Jasmine West

Illinois native Jasmine West is a gifted entrepreneur and philanthropist. After becoming a casualty of the nation’s declining workforce, the then unemployed West decided that a change was needed. She knew that the Lord was calling her to step outside of her comfort zone. Aside from operating her business, West Avenue Greetings, and recently creating the West-Rosa Senior commencement scholarship, the Lord gave Jasmine the idea to compose a compilation book featuring some of the great words of encouragement and wisdom that her pastor, Bishop Darrell Hines, has preached throughout the years. Jasmine is the mother of one daughter, and they currently reside in Wisconsin. She holds a bachelor's degree in business management and is currently working on her master’s. She is the creator and founder of West Avenue Greetings, a unique greeting card company that specializes in creating handmade, one-of a-kind cards and invitations for all occasions.
