The Dragon’S Beasts

The book of Daniel 2 reveals by symbols the successive empires/kingdoms of the world with a statue of a human figure of a head of gold, chest of silver, thighs of bronze, legs of iron, and feet of a mixture of clay and iron. Daniel 7, which describes four beasts (a lion, a bear, a leopard, and a terrible beast with ten horns), covers the same period in world history as in chapter 2. While the king of Babylon saw the majestic power and grandeur of the Gentile empire/kingdoms, Prophet Daniel saw their real character, beastly conduct, wicked rule, and profligate government. All the beasts (empire/kingdoms) were destroyed by the Messiah, Immanuel (the Stone), who the builders of the nations of man rejected and who is the cornerstone of the holy nation of believers.

Revelation 12 describes the great dragon thrown down, the age-old serpent that is called the devil and Satan, he who continually deceives and seduces the entire inhabited world. He was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. This usurping dragon would form successive compacts with mankind for the dominion of the earth. Revelation 13 shows the final compact between the nations of man and the man of sin, Satan (the dragons beasts), engulfing even the holy people (Israel, the churchthe woman on the beast in Revelation 17).

When the stone finally destroyed the lawless kings of the nations/kingdoms, their rule was dispersed to the lots of nation-states created by the common peoplethe rule of commoners. These are the nation-states of democratically elected commoners. Revelation 13 (and 17) shows the rebellion and apostasy of our Christendom/Queendom of Babylon, the great nation-states of man setting themselves up against the son of man, Immanuel. Why the stone is about to crush Christendom of Babylon the great! And the stone that smote the image became a great mountain or rock and filled the whole earth (Daniel 2:3435). Yes, he is the rock of ages!

I know the Word and Spirit of Truth – The Son of Man Jesus Christ – now I can begin living again… Eternal Life begins today!

The Government of Righteousness and Peace

For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the Government shall be upon His Shoulder, and His Name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty Lord Jehovah, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His Government and of Peace, there shall be no end, upon the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with Justice and with Righteousness from the [latter] time forth, even forevermore.

The Zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. (Isaiah 7:14, 9:6–7)

A fter the Sin and Fall of Adam and Eve, the lord and lady of the Earth, the Most High Lord of Heaven descended to the Earth to deliver His creatures from the usurper Satan, who caused their demise and reigned as master and prince (ruler) of their World (Genesis 3; Exodus 40; John 12:30–32, 14:29ff, 16:7–14; Revelation 12). Hearing, listening to, trusting, and obeying this demon spirit of falsehoods and disobeying the Word (Voice) of the Holy Spirit of Truth would subject the lords of the Earth to the dragon Satan and his demon head Death. Do you not know that if you continually surrender yourselves to anyone to do his will, you are the slaves of him whom you obey, whether that be to sin, which leads to Death, or to obedience which leads to Righteousness (right doing and right standing with the Lord Jehovah)? (Romans 6:16)

The Promise and Plan of Salvation of the Adamic covenant was that the Woman Eve, the mother of all the living, will produce a Seed Who will have the power and authority to wrestle the Dominion of the Earth from the usurper ancient serpent Satan (cf. Luke 10). Hence, in Genesis (3:15, KJV), the Most High Lord had said to the ancient serpent also called the Devil and Satan, And I will put enmity between thee and the Woman, and between thy seed and her Seed; it shall bruise thy head and thou shall bruise His heel. Thus began the War on the Earth between the two seeds—the Son of Man Adam and the Man of Sin (Lawlessness). Thenceforth, the two Seeds fight over the spoils of Creation, to the victor the spoils of War and Death.

The book of Revelation unveils to the Church the origin and demise of Satan, the Devil. In Revelation (12), Apostle John reported the war in Heaven among the Most High Lord’s Angels (His spirit being messengers): Then war broke out in Heaven; Michael and his Angels went forth to battle with the Dragon, and the Dragon and his angels fought. However, the Guardian Archangel Michael and his army of Angels vanquished the Dragon and his angels and violently expelled them out of Heaven (cf. Isaiah 14:12ff; Ezekiel 29). Thus: And the huge Dragon was cast down and out—that ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, he who is the seducer (deceiver) of all Humanity the World over; he was forced out and down to the Earth, and his Angels were flung out along with him. Furthermore, John wrote:

During the victory celebrations in Heaven, the proclamation thundered out: Therefore be glad (exult), O Heaven and you that dwell in them! Yet the Earth is warned: But woe to you, O Earth and Sea, for the Devil has come down to you in fierce anger (fury), because he knows that he has [only] a short time [left]! (Revelation 12:7–12). The war began in Heaven would continue on the Earth; thenceforth, it would involve the Son of Man (the Lamb), the nations of Man (the beasts), and the Man of Sin (the ancient serpent Satan—the Dragon).

On the Earth, Satan, the Devil, would form successive compacts with the children of men for the dominion of the Earth (Daniel 2 and 7). The book of Revelation (13) shows the final compact between the nations of patriarch Noah and the man of sin, the dragon Satan, engulfing even the holy people (Israel, the Church—the saints). This final compact concludes previous joint pacts of the dragon Satan and his beasts as shown to Prophet Daniel. Apostle John reported:

This is the final compact between the wild beasts of the Earth and the dragon Satan for the Dominion of the Earth. After the Rebellion (Sin) and Apostasy (Fall) of Man (Adam) and Woman (Eve), the war on the Earth between the two seeds would be a war of the spirit beings fought through human beings and other living things to the detriment of those who make the wrong choices during the battles to save the World of humankind. Thenceforth, the narrative of the effects of the conflict on humankind would be the histories of the World. Furthermore, we must note that World history, from the point of view of the Most High Lord Jehovah, is written solely based on the effect other children of men have on the sons and daughters of the Holy Spirit Lord Jehovah. This is the history of the World in the Holy Scriptures (Holy Bible).

