Trump Crimes, Impeachment, Coverup - Don Fass

    BIO

    INTRODUCTION

THE UKRAINE SCANDAL ERUPTS IN PLAIN SIGHT AND CHANGES EVERYTHING IN LATE SEPTEMBER, 2019 AND TRUMP IS FINALLY IMPEACHED DECEMBER 18 BUT SENATE REPUBLICANS REFUSE TO CONVICT. AND THEN COMES THE REAL TRUMP DEVASTATING INFESTATION. TRUMP’S INAUGURAL PREDICTION OF AMERICAN CARNAGE FRIGHTENINGLY COMES TRUE AS THE MAN WITH NO BOTTOM BRINGS AMERICA TO NEW LOWS AND NON STOP DEADLY CHAOS

The headlines keep coming as we go to press : Steve Bannon arrested by SDNY for fraud. Republican convention a grotesque lie-fest; one speaker says only males should vote. Jerry Falwell Jr. booted as Liberty University President for long-time sexual impropriety. Trump determined to cheat to win destroys law & order as Melania trashes Rose Garden. Another young black man shot in back by police in Wisconsin as a Trump supporter travels to Kenosha to kill. Republican-run Senate Intel releases 1000 pg. report detailing Russian collusion. Michael Cohen free to release deep tell -all book. Trump Postal Head lies to Congress about his attempts to suppress vote-by-mail. NBA and MLB protest. Kellyanne quits. Trump’s former Judge sister reveals how incompetent and dishonest her brother is. NY Attorney General and NYC DA doing deep criminal investigations of all the Trumps and Trump organization fraud, again with court rulings for Trump to turn over taxes.

Way back at the beginning of September 2019, when this book originally was planned to be published (as a follow up to my HUGE LITTLE BOOK OF TRUMP on Trump’s whole life before his frightening election} we knew nothing of the mind-boggling storms that were about to come non-stop from September 2019 through August, 2020 and beyond…and so I had to restart this whole book while dealing with the low-grade,

advancing depression that even Michelle Obama now says she has had to cope with, as we all have.

We didn’t yet know in Fall 2019 about Trump’s Ukraine scandal that would erupt in plain sight, continue through the end of the year, be publically investigated and cause Trump to finally be impeached December 1. Yet Republicans would acquit him at a sham of a trial that allowed no witnesses.

We didn’t know about his having the top Iranian general assassinated. We never knew that Trump’s tariffs against China would economically injure us more than China.

We had never heard of Covid-19, knew nothing about Wuhan China or that it would all result, with total presidential criminal negligence, in the unnecessary deaths of so many of the over 157,000 Americans and 5 million and more cases (with considerable Trump blood on his hands), 20-30 per cent unemployment, a shattering economic meltdown and a fairly complete lockdown and quarantine of America by mid-March 2020.

We didn’t yet know Trump would recommend a dangerous malaria drug and ingesting Clorox and other disinfectants and swallowing ultra violet light to miraculously cure Covid-19 or predict the Coronavirus would only ‘strike 15 people and go down to zero. ‘ (in August 2020, it was still on the increase.)

We had no idea that small business stimulus, because of all the shutdowns, would mostly be given to large businesses and corporate entities with a totally unaccounted for $615 billion.

We didn’t yet know that Trump would get rid of 5 of his own inspector generals who were investigating him and his cabinet and then fire his own chief of DOJ’s powerful SDNY, investigating much of Trump’s finances and his deals with criminals like Roger Stone and Michael Flynn and get rid of the Eastern District federal prosecutor as well.

Or how Trump did nothing at all about Russia offering big cash bribes to kill American soldiers in Afghanistan while Trump refused to talk about it.

Or how, in August 2020, the Director of National Intelligence says that ‘Russia is helping Republicans’ to try to steal the election again and re-elect Trump.

A big new scandal erupted as Trump was widely confirmed to have obscenely denigrated American war dead.

