Shattered Family is the true story of both a direct and extended family and others impacted by a number of real-life sociopath and/or sociopath type predators/abusers. This book describes such predators thought patterns (what is known of them), behaviors, scams, plots and various abuses in detailed form as well as the typical personality traits of both the predators and their victims. Some of this book is presented in journal or memoir form while other portions are in essay and list form. This book is a great asset for victims, support persons for victims, family members and others. This is particularly true since Shattered Family describes forms of abuse most would not be able to comprehend exist, such as the sociopaths predators ability to successfully use law enforcement and others in authority to abuse his victims and exercise complete control over his victim(s) life/lives. This book additionally offers a long real-life movie list as visual aid support. A must read for victims and those who wish to help victims of the sociopath and/or sociopath type abuser.

Its really not the Twilight Zone. These predators do this stuff. Wake up America and smell the garbage so many ignorant and uncaring minions are supporting. Savannah Rain spells it out in graphic detail that is sometimes hard to read and Im sure impossible to believe unless youve lived it and some of us have. So we know it is horrifyingly real. Note: It is NOTE politically correct to refer to victims as victims. In today’s world victims are typically labeled as survivors—this is the politically correct euphemism for people who were once called victims. This manuscript calls Survivors what I believe they still are during the events or abuse and when they cannot seek or find any form of justice and the abuse thus continues.

PRE-PROLOGUE

THIS MANUSCRIPT CONTAINS a great deal of repetition. I posit the repetition may be beneficial or even in some cases necessary as whenever one presents an opinion or endeavors to tell a story about life events that are far out of what is known in the mainstream such details and realities fail to sink in unless there is a lot of repeat. In addition, for processing purposes and due to the repetition in the nature of events repeating was at times unavoidable. Moreover, I was in a place where I had to attempt to create this manuscript in short rushed snatches of time. Thus the fine tuning, which would have been desirable and ideal, could not be done. Essays had to be added in rapid fire when some moments presented themselves within the vast drowning empty expanses and the battle field of the kind of existence this manuscript describes. There is also a lengthy recommended movie/visual aid list. The music list included (above) is not a must-hear, but the movie list is far more important. It is my position that my points herein would be hard for anyone who has not personally been a victim of the abuses depicted herein to comprehend or even believe can be real without viewing the films in the visual aid list. This is particularly true for the true story films. These movies prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there are indeed other victims of these types of abuses and that these victims too, where in many cases, fully innocent or innocent of any heinous wrong doing. This is an important fact in each case.

Any reader who feels compelled to call social services or another authority agency is urged NOT to do so. This manuscript explains why in extreme detail. The visual aids (movie) list additionally shows why. The terrifying and sad conclusion of my experiences, my research and this manuscript indicates with crystal clarity that the authorities can not and do not and furthermore will not ever help. The agencies that are in place to allegedly help citizens of our American society do in fact the polar opposite of what its workers are paid to do. It sickens me to no end that the standards to employ individuals in certain fields are as low as they are and that my hard earned tax dollars (as well as the hard earned tax dollars of all others in our country) are paying these worker’s salaries either fully or via significant subsidy. In many cases tax dollars are paying the entire wages in full. It is a baleful reality. The victims of agency abuse are paying the salary of the people who abuse us. The remainder of citizens are paying the salary of abusers, paying people to botch their jobs and abuse others, and in doing so paying the salary of workers who destroy the productivity and the lives of others. Then there is the destructive sideways pyramid impact of this agency abuse. Our environment, our economy and so much more is in serious peril. In truth we cannot afford to destroy any productive or even partially productive citizens. This is how to look at the matter without adding the moral factors, ethical issues, justice issues or the looming issues of humane treatment into the equation. Some I have interviewed have indicated that this is what the Bible states will happen, what society will be like, in the end days. I an NOT a Bible thumper. Thus I have no opinion regarding the religious take on current events. However, what the religious sources state may well be true. I truly don’t know.

There are some individuals who are fighting to change the horrors and injustices, which exist in the world, including the types described within this manuscript. However, they are too few. These people are like a tiny plastic house plant water-pitcher trying to extinguish a massive blaze incinerating a huge expanse of forest. In the meanwhile most in society remain content in their apathy or in their beliefs that nothing is really so seriously wrong. Moreover, there are those who believe there is nothing they can do—It’s messed up, but it cannot be fixed. Beyond this there are others who are comfortable in blaming the victims and then there are the victims themselves who have, for the most part, been silenced or rendered helpless. The populations of abusers include the abusers, the abusers pawns or puppets that aid and abet the predators and then there are those who are profiting from the abuse in various ways. In any case, if your vision is not ideal and your finances are also lacking please drop by one of our Countries many dollar stores (i.e. Greenbacks) or perhaps Wal-Mart or a drug store, pick up a pair of reading glasses and dig in. If your vision is good digging in will prove far easier for you. If you are a victim or a potential victim you may wish to keep your reading activities in regards to this manuscript a secret from your abuser or potential abuser. Use this manuscript to learn and then use other resources to learn more. If you are a support person for a victim or potential victim feel free to grab a light yellow highlighter (or believe it or not on my last trip to the dollar store Greenbacks I actually saw a package of pens made for highlighting bible pages. The package claimed the ink will NOT bleed through pages!!) and some book page-markers and take notes that will assist you in finding data quickly and communicating with the victim or potential victim.