This is a history of the Fall, apostasy, the falling away of created beings, spirit and human, from their Lord Creator. In the Kingdom of Earth, it is the great rebellion (sin) of the Woman (Old Testament Israel; the New Testament Church) and the nations of Man (the beasts) (Isaiah 1–5; Jeremiah 2; Ezekiel 8; Revelation 12, 13, and 17). All the nations of the World are in a state of sin (rebellion; parabasis), which in Hebrew pasha means a rebellion, revolt of national, moral, or religious proportions (Scofield Bible, 1917, notes, p. 1194). In full-fledged rebellion (ten counts of the Ten Commandments) and all seven counts of apostasy (fallen away), the act of disobedience to the sovereign Will of the Most High Lord by the Woman (Eve) and Man (Adam), their offspring—the woman Israel, and the nations of man is composed of the following:

• Error—departing from the righteous and revealed Will of the sovereign Lord

• Transgression—rebelling against the sovereign Will (laws, statutes, ordinances, and commandments) of the sovereign Lord

• Iniquity—performing inherently wrong acts because of the absence of the indwelling Holy Spirit in the Woman and her nations of Man

• Missing the mark—coming short of the mark of righteousness and the sealing of the Holy Spirit of the Most High Lord Jehovah

• Lawlessness—abolishing the Law of the sovereign Lord, creating a state of anarchy

• Trespass—intruding self into the territory, power, and authority of the sovereign Lord

• Unbelief—refuting and contesting the veracity of the Word of the Lord Jehovah through His true prophets warning of imminent Day of Judgment through war, plagues, and death

During this state of hostility and our nature of enmity to the sovereign Lord, the nations of patriarch Noah despise the plan and promise of salvation of the Seed of the Woman and the joint pact of the Covenants with the Holy Spirit Lord Jehovah. Moreover, the nations’ leaders abdicate their power and authority to speak Truth and do Good and collude to assign blame to the Most High Lord for the evils of this World. In this book, I testify that the true and Holy One of Jacob-Israel is not blamable for the crimes of the wicked dragon Satan and his wild beasts. My testimony is submitted in a trilogy of books—The Two Seeds, The Woman and the Beast, and The Dragon’s Beasts. May the sovereign Lord help us all for what the dragon and his beasts do in His Name and in our name (Revelation 6, 12, and 13; Isaiah 59).

The primary sources for this book are the books of prophecies of the End-time: Daniel and Revelation given to prepare believers before the end of our death (our probation of this life; Revelation 2:9–11). The book of Revelation concludes the Word of the Holy Spirit of Truth through His prophets and apostles. The book unveils the final execution of the joint pact of the Covenants between the Most High Lord and His people and the establishment of His government of righteousness and peace (Isaiah 9 and 11; Jeremiah 31; Revelation 19–21). It is noteworthy that the Old Testament prophets, notably, Isaiah, Ezekiel, and Daniel, saw the same revelation of the Most High Lord as did Apostle John, who saw the divine mysteries for the latter days (Isaiah 6; Ezekiel 1–3; Daniel 7 and 10; Revelation 1, 4, and 5).

After the destruction of the holy nation Israel, the Most High Lord set forth the successive rule of the lords of the Kingdom of Earth, from ancient Babylon to our modern Babylon. They would rule according to the judgment of the Council of the Kingdom of Heaven (Daniel 2, 7, and 8; 3:26; 4:17–34; 5:18–21; cf. Isaiah 40). Therefore, the rebellious King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon was judged, sentenced, and told: This Sentence is by the Decree of the [Heavenly] Watchers and the Decision is by the Word of the Holy Ones, to the intent that the Living may know that the Most High [LORD] rules the Kingdom of Mankind and gives it to whomever He Will and sets over it the humblest and lowliest of men.

After the Advent of the Guardian Archangel (Messenger of the holy Covenants), the Messiah-Immanuel, to our Earth and ascension to Heaven, having overcome the prince (ruler) of our World, the glorious Lord Christ dictated His revelation of the mysteries to Apostle John. The Revelation proclaims that the Almighty Lord banishes war and death (the Unrest) and restores our eternal life (the Rest) as in Eden. The main purpose of the book of Revelation is to show believers

1. that the glorious Lord has won the Earth phase of the war began in Heaven and that, in joint pact with the glorious Spirit of the Lord Christ, faithful believers must fight and overcome in their own battles against the disarmed dragon Satan (Revelation 1, 2, and 3).

2. that the glorious Lord is about to ingather His Body of Christ, separating Himself from the body of the Man of Sin, the dragon Satan (chapters 4–7).

3. that the universal Kingdom of the glorious Lord is established, and the body of Satan will be crushed and cast out of the Earth as he had been in Heaven (chapters 8–22).

The Word of the Lord Jehovah in the Holy Scriptures is His own wisdom and interpreter. Hence, for my methodology for the exposition of Revelation 13, I heed and follow the Advice of the Lord Jehovah regarding understanding His Word of Truth (Isaiah 28:10). The prophets of the Holy One of Jacob-Israel recurrently stated to ancient Israel, For it is precept upon precept, precept upon precept, rule upon rule, and rule upon rule; here a little, there a little, to comprehend the wisdom, truth, and goodness of the Word of the Lord Jehovah. Hence, I quote extensively a combination of translations of Scriptural texts from the New King James Version, the Orthodox Jewish Bible, and the Amplified Bible, here a little and there a little, to trace the paths of the dragon and his beasts.

