Coup D'état In South Dakota - Dr. Terry Lee LaFleur
Preamble
Preamble
It was June 16th, 2015 and once again I was watching CNN Breaking News
and Mr. Donald J. Trump was descending Trump Towers on the escalator. Mr. Trump was heading for a news conference and like millions of other Americans, I waited with anxious excitement to hear what Donald had to say.
He began by saying that he believed America could become great again. This turned out to be his entire campaign theme as his Primary Campaign developed. By the end of this news conference, the nation was mesmerized by this man’s refreshing message.
Almost instantly, it was apparent that history was unfolding before my eyes, and before me was the man who would become our next President of the United States. Nobody, not CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times, or even FOX News believed he stood a snowballs chance in Hell of winning, and they didn’t mind saying so. However, initially, these claims makers couldn’t get enough of the Don. He had more free press time than any candidate in the history of these United States. Donald Trump became my inspiration to throw my hat in the political ring here in South Dakota.
After discussing the probability of running for Governor with many of my friends and family, we went out and talked with the People of South Dakota for months before deciding to throw my hat in the race for Governor. We wanted to find out what the People want, need and expect out of their next Governor, and the People we spoke to give us a very clear picture of their wants and needs. On August 6, 2016, I officially became a candidate for Governor here in South Dakota.
We collected this information and set out to create a platform to address those wants and needs. Most of the information we gathered, I believed in too. Such as healthcare reform, tax reform, education reform and jobs, just to name a few important issues the People of South Dakota are concerned about. But ostensibly, healthcare, tax reform and education reforms were the top three issues.
What I can’t believe or understand is why a natural born citizen here in America must sue his own state government to get his or her name on the Ballot to run for government office on any level.
In my 63 years of life’s experiences, I have never been more ashamed to call myself an American citizen or a Lawyer than I am right now. May God Bless America.
PREFACE
PREFACE
It is June 16, 2015 and I am waking up to another morning of normal as usual. I have my 3 eggs and a cup of morning coffee and I have tuned in to another run of the mill CNN Breaking News broadcast. Oh, I’m no different than the average citizen. We all drift along on the raft of life, with not much hope of making a huge difference in our-lives let alone the lives of our neighbors. We follow our favorite NFL Teams, NBA Teams and MLB Teams. I think you get my meaning. We all have other hobbies and things, like golf, bowling, etc., etc.!
However, something was about to happen that would change all of that, at least for me. I watched as Mr. Donald J. Trump descended on the escalator at the Trump Towers building in New York City, NY.
Mr. Trump (hereinafter referred to as Donald) was headed for a news conference somewhere in the lobby area of the Trump Towers. As Donald and Melania descended the escalator, I couldn’t help but notice how fortunate he looked and how lucky he is to have such a beautiful life’s partner. I hope that their love for each other will survive Washington DC because not much else does these days. They say, Love Is Eternal
and I pray they’re right.
As Donald entered the conference room at the Trump Towers, the media was eating it all up like candy. They had no idea what to expect, nor did I, but that was soon to change. Donald spoke well about America and what America meant to his father and to him.
Donald spoke these words, I have decided to run for the office of the President of the United States.
I felt goosebumps all over my body when those words rang out in my ears. The People of the United States were about to start down a road few have ever traveled.
This was the First of many such encounters with the MSM and with the Duopoly Parties of America. It was at this historic moment that I decided to join the Trump Train.
Part One
CHAPTER ONE A NEW BEGINNING
I wasn’t motivated at all by politicians or for that matter, by politics. I have zero interest in all the tricks, all the lying, and all the pay to play corruption, just like most other Americans.
I decided to travel around South Dakota and talk to as many People as I possibly could. I asked them what they wanted, needed and expected from their next Governor, and they told me.
The People of South Dakota for the most part are friendly people. They’re God fearing Christians who care about providing a good life for their families. They believe in God and Country. The backbone of our State’s economy is agriculture. We support our Warriors, the men and women in Green; we also support law enforcement, our men and women in Blue. But the one thread running through what the People were telling me is, they were all sick and tired of Quid Pro Quo politics and Status Quo politicians.
For decades politicians promised the moon but failed to deliver on those promises. All these politicians want is our votes and then they turn their backs on us and cater to the rich cronies who paid for their way into office. That’s the difference between a status quo politician and Donald, Donald can’t be bought and paid for and the elites on Capitol Hill don’t like that at all. That’s also why most American Patriots like, love and voted for Donald.
Just like DC, South Dakota has had its share of political scandals. Recently, it’s been the EB5 Scandal, the Gear Up Scandal, and somewhere along the line a witness in the EB5 Scandal somehow shot himself on a hunting trip around Platte, SD. To date there have been 10 so called murder/suicides or accidental shootings. From what I have been able to determine, not a single autopsy has been performed in any of these mysterious deaths. You see folks, South Dakota doesn’t have a mandatory autopsy law. Some of these victims had gunshot wounds to their heads, but still no autopsies. One thing for certain, all were potential targets of indictments and/or witnesses under possible subpoena to testify in court about the scandals rocking our state.
