful. Getting out of a rat race is technically easy, and it does not take much education, but those doubts are crippling effects for most of the people and contribute to hinder them to succeed. Unchecked doubts have a far power to create a cynic person. Cynics will always criticise, and winners analyze the problem and design suitable solutions. Cynics are blind by their situation, while analyzers can see more opportunities in the process. Analysis allowed winners to see that critics were blind, and to see opportunities that everyone else missed. Finding what other people cannot see and miss in the process is the key of success. Real estate is a powerful investment tool for money for those seeking financial independence or freedom. It is unique investment tool. Someone who lets their fears and criticize everything will not see the opportunity and miss the whole point of success of their lives. Someone who criticise does not analyse to solve a problem but they are letting their mind to close by allowing doubts and instead of allowing their minds to open and see what others can’t see. Freedom is allowing your mind to be released from rat race, and developing a focus at the least of what are the cracks of the matter. The thought pattern keeps most of our people to be poor and to leave a life of defeat and eventually becomes losers.

Losers don’t make money because they choose not to lose money, and instead of analyzing the problem, they close their minds to another powerful investment vehicle. Sometimes we rely on statistics to make our decisions and that reliance by itself is the formula for failure. Statistics must help us to make informed decisions and allows us to grow and chose correctly. So that reveals to us that instead of making thorough analysis, the little chickens are closing their mind. Sometimes you must invest to lose rather than investing to win. In a stock market there is what is called stop and stop is simply a computer command that sells your stock automatically if the price begins to drop, helping the investor to minimize the risk of your loses and maximize some gains. It is a great tool for those who are terrified of losing. So whenever I hear people focusing on their I don’t wants, rather than what they want, I know the noise in their head must be knocking loud. Chicken Little must have taken over their heads, and it must have caused them to yell at their success opportunity.

Opportunities requires a huge step of recognizing them and working to, so that you can avoid what they don’t want, but in the process they pay a huge price of lose. They may never receive what they want in life, and end up rounding the circle of failure of their lives. So when you are in doubt and feeling a little afraid, just what you can do is only to get fried? You must also realize on the other hand those that become unsuccessful are those who are lazy in their business engagements. We all heard stories of good businessman who works hard to earn money. He works hard to be a good provider for his wife and children. He spends long hours at the office and brings work home on weekends, and his wife has left with the kids. This man knew that he and his wife had problems, but rather than solving the problem and rather than working to make the relationship works and to be strong he stayed busy at work. Dismayed at his performance at work slips and he loses his job. Today I often meet people who are too busy to take care of their wealth and they fail in the process. And also there are people who are too busy to take care of their health. The cause is the same, they are busy and they stay busy as a way of avoiding something they do not want to face. Nobody has told them, and deep down they know, and in fact, if you remind them, they often respond with anger or irritation. If they are not busy at work or with kids, they are often busy watching TV, fishing, playing golf or shopping. Yet deep down they know they are avoiding something that is important of their lives. That is the most common form of laziness by complaint and staying busy.

Too many of us are what we are because of believe systems. Then what is the cause of cure for laziness, and then it is becoming greed. For many of us, we were raised thinking of greed or the desire as bad thing. Greedy people are bad people, and as it were used to be said. Yet inside of us we have this thing of yearning to have nice things, new exciting things. So to keep that emotion of desire under control, often parents found ways of surrendering that desire with guilt. You only think about yourself in the process. It wasn’t so much the words but the angry guilt trip that went with the words that got to me. For the reverse guilt trip was the I am sacrificing my life to buy you this. The human spirit is very powerful, and it knows it can do anything. But by having laziness of mind must defend itself. By having the mind that you can’t afford it a war breaks in the inside of your life. Your spirit is angry, and your lazy mindset must defend its lie. The spirit is screaming to reach another level, but your laziness says you can’t do that you are tired today. If you shut out your brains you are forced to fail and think then you are doomed for disaster. Rich and successful people are greedy people, and besides it too much bothers to know that.

The problem to most of us I sense today is that there are millions of people who feel guilty about their greedy behaviour. That originates from their young and old conditioning behaviour, and their desire to have the finer things that life has to offer. Most have been conditioned subconsciously to say that you can’t or you will never afford it. To solve a problem you must ask questions that will probe you to succeed. Your mind must be open and helps you to kick out answers that are relevant to your problems. How do you beat laziness? A person needs to sit down and ask, what is it in for me, if I am healthy and good looking person? Or what would I do if I had money? You can see it is that little greed, the desire to have something better, and progress can be made in the process. Our world makes progress because we all desire a better life, and new inventions are made because of desire something better. We go to school and study hard because you find yourself avoiding something you know you should be doing, and then the only thing to ask yourself is "What is for me here? Be a little greedy is the best solution for being covering up. Too much greed, however, as anything in excess is not good. Guilt is worse than greed, for guilt robs the body of its soul. Do what you feel in your heart to be right – for you will be criticized any way. You will be damned if you do, and damned if you don’t.