My testimony must concur with the revealed Word as the Holy One of Israel commanded His prophets: [Direct such people] to the Teaching and to the Testimony! If their teachings are not in accord with this Word, it is surely because there is no dawn and no morning for them (Isaiah 8:20). Therefore, limiting the use of source references, I quote comprehensively passages of the Holy Scriptures to allow the Word of the Lord Jehovah to explain, elaborate, and interpret Himself in the search for meaning and sense of the Word and Spirit of the Way and the Truth and the Life, for as Prophet Moses informed ancient Israel, The secret things belong unto our Almighty Lord Jehovah, but the things, which are revealed, belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all of the Words of this Law (Deuteronomy 29:29).

The Eternal Covenants:

Man and Woman are Lord and Lady of the Earth

Anticipating the usurpation of the dominion of man and woman by the Evil one dragon Satan, the Almighty Lord Jehovah established the Covenants (Testaments). The covenants in the Holy Scriptures were always between the Lord Jehovah and humanity. The aim of the covenants is always to maintain Man in his position and dominion as Lord of the Earth. The covenants are joint pacts between the Holy Spirit Lord Jehovah and human beings to dominate the Earth (Exodus 34:1–12; Luke 10). After the Fall of Man (Adam) and Woman (Eve) and subsequent falls of human beings, further covenants would restore our dominion over the Earth and reestablish the lordship and authority of the Almighty Lord over His creations.

The covenants, commandments, and testimonies—the tripod structures—of the Holy Scriptures established our relationships, rights, rules, and responsibilities to regulate the rule of the lords and ladies of the Earth. The essence of the covenants is the commandments (the Law). With the man of sin (lawlessness) at large in our World, the law governs our relationships with the Most High Lord and our royal neighbor. Hence, King David exulted: The Law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the [whole] person; the Testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The Precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the Commandment of the Lord is pure and bright, enlightening the eyes (Psalm 19:7ff). David added, Moreover, by them is Your servant warned (reminded, illuminated, and instructed); and in keeping them there is great reward. Without the righteous and holy law, who can discern his lapses and errors or truthfully pray, clear me from hidden [and unconscious] faults?

The Most High Lord Jehovah gave all the covenants, commandments, and ordinances and the testimonies of the patriarchs, prophets, and Lord Jesus and His apostles with utmost love, care, and concern for the well-being of His creatures (Exodus 20:12ff; Deuteronomy 5:16–20, 6:4–5). They are the eternal imperatives of His government of righteousness and peace (Isaiah 2, 9, and 11; Micah 4; Jeremiah 23:5–6, 31:31ff, 33:15; Revelation 1). Hence, under the New covenant, the Son of Man, Lord Jesus, emphatically stated of the Law: Do not think that I have come to do away with or undo the Law or the Prophets; I have come not to do away with or undo but to complete and fulfill them (Matthew 5:17ff; Romans 3:31, 8:1ff).

The precepts of the Most High Lord Jehovah can only be obeyed with love and function in relationships covenanted out of love, for love, and by love. We can only do the Will of the heavenly Father out of our love for Him, for the love of Him, and by the love from Him. Thus, the Son of Man reiterated the commandments of love (Mark 12:29–31; Matthew 25:31ff):

Without love for the Lord Jehovah and love for the neighbor we wish to marry or fellowship with, none of these rules, regulations, and roles will work. Concluding His testimony on the mount, therefore, the righteous Lord stated, So then, whatever you desire that others would do to and for you, even so do also to and for them, for this is (sums up) the Law and the Prophets (Matthew 5–7:12). The mission of reconciliation with our Most High Lord, sacrifice of atonement of the Lamb, and testimony of truth and goodness of the Lord Jehoshua in the New Testament Scriptures completed, fulfilled, and sealed the eternal holy Covenants, the Law (commandments), and testimonies of the Holy One of Jacob-Israel through His prophets and apostles (special messengers). This is the Holy Scriptures—Holy Bible (Daniel 9).

The plan of salvation from the Dragon and its beasts is executed through the Joint pact of the Covenants of the Most High Lord of Heaven with the fallen lords and ladies of the Earth—those who hear, listen to, believe, trust, and obey His Voice (Word, commandments) and follow Him wholeheartedly. The Almighty Lord Jehovah established the covenants between Him and humanity as a joint pact with human beings to dominate the Earth and, after the Fall of Adam and subsequent falls of humanity, to reestablish His power and authority and the lordship and dominion of the lords and ladies of the Earth. The aim of the covenants is always to restore the Dominion of the Earth to humanity and to reinstall Man to his position as lord of the Earth.

The Edenic covenant is the first of eight great Covenants enacted by the Most High Lord to establish Man as lord of the Earth (Genesis 1:26ff; Scofield Reference Bible, 1917, p. 3). After our foreparents, Adam and Eve, fell away (apostatized) from His Grace, the Most High Lord of Heaven and Earth enacted the Adamic covenant to reestablish the Dominion to their children. Their descendants who formed the Cainitic civilization failed and lost the Dominion again to the dragon Satan, the Devil, who became the prince (ruler) of their World.

The ensuing bloodletting and depravities of that civilization led to the judgment of the Deluge (the flood of water) (Genesis 5–8). The flood was necessary to cleanse the Earth of the evil ones and to reestablish righteous conduct on the Earth. Although, of course, because of the spiritual nature of Evil, evil deeds continued even after most mortals had perished. After the flood, the Noahic covenant established Noah; his sons Ham, Shem, and Japheth; and their descendants as the sole beneficiaries of the Covenants with the Most High Lord, giving the ethnic nations of patriarch Noah dominion over the newly washed Earth (Genesis 9–11).

In anticipation of their failure, however, the Abrahamic, Canaanic, and Mosaic covenants established the holy nation Israel, a people called out to separation from other nations of the World about to operate under the dominion of the dragon Satan, prince (ruler) of the World (Genesis 12:1ff). Established on the Holy Land of Canaan with the sovereign Lord Jehovah as their king, the holy nation should operate under the terms and conditions of His covenants and obey His commandments (the laws). Led by His Word (Voice) and Holy Spirit, the holy people of the Holy One of Jacob-Israel should be witnesses to His power and authority.