We had never yet heard the name of murdered (on camera) George Floyd as he cried out ‘I can’t breathe’. Or ever picture that his death, amidst a global pandemic, would provoke months of Black Lives Matter protests and uprisings by millions in over 100 American cities (with 84 per cent of people agreeing with those demonstrations) and in many countries overseas.

Or about the changes that would finally begin to happen with funding of police departments, confederate flags and statues coming down, team names changing and whole rosters taking a knee and more.

And we still have no idea of the ways months of shelter in place will change us forever after the worst recession since the Great Depression, what will recover and when and what won’t come back after this still severely increasing pandemic in the U.S.

Back at the beginning of September, 2019, all of these storms America continues to face seemed only to belong in a science fiction or disaster movie and a not very believable one.

The purposes of this book now are as a history of 3.5 years of Trump’s criminal, horrendous presidency and as a warning, a guide and motivation on how to stop this demented parasite while he can be stopped and before he steals the 2020 election he is planning to do.

Trump is running mentally ill Kanye West to siphon votes, attempting to stop vote by mail in midst of the pandemic, working with the Russians again and supposedly planning an October surprise with collusion from Barr, who, like Trump, does not represent most of America.

But August 11, 2020, the team opposing Trump, a very strong one, was announced:

    JOE BIDEN AND KAMALA HARRIS

    UKRAINE AND TRUMP’S IMPEACHMENT

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had said that she didn’t want to do an impeachment though she believed Trump ‘belongs in prison’….but suddenly in September 2019 that all changed.

The impeachment inquiry would center on claims that Trump used US tax dollars as bait to pressure Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to open investigations that could damage former Vice President Joe Biden heading into the 2020 election.

The Ukraine timeline we learned about in September, 2019 had actually begun months before and would lead to Trump becoming only the third President ever to be impeached:

April 21, 2019 – President Zelensky is elected in Ukraine.

Zelensky, a comedian and actor who previously played the President of Ukraine on TV, wins a landslide victory to become the actual President of Ukraine . Ukraine, which is in the midst of a war with Russian-led forces, badly needed US and other Western aid and Zelensky quickly seeks a meeting with US President Donald Trump.

May 1 -- Rudy Giuliani's theory goes mainstream

The New York Times publishes a report on Hunter Biden and the Ukrainian company Burisma, which had placed him on its board while his father was still U.S. vice president. Trump's personal lawyer Giuliani has been pushing for Ukrainians to investigate the arrangement and met repeatedly with Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko in New York, according to the report, which also notes Giuliani has talked about his theories with Trump.

July 10 -- White House meeting between US and Ukrainian officials

This meeting has emerged as a key moment because it represents the first time it was clear that members of the administration were requiring a quid pro quo for Trump meeting with Zelensky, according to people giving testimony to the impeachment inquiry. The meeting featured White House and State Department officials as well as top officials in the Ukrainian government.

Testimony suggests the decision was coordinated with acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney , who would in October publicly acknowledge that aid was contingent on investigations , though he later denied it was a quid pro quo.

Fiona Hill, a National Security Council Russia expert, testified that the suggestion alarmed then-national security adviser John Bolton, who immediately stiffened and ended the meeting.

Separately, top National Security Council expert on Ukraine Alexander Vindman testified that Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland characterized the request for these investigations by Ukraine as a deliverable -- and coordinated with Mulvaney, according to the transcript of his testimony.

Before July 25 -- Aid to Ukraine frozen

The exact date remains unclear, but the White House Office of Management and Budget put on hold aid that Congress had directed to be sent to Ukraine. Laura Cooper, a Pentagon official in charge of Russia and Ukraine, testified that the first questions were raised by the White House about the status of the aid in mid-June.

July 25 -- Phone call between Trump and Zelensky

Trump and Zelensky talk by phone, officially so that Trump can congratulate Zelensky on successful parliamentary elections. Trump repeatedly brings up investigations he'd like Zelensky to look into, including on interference in the 2016 election and the relationship between Burisma and the Bidens. Read an annotated transcript of the call .