1.2 Changing your life through choices.

I agree about the clarity of the goals and also the advantages of having the structure, but in my experience, it falls down on stick ability. Most of the times we are suppose to work on ourselves and direct our efforts for a good and right course. Thinking is a creative course, and something will happen as a man start thinking. Your life must be planned and all efforts must be directed to the good use, because God gave us a little time to be on earth and become productive. As long as people are bound by the past, they are not free to respond to the needs and the aspirations of others in the present. To be free is to know what we are doing. We can’t change the past, but we can change and make the difference and influence in the present for the better future. The way you make decisions and choices as a visionary must be different from every body else. As a visionary you can arise above your circumstances. There are many factors of life that affects us and we must deal with them head on and without a compromise. The church and leaders must stand to deal with issues affecting young people and also deal with school drop outs. The most important ingredient of leadership is character and integrity and that will give you credibility to manage your ministry for a long term. If we are in the ministry one of the important thing to be aware of is to know how to run, manage finances and lead people effectively.

After remembering the failures of the past and the prospects for the future, Moses earnestly admonished the people to make the right choice. The issue facing them was to enjoy salvation and blessing by loving God so wholeheartedly that they would willingly live in obedience to his people. The choice was simple, yet profound. It was stated in simple terms so that they could understand and grasp what God expected of them. Although God had spoken from heaven, he had spoken through Moses in words every person could understand. They did not have to search at some point beyond the sea. The truth was that there, through Moses, now in their hearts and minds. I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live, loving the Lord your God, obeying his voice and holding fast to him, for he is your life and length of days, that you may dwell in the land that the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them (Deuteronomy 30: 19 - 20). This scripture show that all the truth is necessary for choosing to love and obey God and thus avoid disobedience and cursing, they had heard and know. Paul quotes Deuteronomy 30: 11 – 14 in his Epistles of (Romans 10: 6 – 8). Consequently Moses pinpoints the choice that people must make to love the Lord and obey his commandments and if they succeed in doing that will be blessed with good life and prosperity. Consequently to reject God is death and adversaries. If they chose to love God and obey his word, they would enjoy all God’s blessings. If they reused and reject to love and obey God, they would be severely and immediately punished. Paul, is speaking about salvation in the New Testament, makes use of this appeal made by Moses (Romans 10: 1 – 13). Like Moses Paul is saying that the message of salvation is plain and understandable. Also here is a renewed enforcement of the indispensable fruit of salvation and another echo of the constant theme of making proper choices.

Moses forces people to make the decision, and exhorting Israel on the plains of Moab before God in heaven and man on earth to choose by believing in and loving God, and to receive the life available through the new Covenant. Sadly Israel failed to respond to this call to the right choice. Choosing life or death was also emphasized by Jesus. The one who believed in him had the promise of eternal life; while the one who refused to believe faced eternal death (cf. John 3: 1 – 36). Every person faces this same choice story to make always. Now therefore fear the Lord and serve him in sincerity and in faithfulness. Put away the gods that your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord. And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day what you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and house, we will serve the Lord" (Joshua 24: 14 – 15). Joshua is making a call and a plea to the people to choose whom they will serve. God has shown in many years that he care and love Israel by fighting for them and they obtain victory over their enemies, but they always fall within traps to forget what the Lord has done for them. Joshua is asking the people to make distinctive choice of who they will serve as from today. Joshua is asking the population of Israel to commit and join him and his family to serve the Lord.