As Joint heirs under the joint pact of the Covenants, the holy nation should inherit the Earth with those who come to believe the testimony of the Law (patriarchs, priests, and kings) and the Prophets of the Most High Lord. Reborn and adopted by the Holy Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, and the Spirit of knowledge and of the reverential and obedient fear of the Lord, the new creatures inherit the new Earth (the old, depleted Earth, a lake of fire, passes) (Isaiah 11, 66:18ff; Psalm 37; John 3; Ephesians 2; Revelation 20–22).

The holy Nation will need a second Man as their Sovereign Lord of the Earth. Therefore, the omniscient, omnipotent Most High Lord enacted another Covenant, the Davidic covenant, with David and Solomon (Psalm 89, 132; 2 Samuel 7:12–16; Isaiah 7:14, 9:6–7, 11:1–5; Jeremiah 23:5–6, 33:15; Matthew 1; Luke 1:26ff; Revelation 1, 19, and 22). The Davidic covenant established the reign of the Messiah-Immanuel, the High Priest–King of the kings and Lord of the lords of the Earth, Who would be the Head of the new World government of peace and righteousness (Daniel 2 and 7). The sovereign Lord proclaimed the Covenant with this oath:

The Almighty Lord Who gave the covenants gave His Name—I AM, rendered, YHWH (YAHWEH)—from this passage: And Moses said to the LORD: Behold, when I come to the Israelites and say to them: The LORD of your fathers has sent me to you, and they say to me: What is His Name? What shall I say to them? And the LORD said to Moses: I AM WHO I AM; and He said: You shall say this to the Israelites: I AM (EHHEH-YEH) has sent me to you! (Exodus 3:13–15; John 1:1–3). Furthermore, the LORD emphasized to Moses that thenceforth, all humanity must know Him as the sovereign Yahweh, the eternal LORD, declaring, This is My Name forever, and by this Name, I AM to be remembered to all generations.

Prophet Moses witnessed the true Almighty Lord Who gave His Name, the LORD. Thus: And THE LORD said: I will make all My Goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim My Name, THE LORD, before you; for I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy and loving-kindness on whom I will show mercy and loving-kindness (Exodus 33:19). No other being must contest His Name—the Lord. Therefore, the Almighty LORD informed Prophet Isaiah, I AM the LORD; that is My Name! And My Glory I will not give to another, nor My praise to graven images (42:8; cf. Deuteronomy 6:4–5, 32:3–4). The sovereign LORD declared to a proud nation about to be humbled, But let him who glories glory in this: that he understands and knows Me [personally and practically, directly discerning and recognizing My character], that I AM the LORD—JEHOVAH—Who practices Loving-kindness, Judgment, and Righteousness in the Earth, for in these things I delight, says the LORD (Jeremiah 9:24).

Hence, in this book, where the translated text shows God, the word is replaced with the name the LORD or the Lord Jehovah. The simple explanation for this is that the true meaning of I AM—Jehovah the Name for the purpose of our salvation from the Evil one—is not expressed by the word God, which is the English Bible rendering of Hashem (the Name) and El, Elah, and Elohim, meaning the One, the Almighty One, and the Most High Lord. Furthermore, if the word God means Lord, then believers should simply say Lord. Lord Jehovah is a closer transliteration of the Hebrew representation of I AM—Yahweh. Therefore, in this book, the Name the Lord Jehovah is used to refer to the self-existing Holy One of Jacob-Israel, I AM, the eternal Almighty One Who is the sovereign Most High LORD of all the lords and ladies of our Earth.

The Son of Man, Lord Jesus, affirmed the relationship of human beings to our Father Who art in Heaven when responding to the Jews’ accusation of blasphemy for saying that He is the Son of the Lord Jehovah: Jesus answered: Is it not written in your Law, I said: You are gods? (John 10:34; cf. Psalm 82:6). This passage should read: I said, You are lords, that is, lords and our ladies of the Earth. The lordship of Man is the blessing of the Edenic covenant in Genesis (1:28ff; Psalm 8). Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the Earth, and subdue it [using all its vast resources in the Service of the Lord and Humanity]; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the Earth.

Concluding His monumental Work of Creation, Jehovah-Elohim appointed and anointed Man Lord of the Earth and put all things under his feet. In Genesis (1:26–27), the resolution of the Council of Heaven gave the Lord of the Earth dominion over every living being, including the man of Sin, the dragon Satan, who sought refuge on our Earth. Being Lord of the Earth, the Son of Man Adam Lord Jesus amply demonstrated our power and authority over Satan’s demon-spirits. Thus, Jehovah-Elohim stated, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make Man in Our Image, after Our Likeness, and let them have complete Authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the Earth, and over everything that creeps upon the Earth. Apostle Paul elaborated on the lordship of Man: for Man is the Image and [reflected] Glory of the LORD Jehovah [his function of government reflects the Majesty of the divine Rule]; Woman is [the expression of] Man’s glory (majesty, pre-eminence) (1 Corinthians 11:7; cf. Revelation 12).

The Covenants are joint pacts between the Almighty Lord Jehovah and His lords and ladies to rule and dominate the Earth. After the Deluge, then Jehovah Elohim spoke to Noah and to his sons with him, saying, Behold, I establish My Covenant or Pledge with you and with your descendants after you (Genesis 9). After the Fall of Man (Adam) and subsequent falls of human beings, successive covenants would restore and reestablish the lordship and authority of Man and his position and dominion as Lord of the Earth for the pleasure of His Majesty El Elyon, the Most High Lord. Three of these Covenants—the Edenic, the Adamic, and the Noahic covenants—directly established the Dominion of Earth for man and woman.