A readout of the call between Trump and Zelensky posted on the official website of the President of Ukraine includes a note that Donald Trump is convinced that the new Ukrainian government will be able to quickly improve the image of Ukraine, complete investigations of corruption cases, which inhibited the interaction between Ukraine and the USA.

The call triggers immediate concerns in the White House, including on the part of Vindman, who listened in. The transcript of the call is placed in a more secure server.

July 26 -- Diplomats meet with Zelensky; Trump asks Sondland about investigations

US Special Envoy for Ukraine Kurt Volker, accompanied by Sondland, meets with Zelensky in Kiev. They discuss military topics, according to Zelensky's statement after the meeting, which does not mention the corruption investigations.

Volker and Sondland reportedly advise the Ukrainian leadership on how to navigate Trump's demands of Zelensky, according to the later whistleblower complaint.

An aide to Bill Taylor, the top US diplomat in Ukraine, overhears a phone call between Trump and Sondland in which Trump asks about the investigations, according to Taylor's later testimony.

Separately, Pentagon aides, according to the Cooper testimony, realize the holdup in aid is directly related to Trump's concerns about Ukraine and begin trying to legally justify holding the aid , which had been allocated by Congress.

August 1 -- Giuliani meets Ukrainian official

Following up on Trump's request to Zelensky, Giuliani and Zelensky's aide Andriy Yermak meet in Madrid, according to Giuliani.

August 12 -- Whistleblower files a complaint (but we won’t learn about it until several weeks later.) The Intelligence Inspector General characterized all of it as credible and ‘urgent.’ It was centered on Trump’s attempt on July 25, a day after Robert Mueller testified to Congress about his investigation of Trump’s activities to steal the 2016 election, to again collude and attempt to steal the 2020 election.

August 29 -- Ukraine raises concerns about the aid.

According to Taylor's testimony, he speaks on the phone with Yermak, who is alarmed about the status of the aid. Yermak separately texts Volker a Politico story on the withheld aid.

September 1 -- Sondland delivers ultimatum; Taylor raises concerns about Ukraine aid.

Sondland recalls telling Yermak, on the sidelines of a meeting between Vice President Mike Pence and Zelensky in Warsaw, that there would be no aid without the investigations .

Separately, Taylor texts Sondland and asks if security assistance, and not just a White House meeting, is conditioned on the investigations. In a subsequent phone call, Sondland says Taylor makes clear that everything is going to be withheld because Trump wants to put the Ukrainians in a public box and force the investigations on them.

September 9 -- Concerns from Taylor and the inspector general come to a head

In text messages and in a phone call with Sondland, Taylor raises more concerns about holding the Ukraine aid.

Intelligence community Inspector General Michael Atkinson notifies House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff and ranking member Rep. Devin Nunes of an urgent concern -- the whistleblower complaint -- that acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire has not allowed him to forward to Congress as required by law.

Three House committees launch an investigation of efforts by Trump, Giuliani and others to pressure the Ukrainian government to assist the President's reelection efforts and the committees request information about Trump's July 25 phone call with Zelensky.

September 11 -- White House lifts freeze on Ukraine aid.

The White House lifted its temporary hold on $391 million in military and security assistance for Ukraine, according to testimony from key witnesses.

September 12 -- Ukraine informed hold on military aid is lifted.

Taylor tells Zelensky that the hold on the military aid is lifted and says it is key to not get involved in foreign elections. An interview scheduled for the next day with CNN's Fareed Zakaria is canceled.

September 24-- Speaker Nancy Pelosi announces a Trump impeachment inquiry.

The day before the transcript of Trump's call with Zelensky is released and two days before the whistleblower complaint is made public, Pelosi announces in a televised address that existing House oversight investigations into Trump will be expanded into an impeachment inquiry.

