About this ebook
Some of these changes include being offended and shutting down, being disrespected, snapping, being intimidated, and not feeling good around an individual who has hurt or offended us. Being abused hurts and can take hold of your life. Often, we come out of our character because we just cant take it anymore. Year after year, our unsurrendered emotions take control and get the best of us.
Now, lets think about this: If we can make goals for our future such as marriage, weight loss, and career goals, why cant we make goals to conquer our emotions? Reacting the same way year after year has to change, and it canif we are inspired to conquer them. The way we react and deal with any situation is truly up to us. Most of all, it is possible to change.

Final Thoughts
I give all glory to Jesus Christ; I am nothing without you. May God be glorified through this book.
I dedicate this book to all women, grandmothers, young women, and preteens. I pray that this book will inspire change, provoke love, and conquer emotions.
To my husband, Michael, the man with whom I know God blessed me. I thank you so much for your love most of all. Thank you always for supporting me while I was writing this book. Thanks for praying and giving me Godly wisdom. Love you much.
To my daughter, Tiara, my lady bug: thanks for pushing me to do what I am supposed to do. You are my gift from God. I love you and I love your nose.
Introduction
We have so many goals as women to achieve our dreams: be married by twenty-five, lose weight, finish college, be a partner at a law firm, walk four miles next week. So many expectations to improve our lives. Most of the time we don’t give up until we accomplish it or get close to it.
Why can’t we have goals to conquer our emotions and our issues? Let’s tackle what we deal with daily, not letting stuff get the best of us. We should make goals to conquer our issues that have been weighing us down for years.
Let’s be inspired to conquer stress, anger, sadness, heartbreak, unforgiveness, bitterness, abuse, sorrow, anxiety, guilt, shame, rage, fear, and more. Let’s make a conscious decision to change for the better and not let the same offence hurt us time and time again. Let’s be calmer in bad situations, forgiving and letting go and not getting as stress as usual. Regarding the everyday day stuff that may irritate us, such as neighbors parking in our parking spots or messy coworkers, we can be inspired to conquer them.
I don’t know about you, but I would prefer not to get angry, bothered, provoked, or hurt by the same thing year after year. Something needs to change. Maturity comes with changing the way we react. We are in control of our feelings in most situations. We must choose our battles and what we are going to let affect us. It’s all up to us. If we truly focus and make up our minds, we can conquer our emotions. We simply need to be Inspired to Conquer.
You Are Too
Are you too old or too slow? Do you make too many mistakes? Are you too average, too skinny, too fat, too quiet, too loud? Who said that you are too anything, and did that stop you in your tracks? Maybe you feel that you are too tall or too skinny. You can change everything that you are, or you can use it.
Take advantage of it when you are told you are too anything, because it is a blessing. If you are too slow, that means you take your time on an assignment, you are more precise, and you are most likely to produce quality work. It’s hard to miss details when you take your time or are too slow.
If you’re too loud, you are most likely outgoing, and that’s a good thing. You won’t let anything slip by, you can speak when necessary, and you don’t need a microphone!
If you’re too quiet, you will think before you speak. You are peaceful, and you’re not necessarily scary; it’s simply a quiet confidence. You have a calming