The EB5 scandal has seen at least five individual’s dead from alleged self-inflicted gunshot wounds. There were defendants as late as October 1, 2018 being found guilty or pleading their cases out. These defendants were subordinates, not Big Wig players.
The State of South Dakota is a named defendant in an international lawsuit over EB5. Apparently, Attorney General Marty Jackley tried to get South Dakota dismissed out of the lawsuit, but China objected. A reported $15 million (i.e. $15 with 6 zeros) has gone missing and no one has been capable of explaining where the money went to, what it was spent on, or show a receipt according to the State officials and MSM reports.
Then there’s the Gear-Up scandal. Four human beings lost their lives because of this scandal. Even today, there’s a dark cloud of suspicion and doubt hanging over this scandal. Initial MSM reports said that $65 million (i.e. $65 with 6 zeros) went missing. However, upon closer scrutiny by USD Faculty and student body members, the actual $ amount is over $100 million (i.e. $100 with 6 zeros) that went missing and nobody has a clue where the money went to.
Not one of these suspicious deaths have been fully investigated, and none have had autopsies performed to determine the actual cause of death. Putting on my forensic evidence hat, one could venture to say that foul play might be afoot here.
Take the Gear-Up scandal. This guy, a husband and father allegedly shot and killed his wife, daughter and son, then torched the house and shot himself on the front lawn. Eyewitness statements are conflicting. It was reported, a safe was kept in the house. One eyewitness says the safe was found in the basement of the house. Another witness claims he saw a pick-up truck driving away from the scene of the crime with the safe in the back of the truck.
As theories go, the husband/father shot is wife, daughter and son in their own beds while sleeping. After which he allegedly torched the safe contents, then the house and then shot himself on his front lawn. Here’s the funny thing about the fired safe. The safe was reported to be found locked, but yet all the contents of the safe were burnt to ashes, according to one witness. How’s that physically possible? If true, let’s assume the contents did spontaneously combust from the house fire. As soon as the contents started burning, the air inside the safe would have been used up by the fire and the fire would have snuffed itself out, but the contents were but ashes.
Witnesses have said that the son and daughter were found in the basement. Apparently as a result of the first floor burning completely, thus dropping the first-floor contents of the family home into the basement. However, witnesses claim that the son and daughter were found in each other’s bedrooms. The son in the daughter’s bedroom, and the daughter in the son’s bedroom. Now is it possible this could have happened naturally? I don’t know. But it is suspicious!
The husband/father apparently died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Ask any fireman and they will tell you that a house fire gets really hot within 3-4 minutes. The air within 3-4 feet down from the ceiling is super-heated up to 450’+ F. If a person is standing up and they should take one breath of this superheated air, their lungs would be burned severely. Did this guy have burnt lungs? Was there even smoke in his lungs? We’ll never know. No Autopsy.
As Governor, OUR administration would have reopened this case and had autopsies performed on all four victims. If there is no smoke or heat damage in the father’s lungs, then chances are good that he was dead when the fire started. And if he was dead before the fire started, then who started the fire? Was it the person or people seen leaving the house in the pick-up? We won’t know that either because it was ruled a murder/suicide by state authorities.
Then there is the Platte, South Dakota hunting accident. Back in February 2018, OUR campaign was circulating nomination petitions in Murdo, South Dakota. A fella who seen me walking down main street, backed up beside me. He asked if I was running for Governor. I said yes. He said, give me your clip-board.
He said, Anybody who has the balls to run against Marty Jackley has got my vote.
I asked him who or what put the burr under his saddle blanket with Jackley. He asked me if I had heard about the hunter who was shot down by Platte, South Dakota. I said, yes, I had, but the news said it was an accidental shooting. Well, he said, there’s some facts most people don’t know about. I said, such as. Well he said, my brother-in-law works for the Platte Fire Department. Somebody made the 911 call from the scene, but they said he was hunting alone. When the EMS/Fire Department arrived on the scene, Marty Jackley was there. The body was about 15 feet from the fence, where he allegedly shot himself climbing over it; and his 12-gauge shotgun was found leaning up against a tree 10-15 feet away from the fence; and the guys body was lying about 15 feet from the tree. There was no blood trail between the fence and the body, or the body and the gun.
He said, how’s that even physically possible?
I said, that does sound strange to say the least!
Again, no autopsy was performed. We don’t know if the 12-gauge shotgun blast was point blank or from a distance. The People of South Dakota want answers to these questions concerning these mysterious deaths. If elected Governor, we will find those answers.
For your edification, here is a copy of Our Administration's Contract with the People of South Dakota!
Greetings & Salutations my fellow South Dakotans! Below is my Administrations Plan (i.e. Contract with the People) for the first 100 days as your next governor:
1.First, we shall downsize our State Government, making it more streamlined, in order to shrink the size and needless spending;
2.We shall sign