While to us, the Trump–Ukraine scandal seemed to come out of nowhere, it had been quietly brewing fpr months as had efforts by Trump to coerce Ukraine and other foreign countries into providing damaging narratives about 2020 Democratic Party presidential primary candidate Joe Biden as well as information relating to Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections . Trump enlisted surrogates within and outside his official administration , including his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Attorney General William Barr , to pressure Ukraine and other foreign governments to cooperate in supporting conspiracy theories concerning American politics. Trump blocked but later released payment of a congressionally mandated $400 million military aid package to allegedly obtain quid pro quo cooperation from Volodymyr Zelensky , the president of Ukraine. A number of contacts were established between the White House and the government of Ukraine , culminating in a smoking gun phone call between Trump and Zelensky on July 25, 2019, a summary of which was released two months after the fact yet we have never seen the full call transcript lasting another twenty minutes.

A non-verbatim official transcript of the Trump–Zelensky call confirmed that Trump requested investigations into Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden with Trump’s ‘do me a favor though’, as well as a conspiracy theory involving a Democratic National Committee server , while repeatedly urging Zelensky to work with Giuliani and Barr on these matters.

The White House itself also confirmed that a record of the call had been stored in a highly restricted system. White House acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney said one reason why Trump withheld military aid to Ukraine was Ukrainian corruption related to the DNC server, referring to a debunked theory that Ukrainians framed Russia for hacking into the DNC computer system. Trump has also publicly urged Ukraine and China to investigate the Bidens and a year later is still doing it.

The Trump administration's top diplomat to Ukraine, Bill Taylor , testified that he was told U.S. military aid to Ukraine and a Trump–Zelensky White House meeting were conditioned on Zelensky publicly announcing investigations into the Bidens and alleged Ukrainian interference in the 2016 U.S. elections. U.S. ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland testified that he worked with Giuliani at Trump's express direction to arrange a quid pro quo with the Ukraine government.

On September 24, 2019, the House of Representatives began a formal impeachment inquiry into Trump , led by six House committees. On October 31, 2019, the House of Representatives voted to approve guidelines for the next phase of the impeachment inquiry. (Trump was impeached on charges of abusing the power of his office and obstructing Congress, only the third President to be impeached, but was ultimately acquitted by the Senate Republican majority which allowed no witnesses at the trial. )

On December 3, 2019, as part of the impeachment inquiry, the House Intelligence Committee published a 300-page report detailing that the impeachment inquiry has found that President Trump, personally and acting through agents within and outside of the U.S. government, solicited the interference of a foreign government, Ukraine, to benefit his reelection. In furtherance of this scheme, President Trump conditioned official acts on a public announcement by the new Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, of politically-motivated investigations, including one into Joe Biden, one of Trump's domestic political opponents. In pressuring President Zelensky to carry out his demand, President Trump withheld a White House meeting desperately sought by the Ukrainian President, and critical U.S. military assistance to fight Russian aggression in eastern Ukraine .

Trump had tried 8 times to extort Ukraine’s President Zelensky to meddle in our 2020 election by digging up dirt on front runner presidential candidate Joe Biden and his son. Trump further wanted Ukraine to provide proof of an already disproven conspiracy theory that it was Ukraine, not Russia, that interfered in our 2016 election and had a secret ‘Crowd Strike’ server.

If Trump didn’t get what he wanted, Ukraine’s already approved weapons and hundreds of millions of other aid already approved by Congress as well as a much wanted White House meeting would be held up or cancelled.. That July 25 call revealed by the whistle blower also pointed to Trump and his bag man, Rudy Giuliani, already plotting their next election crimes while Russia itself was still planning to interfere in the next election as well.

As Speaker Nancy Pelosi had said directly to Trump, ‘ all roads lead to Russia.’ (Way ahead in late June 2020, all of traitor Trump’s ‘roads’ were still leading to Putin.)

By year’s end 2019, however, many millions of dollars still hadn’t been received by the Ukrainians.

Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s private attorney, was all over this on behalf of Trump with several others including Pence and Barr colluding and gave us his daily meltdowns on television, contradicting himself within minutes. It was also revealed that Rudy had been visiting Paul Manafort in prison about the Ukraine scandal.

Trump’s own envoy to Ukraine immediately quit. His envoy to the European Union, also involved, was stopped from testifying an hour before he was supposed to appear before 3 committees. The full call log, with 20 minutes more detail, is still being withheld.

Trump openly threatened the whistleblower and Intelligence Committee Chair Schiff with violence, treason charges and ‘civil war.’

It came out that Secretary of State Pompeo was in on the call, concealed it and is still lying about it. Attorney General Barr was all over it including hiding the call records in a secure computer file. Barr is literally traveling the world trying to also dig up dirt on the origins of the Mueller investigation even though a Senate Committee, led by Republicans, issued a 2020 report that affirms all we know about the Russian investigation.

2000 FORMER FED PROSECUTORS AND MANY OTHERS CALLED ON BARR TO RESIGN FOR HIS LIES ABOUT THE MUELLER RUSSIA REPORT AND MUCH MORE.

With all that, Trump in plain sight again asked Ukraine to investigate Biden and asked China to investigate as well.

McConnell shifts position and says that if the House votes to impeach, the Senate will hold a trial (which is presided over by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court)

Polls shifted to 55% of Americans for impeachment inquiry and 50% or more for conviction and removal.

The attorney for the first whistleblower says he has several other whistleblowers ready as well.

Remember again that though Trump continues his lies about Ukraine, Trump’s own summary of the call completely bears out what’s in the whistleblower’s report and clearly shows Trump’s guilt. There have also been text messages and other evidence that confirm it as well.

Yet, the White House says it will not cooperate with House committees on anything, provide any witnesses or documents.

Trump hasn’t stopped there. He has given Turkey, run by one of his favorite dictators, the green light to cross over into Syria and put our loyal allies, the Kurds seriously in harm’s way For that, Trump is incurring the wrath of even some of his most loyal senators like Lindsey Graham and many others. In greenlighting the Turks, Trump is giving Putin more of what he wants and assuring the safety of many of Trump’s businesses in Turkey including two huge Trump Towers and 100 other businesses.

As all this happens without end, the Senate Intelligence Committee, led by Republicans, issued a report of its investigation of Russian meddling and affirms that it all did take place.

Energy Secretary Rick Perry, involved in all of it and who has announced he would resign in November was being subpoenaed by the House along with many others.

And then there are the Giuliani chums arrests…. Remember Lev and Igor? One runs a company called Fraud Guarantee and the other Mafia Rave. They were arrested at a Washington airport as they headed to Europe with one-way tickets….and the Southern District of N.Y. prosecutor says there is much more investigation to come.

Witnesses before Congress testify on television

They included Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the top Ukraine expert on the National Security Council; Bill Taylor, the US's chief envoy in Ukraine; Gordon Sondland, the US's ambassador to the EU; Laura Cooper, a deputy secretary at the Defense Department; and Marie Yovanovitch, the US's former ambassador to Ukraine.and Dr.Fiona Hill.

Itt comes out that Trump and Giuliani have been plotting this all year 2019. Barr’s up to his ears, Pompeo is deeply involved too as is Mulvaney and Rick Perry, the Energy Secretary.

17 Watergate prosecutors say Trump should be impeached for abuse of power, contempt of Congress and obstruction of justice immediately.

11 out of 11 more court rulings including ones from Appeals Courts go against Trump, about releasing his taxes and turning over 10 years of finances.

And we learned that, from prison, Michael Cohen has been helping the New York City DA go after Trump. Cohen, many months later released from prison because of the pandemic, continues to ready a tell-all book for 2020. Fired John Bolton, who refused to testify, finally released a tell-all about Trump and what he says were ‘other unlawful Trump acts,’ including trying to collude with China to benefit his 2020 campaign. Still later, Trump’s niece, Mary Trump, a psychologist, would release a run-away best-seller on the sociopathy of Trump and the whole family and key information on their finances as well as their character.

