Troy Legette is one crafty poet and writer. His personal tribute is enveloped as an anthology geared toward influencing and inspiring others. In the eyes, I can see the truth.

For the eyes are windows to the soul.

In the eyes fall tears of torture remembered,

In the eyes, roads appear as a test of curiosity.

For the eyes will make a choice to embrace.

In the eyes is control that mesmerizes many.

For the eyes send enchanted signals of power.

In the eyes, a conversation is comprehended.

For the eyes play both mouth and ears.

Sandpaper Memoir

Diamonds are very attractive to the eyes and a way of life developed in form. Never perfect but close enough in belief of making ugly appear appealing. Handled in ways unquestioned, harsh, and uneasy, at times, tough to swallow.

A challenge to squash all flames of a particular aim particularly emphasized! Sparing no way of exit, encircling a range filled with honest surprise. Delusional? Nope! Just reality applied in a manner learned.