The Edenic covenant gave the entire Earth’s creations to humankind to use to our benefit and at the pleasure of His Majesty El Elyon. The ancient serpent Satan, the Devil, he who is the seducer (deceiver) of all Humanity the World over, having rebelled in Heaven (most high treason) and cast down on our Earth, deceived Woman Eve and Man Adam into joining him in the great Sin (high treason). Thence, the man of sin, Satan, became the spiritual lord and master of Man by simply employing his gift of the gab and supernatural powers, usurping the Dominion of Earth and becoming the prince (ruler) of the World, greatly displeasing His Majesty El Elyon.

The Most High Lord simply could not allow an illegal usurpation of Man’s (Adam’s) birthright to stand. Therefore, the sovereign Lord enacted the Adamic covenant to restore and reestablish the Dominion for Man through the Seed of the Woman (Genesis 3:15; Isaiah 7:14, 9:6–7). The Seed of the Woman, also the Seed of patriarch Abraham, is the Messiah-Immanuel, the only Son of Man (Adam) Who can regain and maintain the Dominion of Earth to the pleasure of His Majesty El Elyon, the Most High Lord, Maker and Possessor of Heaven and Earth.

During the Noahic era, under the Noahic covenant, the Most High Lord gave Noah’s children—Shem, Ham, and Japheth—and their descendants the right to form governments to govern ourselves righteously, that is, doing right by one another, according to the second principle of the commandments: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. Righteousness and love lead to peace and prosperity for all humanity. After the dispersions at Babel, distributed and spread out over the territories of the Earth, the Most High Lord created ethnic nations with differing languages and tongues (Genesis 11). Significantly, the people translated or resurrected to the new Earth came out of these ethnic nations. They were [gathered out] of every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, not from our modern age nation-states or any particular denomination or church of the organized religions (Revelation 5 and 7; cf. Acts 2).

For the second time, the man of sin Satan would usurp the powers and authority of the ethnic nations and become the prince (ruler) of our World. In the prophecies of Daniel and Revelation, the images and symbols of beasts represent the empire-kingdoms and nation-kingdoms of this World formed through war and conquest, slavery, and colonization under dragon Satan’s rule. After the apostasy of the Kingdom of Israel and her destruction and exile to ancient Babylon, the Holy Scriptures would depict the empire-kingdoms that would dominate the inhabited Earth from ca. 605 BC as beasts because they would act and behave like monstrous beasts of prey. Therefore, the images and symbols illustrate the character, personality, and moral state of these nations of man, not actual physical representations.

The truth is, without the Holy Spirit of the Most High Lord, the loftiest angel and the most advanced nations of man are called dragon and beasts, respectively, which cannot even act righteously and take good care of their own. Satan is the dragon; and the beasts who have sworn allegiance to him are the empire-kingdoms, nation-kingdoms, and nation-states of man. These nations of the World operate the man of sin Satan’s worldwide systems of political, economic, military, and religious authority (Daniel 7 and 8; Revelation 13 and 17). The Scofield Reference Bible (p. 911) notes that remarkably the emblems and coat of arms of the Gentile nations are all beasts or birds of prey. An image of a peaceable dove would belie their true character. Furthermore, these beasts of the dragon Satan usurp the rule of the governing structures of human beings under the everlasting Covenants (Genesis 47:13ff; Numbers 36).

From Creation, humankind’s governing structures would be established from our natural familial systems, out of which come kings (rulers of nations of related ethnic nations/tribes) with the support and the checks and balances of the patriarchs (elders and rulers of related families/households) and grandparents, mothers and fathers, uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters, nephews and nieces, and cousins (1 Kings 8). The elderly and honored man, he is the head; and the prophet who teaches lies, he is the tail (Isaiah 9).

With the Lord Christ as High Priest–King of the holy Nation of believers, the system was replicated in the New Testament Church. Apostle Paul wrote to his coworkers Timothy and Titus, instructing that you might appoint elders and set them over the churches (assemblies) in every city as I directed you (Titus 1; 1 Timothy 3:1ff, 5:17–22; Acts 6:1–6; 1 Peter 5:1–5; Revelation 1).

Usurping the power of this system and undermining the authority of its structure, the man of sin, Satan, created ecclesiastical wolves in sheep’s clothing of divisive religions and church denominations and political beasts of nation-states of man, the dragon’s wild beasts of the Earth, based on the traditions and World order of Man (Daniel 7; 1 John 3:8; Revelation 2:12ff). Ruled by the dragon Satan, these wild beasts of the Earth would steal from their own relatives with falsehoods and deception; kill their own citizens/compatriots with war, famine, and plagues (diseases); and destroy the lives of their own peoples through martyrdom and tribulation and death. Aiding and abetting these beasts through ecclesiastical influence and theological rationalizations, Satan’s organized religions would incite adherents to hate/murder dissenters and consign many strongly deluded self-righteous souls to Hell (Hades or Sheol, the realm of the dead) (Matthew 23; John 10).

Cherishing a murderous aspiration for vainglorious hegemony, through these beasts, the dragon Satan would establish and maintain World dominion through wild and untamed use of force and willful and brutal destruction of human lives. Destroying their enslaved preys (Earth dwellers), the dragon’s beasts leave in their rapacious wake the fruits of Evil: deception, depravation, disease, disability, debt, deprivation, destitution, death, and destruction of lives. The Holy Lord lamented the folly of our social/spiritual contracts: O you sons of men, how long will you turn my Honor and Glory into shame? How long will you love vanity and futility and seek after lies? Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]! (Psalm 4:2)