Sadly and disgracefully we also have Trump and Syria, 100,000 Kurds were displaced and more killed because of Trump as he’s given Syria to Russia, Turkey and through them, even Iran. That’s all so bad that many Republicans, even totally corrupt Moscow Mitch wrote an op-ed denouncing Trump.

House testimony by the ousted American ambassador directly pointed to Trump’s Ukraine corruption as we learned that many national security officials raised complaints with Trump’s White House lawyers. It all backs up Trump’s guilt. Besides more diplomatic witnesses against Trump, his third White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney, who will later resign as well, admitted to a quid pro quo, then denied it even though we’ve seen a video of him saying it at his press conference.

THE ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT-ABUSE OF POWER AND OBSTRUCTION OF CONGRESS:

    RESOLUTION

Impeaching Donald John Trump, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors.

Resolved , That Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate:

Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.

    ARTICLE I: ABUSE OF POWER

The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives shall have the sole Power of Impeachment and that the President shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. In his conduct of the office of President of the United States—and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed—Donald J. Trump has abused the powers of the Presidency, in that:

Using the powers of his high office, President Trump solicited the interference of a foreign government, Ukraine, in the 2020 United States Presidential election. He did so through a scheme or course of conduct that included soliciting the Government of Ukraine to publicly announce investigations that would benefit his reelection, harm the election prospects of a political opponent, and influence the 2020 United States Presidential election to his advantage. President Trump also sought to pressure the Government of Ukraine to take these steps by conditioning official United States Government acts of significant value to Ukraine on its public announcement of the investigations. President Trump engaged in this scheme or course of conduct for corrupt purposes in pursuit of personal political benefit. In so doing, President Trump used the powers of the Presidency in a manner that compromised the national security of the United States and undermined the integrity of the United States democratic process. He thus ignored and injured the interests of the Nation.

President Trump engaged in this scheme or course of conduct through the following means:

    (1) President Trump—acting both directly and through his agents Within and Outside the United States Government corruptly solicited the Government of Ukraine to publicly announce investigations into—

    (A) a political opponent, former Vice President Joseph R. Biden,; and

    (B) a discredited theory promoted by Russia alleging that Ukraine—rather than Russia—interfered in the 2016 United States Presidential election.

    (2) With the same corrupt motives, President Trump—acting both directly and through his agents within and outside the United States Government—conditioned two official acts on the public announcements that he had requested—

    (A) the release of $391 million of United States taxpayer funds that Congress had appropriated on a bipartisan basis for the purpose of providing vital military and security assistance to Ukraine to oppose Russian aggression and which President Trump had ordered suspended; and

    (B) a head of state meeting at the White House, which the President of Ukraine sought to demonstrate continued United States support for the Government of Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression.

    (3) Faced with the public revelation of his actions, President Trump ultimately released the military and security assistance to the Government of Ukraine, but has persisted in openly and corruptly urging and soliciting Ukraine to undertake investigations for his personal political benefit.

These actions were consistent with President Trump's previous invitations of foreign interference in United States elections.

In all of this, President Trump abused the powers of the Presidency by ignoring and injuring national security and other vital national interests to obtain an improper personal political benefit. He has also betrayed the Nation by abusing his high office to enlist a foreign power in corrupting democratic elections.

Wherefore President Trump, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to national security and the Constitution if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law. President Trump thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.

    ARTICLE II: OBSTRUCTION OF CONGRESS

The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives shall have the sole Power of Impeachment and that the President shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. In his conduct of the office of President of the United States and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed—Donald J. Trump has directed the unprecedented, categorical, and indiscriminate defiance of subpoenas issued by the House of Representatives pursuant to its sole Power of Impeachment. President Trump has abused the powers of the Presidency in a manner offensive to, and subversive of, the Constitution, in that:

The House of Representatives has engaged in an impeachment inquiry focused on President Trump's corrupt solicitation of the Government of Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 United States Presidential election. As part of this impeachment inquiry, the Committees undertaking the investigation served subpoenas seeking documents and testimony deemed vital to the inquiry from various Executive Branch agencies and offices, and current and former officials.

