The Foreword

Thanks for picking up this book. I hope you learn at least one good practice that helps to heighten your vibrations, in order to better attain your mission here on this planet. My wish is that sharing my fruits help to benefit you.

Frequency is a measurable rate of electrical energy that is constant between any two points. Everything has an electrical frequency (Higley, & Leatham,1998). Everything on the earth is made up of energy. Please note that when the words vibration, in-tune, rhythm, energy and frequency are used, they are interchangeable here in this book.

When I was a young child I used to have a recurring nightmare. I’d wake up in a cold sweat, I was so terrified. My poor mother would ask me what was wrong, but I couldn’t tell her. I couldn’t explain what it was I was dreaming about, because I didn’t know what it was myself. All I knew was that there was so much pressure and it scared me to death.

When I was 12-years-old and still living in the Bronx, I woke up one morning from a bad nightmare. I had that same familiar petrified feeling that I used to have as a young child waking up from my nightmare. I realized I had had that same dream from when I was younger. Only this time I could explain the dream to myself. I finally knew what the dark blackness was; it was the atmosphere, and the two great big balls, they were planets, and the great pressure was that I was in between them.

The part I still don’t know is, why? I could hypothesize and say that the pressure was from leaving one planet and going to the other. Or, I just remember being born, I honestly don’t know. I was so relieved as to finally have the dream when I was older and to be able to explain it, well most of it anyway.

So why do I share my dream with you? Because you might have had a dream or have a fear, and it may be from remembering your journey to the earth or from another lifetime. Or maybe you are experiencing different feelings, and or having psychic abilities that are new to you. I believe that we all volunteered to come here, and each and every one of us came with a mission to accomplish. We are all here on this planet at this exact time for a specific purpose. Each and every one of us raised our hand and volunteered to come here to help one another. I believe that Our Lord Jesus Christ is so merciful that we get more than just one chance to prove ourselves until we get it right.

I hope that this book helps you to get it right more rapidly because I know that we are now preparing for the second coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ. I am not saying that it will be tomorrow or next year or even in the next ten years for that matter. But you can not deny that things are changing on our planet and in our solar system. Our earth is renewing itself before the return of Our Lord. The weather has changed all over the world. Earthquakes, Sinkholes, Tornadoes and Tsunami’s are prevalent. People are becoming more spiritual and want to understand more about their bodies. We are starting to take responsibility for ourselves again. People are