Only a mightier power and superior force can put down such wild beasts of the Earth, annul our compacts, and deliver us from the Evil one. The Son of Man, Jesus, is that mightier power. Now therefore, O you kings, act wisely; be instructed and warned, O you rulers of the Earth. Serve the Lord with reverent awe and worshipful fear; rejoice and be in high spirits with trembling [lest you displease Him]. Kiss the Son [pay homage to Him in purity], lest He be angry and you perish in the Way, for soon shall His Wrath be kindled. O blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be envied) are all those who seek refuge and put their trust in Him! (Psalm 2; Isaiah 40:15–17, 61:1–3; Daniel 2:31–45, 7:1ff; Colossians 1:11ff; Revelation 1, 8, 9, and 19)

Our Lord Creator had indeed done as He intended, for Jehovah-Elohim saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very good (suitable, pleasant) and He approved it completely (Genesis 1:31). Yet one thinks that He gave His Creation, and particularly Man, 666 out of 777 (the actual mark of Perfection). Or was the mark given after the Fall of Adam and Eve? There is no question that moral humanist and knowledgeable Man at his best can be very good. However, this very goodness could be consistently actively excellent only by the omnipresence of the omnipotent Most Holy Spirit Lord Jehovah (His Excellency). A brand-new car looks very good but does need oil to be even excellent. Therefore, to be an excellent being—body, soul, and spirit—Lord Man must allow the Spirit of the Lord to rest upon him.

As did the Son of Man, Jesus, we must allow regular communion and fellowship with the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, and the Spirit of knowledge and of the reverential and obedient fear of the Lord, for without the Holy Spirit of the Most High Lord, the loftiest angel and the most advanced nations of man conduct themselves as dragon and beasts, respectively. Without the Holy Spirit, we can only perform evil and bring self-imposed curses and heart-rending calamity on us as we consistently find in the history of Man and showcased by the media, for without the Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ, we do come up short as He declared, I AM the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing (John 15:5). That’s right, nothing worth our while on this Earth, and we know it.

Over the eras, the apostate nations of Man persistently in rebellion fail and turn over the Dominion of Earth to Satan—the God of this World (By their fruit you will recognize them)—who uses mankind to serve his ambition (Matthew 7:15ff; 2 Corinthians 4:4; Ephesians 2:2). The prime ambition of the man of sin, Satan, ex–Archangel Lucifer, is stated on his charge sheet from the Court of Heaven: And you said in your heart: I will ascend to Heaven; I will exalt my throne above the stars of the LORD; I will sit upon the Mount of Assembly in the uttermost North. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High (Isaiah 14).

Under the Edenic and Noahic covenants, our Lord Creator blessed Man to be Lord of the Earth and commanded him to be fruitful, multiply, and fill the Earth. To achieve his ambition, however, the ancient serpent Satan must influence mankind and unite humanity in the opposite and contrary direction. Instead of spreading outward to build, inhabit, and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Earth, he must make man build inward into crowded-depraving cities and unitary-warmongering empire-kingdoms, and nation-states seeking World empire status and spread upward into Space, squandering the energy and life resources needful for the peaceful and prosperous existence of humanity on our Earth (Genesis 11:1–9).

This was always the plan of the man of sin, Satan, the Devil. Why, did we think this apostate archangel came to our Earth to sell us cookies? Yet how can he achieve his ambition to rule a World empire and make himself like the Most High when every time he tries to gather his subjects together, they are destroyed and dispersed? Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol (Hades), to the innermost recesses of the pit (the region of the dead). Indeed, our history books narrate how these World empires fell, but Holy Scriptures tell us why they fall.

Why must the righteous and just Most High Lord Jehovah tolerate a wicked and profligate government of His Earth by falsehoods and deception, war, famine, plagues (diseases), martyrdom, and tribulation, which the dragon’s wild beasts of the Earth (Satan’s nations of man) serve Earth dwellers, and Hell (Hades or Sheol), where strongly deluded religious souls go after our toils till death? Hence, each time the Dragon and his beasts (marked 666) unite in rebellion and fall away—all seven counts of apostasy: error, unbelief, transgression, lawlessness, trespass, iniquity, and come short and completely missed the 777 mark of righteousness—they are made to drink the Cup of Wrath and Indignation (Jeremiah 15:2–4, 25:26–29).

The Holy Scriptures is replete with prophecies of the impending judgment of failed nation-kingdoms and their civilizations that the Hebrew prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel, among others, preached to these apostate nations to elicit their repentance and reformation. As today, the powerful nations of man disbelieve their destined demise, deny and denounce any prophet (professor) of doom, and instead tout the false prophets (professions of faiths, knowledge, and mammon) who declare peace, progress, and prosperity. Yet faced with our two-fingered response to the Almighty Lord Jehovah and such evident fruits of Evil—depravation, disease, disability, deception, deprivation, debt, destitution, death, and destruction of life on this Earth—who can promise perpetual peace and prosperity but the false prophet?

Imagine the myriad prayers and petitions and the daily cries and pleas from men, women, and children for the Most High Lord to intervene in the affairs of our World order of Man. Even from the realm of Hell, innocent souls, cut off to Death and needlessly deprived of their equal opportunity to enjoy the abundance of the wealth and health of the Earth of their Lord Creator, demand just deserts (Revelation 6:9–11; Psalm 58 and 59; Luke 16:19ff). The sovereign Lord, however, does not unduly intervene during our probations, hence, the claims of some fools that He does not exist; and those who believe He exists wonder whether He actively cares.

The ever-living Lord Jehovah waits for us to yield and bear our fruits for the 120 years of life given to human beings, which most of us cannot even make with a sound mind in a sound body. The eternal Lord does not have to rush to punish finite beings, which is why most of us take Him for granted. It is the man of sin, the dragon Satan, and his nations of man with only a short time left who must make haste to prove themselves. Nevertheless, the eternal Lord waits for every human being at the end of our Earth life and the nations of our World at the end of their probations (2 Peter 3:8–9). The wistful King Solomon of ancient Israel pointed out, That which is now already has been, and that which is to be already has been; and the Lord Jehovah seeks that which has passed by [so that history repeats itself] (Ecclesiastes 3:15).