Joshua’s fatherly model and reminiscent of Abraham, as we look in (Genesis 18:19) was for himself to serve the Lord, not false gods. He called others in Israel and his family to serve the Lord, not false gods. He called others in Israel to this, opportunity of commitment to serve the Lord. Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. He shall eat curds and honey when he knows how to refuse the evil and choose good. For before the boy knows how to refuse the evil and choose well, the land whose two kings you dread will be destroyed (Isaiah 7: 14 – 16). Since Ahaz refused to choose a sign, the Lord chose his own sign, whose implementation would occur far beyond Ahaz’s life time. The use of a phrase the virgin refers to the prophecy reached forward to the virgin birth of the Messiah, as the New Testament notes (Matthew 1:23). The Hebrew word refers to an unmarried woman and means virgin (cf. Genesis 24:43; Proverbs 30:19 and Song of Songs 1:3), so the birth of Isaiah’s own son (Isaiah 8:3) could not have fully satisfied the prophecy (cf. Genesis 3:15). The name of a baby boy to be born will be Immanuel. The use of a name Immanuel is the title, applied to Jesus. And it means God is with us. Curds results from coagulated milk, something like cottage cheese. This diet indicated the scarcity of provisions that characterised the period after foreign invaders had decimated the land. The boy will refuse evil. Before the promised son of Isaiah was old enough to make moral choices, the king of Aram, or Syria and Ephraim were to meet their doom at he hands of the Assyrians. By faith Moses, when he was born, was hidden for three months by his parents, because they saw that a child was beautiful, and they were not afraid of the king’s edict. By faith Moses, when he was grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, choosing rather to be mistreated with the people of God than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. He considered the reproach of Christ greater wealth than the treasures of Egypt, for he was looking for the great reward. By faith he left Egypt, not being afraid of the anger of the king, for he endured as seeing him who is invisible (Hebrews 11: 23 – 26). The Bible mentions that Moses by faith was hidden by his parents because they saw that he was beautiful. The use of a phrase child was beautiful means favoured and in this case divinely favoured (cf. Acts 7:20 and Exodus 2:2). The faith described here is actually that exercised by Moses’ parents, although it is unclear how much Moses parents understood about God’s plan for their child. Moses refused the fame he could have in Egypt if he would have capitalized on his position as the adopted son of Pharaoh’s daughter.

Moses made choices to suffer with God’s people which are the nation of Israel. Moses would have sinned had he refused to take on the responsibility God gave him regarding Israel, and he had a clear and certain conviction that God was giving them salvation by his hand (Acts 7:25). Moses repudiated the pleasures of Egypt. Moses considered the reproach of Christ greater wealth than the treasures of Egypt, for he was looking for a reward. Moses suffered reproach for the sake of Christ in the sense that he identified with Messiah’s people in their suffering. In addition, Moses identified himself with the Messiah because of his own role as leader and prophet (Deuteronomy 18:15 and Psalm 69:9). Moses knew of the sufferings and glory of the Messiah (John 5:46 and Acts 26: 22 – 23). Anyone who suffers because of genuine faith in God and for the redemptive gospel suffers for the sake of Christ (cf. Hebrews 13: 12 – 13). Moses left Egypt for the first time when he fled for his life after killing the Egyptian slave master (Exodus 2: 14 – 15). That time he did fear Pharaoh’s wrath. On the second occasion, he turned his back on Egypt and all that it represented. This leaving was not for fear of Pharaoh, so it is the one in view here. Moses’ faith was such that he responded to God’s commands as though God were standing visibly before him. This was the basis for his loyalty to God, and it should be a believer’s example for loyalty (cf. 2 Corinthians 4: 16 – 18).

1.3. Single mind of purpose and focus.

Leaders are faced with a challenge to change their situation and circumstances. The choices we are going to make are going to be the path to our success. We have to come up with new ways and method and improve our past performance in order to stay on top of our situation. The church and its leaders are focusing on the wrong project and in the ultimate we become irrelevant and loose direction. School and our learning institution are subjected to enforcing changes and in the process we must teach what is required at this day. Of Issachar, men who had understanding of times, to know what Israel ought to do, 200 chiefs and all their kinsmen under their command. Of Zebulun 50,000 seasoned troops, equipped for battle with all the weapons of war, to help David with single purpose (1 Chronicle 12: 32 – 33). This scripture shows that it is difficult to win a battle on people that are having single mind to win. This people had one mind to make David a king over Israel. All these, men of war, arrayed in battle order, came to Hebron with full intent to make David a king.

Like wise all the rest of Israel were of a single mind to make David a king. The devil wants to device his wicked schemes to make division to the church. The church is commanded to experience the harvest through unity of focus. People that are focused to win must stand in unity and focus on a single mind for them to win. The problem lies in the fact that we can’t agree on anything, and we are fighting and looses the battle in the process. Before God can do anything and move in our lives there must be order in the church. The spirit of working as a team will provide for us the strength to win. Leaders must be able to read and understand the times. A winning team must understand that we must submit one to another and sharpen our minds concerning the target we want to reach. Different gifts provided by Jesus if used effectively and purposefully will achieve for us great weight of glory.

