About this ebook
Who is more precious than a self constantly sticking with you in all conditions. Isnt it yet the time for accepting and getting along with that self with love and reconciliation?
Cruelty will not change the past but rather distresses the present and the future.
In all roles, we deserve to enjoy living and to have a relationship in which each party is a winner and mostly happy.
Through this book, I have reviewed some of our roles in life. My first goal of this book is to invite you to reflect on your life, identify ways of improving it, and find ways to avoid preventable pains.
It is a highlighting of roles in our lives that deserve to be celebrated rather than living them with painful bitterness because of our ignorance and lack of awareness.
I pray to God to let this book be good support for all tired hearts and stressed and overburdened bodies who are grasping for a few words that would make them appreciate themselves and feel the value of their presence.

Introduction
In all roles of our lives, we deserve to enjoy living and to have a relationship in which each party is a winner and mostly happy. Even if it is a must to have some problems, it should be limited to accidents and emergencies of life. After both of my books, The Price of Freedom and Let Them Grumble, I have received many comments, questions, and complaints about powerlessness and critical need for the desirability and acceptance of others. Even about the avoidance of their continuous criticism and assessment of performance for all situations, roles, or capacity. In which they need a relationship and role that they feel winning and happiness. Such as a mother, a girl, a friend, an employee, a father, a traveler, an amateur, a student, a young man, a retiree, and so on. Therefore, I felt the depth of the spreading suffering of the need for love, acceptance, and appreciation, which became extreme solicitude and obsession for some. As if it is our duty to have the acceptance and admiration of others as part of our acceptance of ourselves. It is exhausting, life breaking, and impeding for its neglected beautiful things because of our focus on grasping for perfection, idealism, and false acceptance. Thus, I started writing and sending tweets via Twitter under the title of For All. They were characterized by being motivating and encouraging, in addition to spreading the feelings of appreciation and admiration for each role or capacity that we have in our lives. I was surprised and greatly pleased by the wonderful amount of interaction. My tweets have been shared and circulated via Twitter, WhattsApp, and other social networking programs to many Gulf and Arab countries. I was amazed by the replies and the extent of happiness I have received from them. Therefore, I decided to discuss it in more detail. Reading this motivational book will assist in bearing part of our responsibilities toward ourselves for appreciating and