The judgments of the Most High Lord of Heaven are against the wicked fools and greedy rich and lawless and violent peoples and nations of man exalted and honored in this World, who swore in their heart there was no Lord to haul them in to account for their corrupt and abominable deeds; therefore, they could do as they pleased (Psalm 14 and 52; Acts 7). When their probation is spent, however, the message from the Word of the Lord Jehovah, warning of the Cup of Wrath about to be poured on these nations, begins with the burden of the Lord. The heavy Wrath of the Almighty Lord is about to overwhelm and crush the demon props on which these wicked nations of man have rested their faiths, hopes, and lives. The loving concern of the Most High Lord is the human beings who have been given up and those about to be caught unprepared in the overwhelming conflagration of war, misery, and death.

The following is typically and historically the nature of the burden to be borne by worthless nations so judged, conquered by their enemies, driven from their demon-polluted lands, and dispersed, subdued, and taken into slavery: And if they say to you: Where shall we go? Then tell them: Thus says the Lord: Such as are [destined] for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for famine, to famine; and such as are for captivity, to captivity. And I will appoint over them four kinds [of destroyers], says the Lord: the sword to slay, the dogs to tear and drag away, and the birds of the air and the beasts of the Earth to devour and to destroy. And I will cause them to be tossed to and fro among all the kingdoms of the Earth and to be made a horror to all nations because of our elite rulers and our collusion with their horrible wickedness and falsehoods (Jeremiah 15:2–4; Zechariah 5; etc.).

Warning of the imminent doom of strongly deluded and worthless civilizations, given over to the World order of the dragon Satan and his cohort of demon spirits, the oft-slighted Word of the Lord Jehovah told the now defunct empires of the second world after the Deluge that, as it were, refused to drink His Cup of Wrath (Jeremiah 25:15ff; Isaiah 3 and 34; Ezekiel 29):

The Cup of wrath and indignation was full to the brim with the filth of Israel and the nations of that world. The judgment and sentence of the Court of Heaven was that what they served others through their wicked civilizations, cultures, and traditions of man must be served back to them by the six principles (phases) of judgments for the punishment of rebellion and apostasy:

1. Destruction of the worthless civilization created by pride and knowledge (spiritual death)

2. Desolation of the depraved cities created by mammon (money)

3. Dispersion of the demonized tribes/ethnic nations led by falsehoods and wickedness

4. Capture, subjugation, and slavery of the rebellious peoples to toil till death

5. Colonization of regrouping nations on their land or newfound land

6. Neocolonization of regrouped insurgent nations until the Lord Christ comes

During the modern era, the punishment of dispersion, subjugation, and colonization must continue until the Lord Christ comes again. When the glorified Lord returns, every knee should (must) bow, in Heaven and on Earth and under the Earth, and every tongue [frankly and openly] confess and acknowledge that Jehoshua the Lord Christ is Lord, to the Glory of the Lord Jehovah the Father (Philippians 2; Isaiah 45:18ff). The sentence is the sovereign Lord’s pronouncement of the judgment of lawless nations built into the Law and naturally occurring on those who flout the covenants and commandments of the Most High Lord. Therefore, Israel was admonished: [Do none of these things] lest the land spew you out when you defile it as it spewed out the nation that was before you (Leviticus 18:22ff; cf. Genesis 18:20ff, 19:1ff).

The righteous Lord removes the apostate nations from His direct oversight and subdues them under the direct oversight of satanic nations (Proverbs 16:4) until the Messiah reestablishes the universal Kingdom of the Most High Lord. Since the beginning of Time, this has been the fate of peoples and nations of man who yield their dominion and allegiance to Satan, the Devil. Each time over the ages, the Almighty Lord would sweep clean down to the Abyss, a bottomless zoo of beasts, the pomp, ceremonies, and pageantry masking sheer corruption, utter depravity, and crass wickedness of Satan’s puerile nations of man and their fruit of evil: depravation, deprivation, deception, disease, disability, debt, destitution, death, and destruction of life.

The man of sin, Satan, with all who adhere to and follow him, has a place prepared for him far downward; and they share his fate. Thus: How have you fallen from Heaven, O Light-bringer and Daystar, son of the Morning! How you have been cut down to the ground, you who weakened and laid low the nations [O blasphemous, satanic king of Babylon!] Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol (Hades), to the innermost recesses of the Pit (the region of the dead). Those who see you will gaze at you and consider you, saying: Is this the man who made the Earth tremble, who shook kingdoms?—who made the World like a wilderness and overthrew its cities, who would not permit his prisoners to return home? (Isaiah 14:12ff; Luke 10:17–19)

As for his victim-hostages, his gullible and crumb-chasing peoples and nations of man who join with him when their vainglorious civilizations are destroyed, their knowledgeable and self-righteous people dispersed as they should have done in the first place, they are captured into slavery and worked to Death. This is a far worse punishment than that given to a disobedient Man Adam under the Adamic covenant. It is back to basics (Genesis 3:16–19):

During the Noahic era, under the Test of the Noahic covenant, each of Noah’s racial stock is given the opportunity to demonstrate their Lordship of Earth. This is the Test of Worthiness (Deuteronomy 8; Matthew 4:8–11, 25:1ff; Scofield, p. 610). When they ally themselves with the man of sin, Satan, and his cohort of demon spirits and fail with the ensuing bloodletting and depravities of demonized humanity, they are severely punished; and the dominion moved on to another of Noah’s racial stock (Isaiah 45). All the tribes, languages, peoples, and nations of man are held accountable to the Most High Lord alone during our probations of life and rule as stewards of the Earth (Daniel 3:26, 4:17–34, 5:18–21; Malachi 4; Revelation 14:6ff).

