I have met a few politicians and many celebrities here at my home and took photos with them in the front yard after are meeting due to a spiritual conflict believing I was the fourth angel and having nuclear weapons reconfigurations design from age three to nine on May Street before moving to North Highlands, CA and these politicians/celebrities visited McClellan Air Base while here to see me and where registered to see the soldiers and they were interviewed do not know what network and where asked if they were here just to see are troops and they replied no they are where in Sacramento, CA to see the most amazing child; I Ricky Dean Short solemnly swear that I am this most amazing child in the names of God the lord and their beloved Holy Spirit; there maybe film archives that have these interviews and the Air Base may still have the books of registry I do not know?

I made these to protect people from these nuclear weapons that the Top Secret portion is The Nuclear Threat DVD presentation which describes Figures A and B and the rest, Figures CDF missed E for I get things backards sometimes, GHIJ and there description pages all of them cannot be published they are 19 pages in all top security clearance to review and investigate!

The Public Portion is 18 pages in all and any lose notes I have and the Postal mailing documentations on DVD’s two of them and I retain the right to publish the videodisc/DVD’s 2 in all! Separately. So it is not much for a book but I authored Plaintiffs Evidence about the history of my childhood and how it has plagued my life having nuclear weapons designs and suffering from a false personality complex! WHY?

Must have nuclear weapons security clearance to view the nuclear treat presentation DVD and figure A. and B. and its description of B only; so that future mankind will be warned and will have an opportunity that I only thought I had and will be able to find a safe place in there lives from Satan the devil? if there is still a place on earth where this is possible to do so. It is for this reason that I will need and Attorney that has nuclear weapons security clearance I am going to file suit against the United States of America for reckless endangerment of the American people of one billion dollars for compensation for putting them at risk to be given to my ten top charities listed in my last will and testament and as to my own risk America cost me my sole I am cut off and I could have used this nuclear tigger back in nine hundred and seventy five to prevent the dirty dead and to start a new life and was lied to and beguiled by people instead and I to have been put thru undue hardship and personal suffering. So for this reason I will be seeking ten million in damages and will need a lawyer that can work on a commission until a settlement is made at no cost to myself. Part of this settlement if any will go to Shortsstuns Pneumatic Hydraulic Your Systems, Inc. for the development of a prototype power system for central heat and air conditioning and for heat production for making electric power plants one million dollars, two to develop a the truth detection test a form of psychiatric hypnotism to be used in espionage for anti-terrorism interrogation techniques one million dollars the rest is for myself to composite my being lied to and beguiled by various Americans and my own family acting in and evil and perditions manner keeping me believing that I was the fourth angel when I am really the brazen grievous one and again I could have avoided all this by using by nuclear tigger to get help from the FBI so I will be seeking my suit to have some compensation for my life and all the pain I have suffered over
