In Back for Seconds, I share the darkest parts of my life with you in the hopes that you can relate to (and learn from) my mistakes. The majority of my life has been spent shackled to food. I used to spend every waking moment thinking about my next meal while simultaneously worrying about my body image and what others thought about me.
Caroline Mathias
Caroline Mathias founded Community with Caroline (CWC) in December of 2017 with the goal of helping women realize their personal fitness goals through food freedom, not restrictive "fad" diets. She has personal experience with addictive and compulsive behaviors, having overcome both alcohol and food addiction.Caroline is a certified Life Coach and Precision Nutrition (PN) Level 1 Nutrition Coach, and is currently working to earn her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certificate. Caroline loves all music, specifically Queen, spending time with her family on their ranch, watching 80's movies, weightlifting, and of course eating delicious food!