The church has all the necessary weapons we need and all we supposed, we must employ them to help us win our battles. God gave us all equal opportunities and it is up to us, to understand that our gifts should be prepared to be used for the benefit of others. The church must be ready to raise the standard from the Holy Spirit and to be prepared and be ready to face the enemy as it comes like a flood. Leaders must volunteer to serve in the local congregation, and we must submit to others and be prepared to help others achieve their goals. In the process God will use us to deal with our own problems. We must declare that Jesus is Lord, and we must be fully determined to be successful in all that we are doing. To move God, we must be all in one accord, and because they were united and that is the reason they won. If we win in all that we are doing, victory creates a marvellous joy in the hearts of those who engage in the battle. Everyone is given an opportunity to stand and shine with the gift that God gave to him. If you continue to serve God, heal the sick, share the gospel and more miracles will be done by God. God gave us the name of Jesus that we must stand and glorify his name. When we glorify God, his miracles will be seen by all, and the fire of God will fall, and God can move mightily amongst his people. What determines the greatness of God in our lives, is the fact of how much fire do we have in our lives and ministries. The intensity of how much sacrifice you are willing to offer determines how much God will trust you with his anointing and his fire.

We must plan our gifts to operate effectively, and we must forget about titles and focus on developing our gifts because God wants to use us. We must not forget where we come from, in order for us to go forward. We must know that it was a happy day, when Jesus washes away all our sins. If you want to make a difference in other people’s lives, this is the right time to take action. The focus about salvation is brought, salvation must take place everywhere. If we want to make a difference on the lives of others we must love our neighbours with all our hearts. We must change all our wrong mind set, that God operate and salvation happen only in the church. God has intention for everyone and everywhere should hear the message of salvation through his servants that are preaching. Leaders must train more other church leaders in order to multiply and increase the methods of winning souls. Jesus was effective in all what he was doing and that gives us a reason to say, he attracted many by feeding them and healing their sick and raising their dead. Be focused and make your number one priority to serve God and win souls, God will give you what you want including the building, he also will give you finances. Place God in a first position, and make him your priority and he will give you the desire of your heart. Seek lost souls, and God will make you self sustainable, self sufficient and he will provide for all your needs. God can make you that you depend on nobody, and you can afford the life style you desire, and you will lack nothing. Make soul winning your first priority and your first agenda and God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory. If you are really working for God, you will reap hundred fold of your harvest. The question can be asked that Can change happen in an instant? I tell you this, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Behold! I show you a mystery. We shall all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed" (1 Corinthians 15: 50 - 53). People cannot live in God’s eternal heavenly glory the way they are and want and we have to be changed.

Paul speaks of mystery that he is telling the people, and the use of a phrase mystery refers to the truth hidden in the past and Old Testament and revealed in the future of New Testament. In this case, the rapture of the church was never revealed in the Old Testament. It was first mentioned in John 14: 13 – 18, when it is specifically explained and is detailed in (1 Thessalonians 4: 13 – 18). The use of a phrase a twinkling of an eye is used by Paul as a way of showing how brief the moment will be. The Greek word for twinkling refers to any rapid movement of something. Since the eye can move more rapidly than any other part of our visible bodies, it seems to well illustrate the sudden transformation of ruptured believers. When the trumped sound and the dead are raised, when must all know that the time has come to change to another form? To herald the end of the church era, when all believers will be removed from the earth at the rapture, and it is when the dead will be raised. Those who suppose to be ruptured and raised first are the living saints and those dead saints are to follow. We must all dream to have the ability to help people to change virtually anything in their lives. Instinctively, at early years, I realised that to be able to help others to change, I had to be able to change myself. We began to pursue knowledge through books and tapes that we thought could help and teach us the fundamentals of how to shift human behaviour and their emotions. The reason we engage into all this programs is to improve certain aspects of our lives and get ourselves motivated, and to get to follow through and take action, learn how to enjoy life and learn how to connect and bond with other people.

All Christ believers must be refreshed day by day with the new birth in their flesh by the Holy Spirit. What is born from Spirit is a Spirit. The world of Spirit and birth has to connect with each other. But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decree before the ages for our glory. None of the rulers of this age understood this, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But, as it is written, What no eye has seen, no ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him" – these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God. For who knows a person’s thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God. And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual. The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. The spiritual man judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one. For who has understood the mind of the Lord so as to