In response, without lawful cause or excuse, President Trump directed Executive Branch agencies, offices, and officials not to comply with those subpoenas. President Trump thus interposed the powers of the Presidency against the lawful subpoenas of the House of Representatives, and assumed to himself functions and judgments necessary to the exercise of the sole Power of Impeachment vested by the Constitution in the House of Representatives.

President Trump abused the powers of his high office through the following means:

    (1) Directing the White House to defy a lawful subpoena by withholding the production of documents sought therein by the Committees.

    (2) Directing other Executive Branch agencies and offices to defy lawful subpoenas and withhold the production of documents and records from the Committees—in response to which the Department of State, Office of Management and Budget, Department of Energy, and Department of Defense refused to produce a single document or record.

    (3) Directing current and former Executive Branch officials not to cooperate with the Committees—in response to which nine Administration officials defied subpoenas for testimony, namely John Michael Mick Mulvaney, Robert B. Blair, John A. Eisenberg, Michael Ellis, Preston Wells Griffith, Russell T. Vought, Michael Duffey, Brian McCormack, and T. Ulrich Brechbuhl.

These actions were consistent with President Trump's previous efforts to undermine United States Government investigations into foreign interference in United States elections.

Through these actions, President Trump sought to arrogate to himself the right to determine the propriety, scope, and nature of an impeachment inquiry into his own conduct, as well as the unilateral prerogative to deny any and all information to the House of Representatives in the exercise of its sole Power of Impeachment. In the history of the Republic, no President has ever ordered the complete defiance of an impeachment inquiry or sought to obstruct and impede so comprehensively the ability of the House of Representatives to investigate high Crimes and Misdemeanors. This abuse of office served to cover up the President's own repeated misconduct and to seize and control the power of impeachment—and thus to nullify a vital constitutional safeguard vested solely in the House of Representatives.

In all of this, President Trump has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice, and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore, President Trump, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to the Constitution if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law. President Trump thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.

THE SENATE REPUBLICANS BAR ANY WITNESSES AND EXCEPT FOR MITT ROMNEY REFUSE TO CONVICT.

Then this day 1000 of this sham presidency ended with Trump, against every law, awarding the G7 meeting contract to his own bed-bug infested Doral golf resort, all the money for which of course goes in his own pocket. There was such an uproar to the Doral that Trump withdrew Doral days later. But his violating emoluments goes on. Trump said he doesn’t need to abide by the emoluments section in the Constitution because he’s rich.

Syria, Ukraine and the Doral, unlike Russian collusion, is easy to understand and out front! It’s all gross misconduct and corruption and this time, it is totally sticking!

There’s even more with Steve Bannon having testified at the beginning of Roger Stone’s trial about the Wikileaks connection with Trump and former Trump intelligence guy, John Bolton signaling that he has lots of previously unknown material to add plus more pointing to White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney being up to his ears as well as implicating Pence, Pompeo and even Barr. Everything is against Trump.

But even before that, as Nancy Pelosi said to Trump directly, " it ALL leads to Russia."

As the articles of impeachment went to the Senate, the nonpartisan GAO ruled that what Trump did with Ukraine was illegal.

The Senate failed to convict, refusing to compel witnesses including John Bolton, who said he wants to testify and who called what Trump did with Ukraine a ‘drug deal.’

Nancy Pelosi emphasized that ‘Trump has been impeached forever!

After the House impeached, much more evidence was still coming forward including from interviews with Rudy cohort Lev Parnas stating Trump was all in on the Ukraine scandal and the House continues investigating.
