About this ebook
This book is a collection of poems that maps a journey of various thoughts Aaryan Raj Rathi has had over the years, what they signified to him, and how he envisioned them.
This is a key to his heart, mind, and soul.
Aaryan Raj Rathi
They say if you speak from your heart, you speak the truth, unforgiving and unabridged. These poems are like notes from a soul: they speak not as a form of literature, but as a form of self-expression, they put in words, the abstract imagination that the author possesses.

Lettered Musings - Aaryan Raj Rathi
Feelings
and
Emotions
The Uniform
Based on Indian women in armed forces
And we march abreast
With pride in our chest
As we raise our arms to the sky
I vow to hold my country high
I shall tell the world better
That a woman can be braver and stronger
For her country, bear any strife
And ready to sacrifice even her life
The Lord bestowed on me to bear a birth
The pain of battle wounds can only be a third
For my country’s honour, shall I nurture
These scars – my real medals forever
I have no doubt, I am brave
My country’s glory is all that I crave
Never shall I let my country down
Ever ready to fight for its pride and crown
I feel a bond, growing stronger every day
The love for my country, its people, sky, water and clay
I want to go to battlefield for my country’s honour
And change the course of history, forever!
The glistening badge
And the polished boots
The uniform of honor
Inspires a life full of valour
I am no less than a man
I can do all he can
I have all of it in me
But how can I show it to the world,
If my own people don’t let me free…

This boy seemed poor and dirty
His clothes were patched and dusty
His feet were bare and blistered
His hands were soiled and callused
He stood in a street in a shadowy glade
He feared to be seen and flayed
He was at the rich people’s side
That is why he had to hide
But curiosity got the better of