Indeed, over the ages, as empires and kingdoms rise and fall to the appointed end of Time, the failed nations of man would face the same righteous Judge of the Earth, Who declared, For I AM the LORD, I do not change! From age to age, the Mighty One of Jacob-Israel, the Son of Man, Jesus Christ (the Messiah), is [always] the same, yesterday, today, [yes] and forever (to the Ages) (Malachi 3:6; Hebrews13:8). In Revelation (13:9–10, 18:6), the sovereign Lord restated the Immutable Law for dealing with the rebellion (lawlessness) of the nations of man: If anyone is able to hear, let him listen: Whoever leads into captivity will himself go into captivity; if anyone slays with the sword, with the sword must he be slain. Herein is [the Call for] the patience and the faith and fidelity of the Saints (the Lord Jehovah’s people).

The Almighty Lord promises the apostate nations of man: Vengeance is Mine, and recompense, in the time when their foot shall slide; for the Day of their disaster is at hand and their doom comes speedily (Deuteronomy 32:35; Genesis 50:19; Psalm 28; Romans 12:19; Hebrews 10:30). Following His righteous judgment, the same sentence is pronounced, and the same punishment is executed. No one is above the Law, for the LORD your Lord is the Lord Jehovah and Lord of lords, the great One, the Mighty One, the Terrible LORD, Who is not partial and takes no bribe (Deuteronomy 10:17). The punishment for the apostate peoples and nations is always by the six phases for the punishment of rebellion. The purposes of the judgments are the following:

➢ To completely uproot planted seed bearing evil fruit as decreed by the Most High Lord: May the descendants of evildoers nevermore be named! Prepare a slaughtering place for his sons because of the guilt and iniquity of their fathers, so that they may not rise, possess the Earth, and fill the face of the World with cities (Isaiah 14:20b, 21; Matthew 13).

➢ To eternally establish the righteous seed and righteousness on this Earth: And the effect of Righteousness will be Peace [internal and external], and the result of Righteousness will be quietness and confident trust forever. The Lord Jehovah declared, My people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, in safe dwellings, and in quiet resting-places (Isaiah 32:17–18; Psalm 37; Matthew 5:5; Revelation 21).

➢ To the end, more importantly, that they may know that You, Whose Name alone is the LORD, JEHOVAH, are the Most High over all the Earth (Psalm 57:5ff, 83:18; Isaiah 45). Chastising the woman Israel and the second-world nations of man, the Holy and True One of Jacob-Israel consistently pointed out the purpose: And they shall know (understand and realize) that I AM the Almighty Lord Jehovah [the Sovereign Ruler, Who calls forth loyalty and obedient service] (Ezekiel 28, etc.; Hebrews 12:9–11). All peoples and nations that have devoted their short but pitiful lives to worship the sun god Satan, loved and daily served his pathetic Mammon (money), must know the true Creator and Owner of our Earth.

Sadly, following in the footsteps of Lord Adam and Lady Eve, the lords and ladies of Earth consistently fail and hand over their birthright, the Dominion of Earth, to the man of sin, Satan, and his cohort of demon spirits. Following King Solomon of ancient Israel and the pharaohs of ancient Africa, all over the Earth, emperors, kings, lords, and their empire-kingdoms and nation-kingdoms would rise and fall in complete failure—the spoils of Creation continually go to War and Death (Isaiah 53; Daniel 2 and 7; see Diagrams 1 and 2 below).

After a prolonged period of abject failure of the idolatrous nations of Israel and the World, the King of Heaven proceeded to reestablish His righteous reign over our Kingdom of Earth (Isaiah 1–5, 52–53, 63–66; Zechariah 12–14; Malachi 3; Matthew 3:1–3, 4:17, 10:7). The King of Heaven, the Word of the Prophets, would progressively and systematically overthrow the cohorts of the man of sin, Satan. Notably, when the King, The Stone, breaks, crushes, consumes, and destroys failed peoples and nations of man, they never again become lords of the Earth as are the nations of Africa, Israel, Mesopotamia, and the Middle East, among many others (Psalm 2, 118:22; Ezekiel 29:13–15; Daniel 2:34ff; Luke 10:12ff; Acts 4:11).

Who is worthy to be or not to be the Lord of the Earth? That is the question. Therefore, the Dominion of Earth has moved on from Ham’s race (ca. 2200–600 BC), prominently Cush (Ethiopia), Mizraim (Egypt), Put, and Canaan. They preceded Shem’s race (ca. 1100–300 BC), prominent among others, Edom (Esau), Israel, Syria, Assyria, Babylon, and Media-Persia (Genesis 9:27—Shem and Japheth dwelling in the same tent). Succeeding them was Japheth’s race (ca. 300 BC–AD 1800), prominently Greece, Rome (pagan and papal), and papal Europe (the Holy Roman Empire), whose rule began with the modern era (AD 538). Preceding the Millennial Age, our modern age is dominated by the Christendom queendom of Babylon the great led by papal Europe and protestant Euro-America (the West—Revelation 13 and 15–18).

Finally, at the end of the Millennial Age and before the Judgment Day, there occurs the short-lived uprising of Euro-Asia (Gog and Magog—the East) against the duly constituted King of kings and Lord of the lords of the Earth, ending the abysmal history of human beings (Revelation 19, 20; Ezekiel 38). Indeed, as King David testified, The Lord sat as King over the Deluge; the Lord [still] sits as King [and] forever! (Psalm 29:10; Zechariah 14) Hence, at the close of Time, the seventh (last) trumpet was sounded, followed by the seven thunders—the mighty Voice of judgment of the Most High Lord Jehovah: it ushered in the Dominion of the universal Kingdom of the Lord Jehovah (Revelation 11:15ff, 19–22; Exodus 19; Psalm 29).