If you are a predator, a sociopath or sociopath type, this manuscript was NOT intended for you. However, sociopaths and sociopath types will nonetheless get their hands on this material too. If you are a law enforcement officer, CPS worker, social services worker, a medical staff professional, a doctor, a nurse, a prosecutor or a judge this manuscript is your wake-up call—you are the most important puppet or pawn the sociopath or sociopath type abuser seeks to manipulate and use. Indeed the individuals who are law enforcement officers, CPS workers, social services workers, medical staff professionals, doctors, nurses, prosecutors or judges are the people who are commonly aiding and abetting these predators. Moreover, law enforcement officers, CPS workers, social services workers, medical staff professionals, doctors, nurses, prosecutors or judges are, in the view of many victims, predators far worse than the sociopath or sociopath type abusers because these individuals have the power to make a difference for the better or worse and these people repeatedly chose to assist the abusers in the sickest ways possible. There is no excuse for this unforgivable trend. If you are law any of the following: enforcement officers, CPS workers, social services workers, medical staff professionals, doctors, nurses, prosecutors or judges—SHAME ON YOU. The fear, disgust, contempt, disrespect and sometimes sheer hatred, fleeting, shifting or steadfast, many victims feel for you or towards you is because you are aiding and abetting abusers and this unspeakable reality, once done, cannot be made right. To make matters worse you are above the law, there are little clauses and massive loopholes that keep you above the law. You are, in theory supposed to help and protect the victims and you do the opposite. There are no words to accurately describe the horrific truth regarding this fact. I hope some individuals in these fields do learn and redeem themselves even if the harm they are done already is beyond the capacity for repair.

For those in society, including victims, who have been abused too much or pushed too far by abuse from law enforcement officers, CPS workers, social services workers, medical staff professionals, doctors, nurses, prosecutors or judges, please keep in mind that not all individuals in these positions are abusers or aiding and abetting abusers. Regarding specifically law enforcement officers there are, I posit, some RARE decent or good ones and we can NOT afford to lose the RARE good ones that exist. There are some doctors, nurses, social worker, judges and others who analyze critically and have some backbone and will refuse to unthinkingly dance to the tune of sociopath abuser’s lies and manipulations. We can NOT afford to lose the RARE good ones. Please keep this in mind the next time you see these individuals and think—Why not? There are actually three reasons Why not? 1) We can NOT afford to lose the rare good ones we have in this world. 3) There are so few RARE good ones we cannot afford to lose even a bad one who has learned and decided to redeem himself/herself. 4) One must ask, in the case of the bad ones, Is the cost of cleaning up this garbage worth my life?

Please keep in mind the GOOD rare cop(s) is/are the one or ones who will treat you with dignity, respect and give you a chance, a real chance, to act right. PROLOGUE

THIS BOOK IS the story of my life from 2008 until some as of yet unknown date likely in 2012. I am including background information from some events prior to 2008 as well as they are relevant. Other information and details has been added because during this writing I have discovered that there is a high level of interest in my past. However, back to the primary reason for the creation of these pages, I became motivated to publish the story of these events primarily for my son Vlad (nickname) so that someday he would know the truth. I am, at this time, afraid that for Dalton it is long too late. Moreover, I am also hoping that my story will help other current victims and potential future victims avoid what I have experienced or if it is too late for avoidance to understand how things work more quickly than if this book did not exist. I wish others who may find themselves in similar situations, as those described herein, find solutions that I did not. This book additionally mentions individuals in authority, such as police and CPS as well as others working for an accused predator. Please do not misconstrue the meaning of this repetitious phrasing and expression. I do not intend to imply that these individuals and agencies are literally on the accused predator’s payroll. I mean to imply that by refusing to see and accept the reality of what is truly occurring in the situation these people and agencies are aiding and abetting this alleged perpetrator/accused predator in his agenda. This is the indisputable end result.

Beyond this and what I posit bears repetition, first and foremost, no portion of this book has been written to imply that any non-predatory party actually commit the acts of abuse this book describes in the false allegations descriptions. The abuse was committed by solely predators and not by their victims. I was unfortunately a victim. I was never guilty of the things I was accused of. Moreover, this is not meant to be a, How To, manual for ugly and cruel deeds. Numerous portions of this book describe what can be done and how it can be done. Nonetheless, this is not intended as a guide for future perpetrators. I believe that if future potential victims are awakened to how things work they can possibly protect themselves better and currently, from what I have heard and observed. It is a sad fact that very few people are able to conceive of what is truly possible in the realm of illogical and erroneous thinking, preconceived notions, a form of what I can only label as mass hysteria and witch hunt mentality and the linking of unrelated incidents or stories and what the end result is. What I hear repeatedly are statements like, That’s impossible! or There is no way that could ever happen. Yet it CAN happen and very simply does happen. I want to warn people who may themselves be vulnerable someday. I want to show people that each false allegation is like another layer on a snowball that is rolling out of control down a steep icy hill in the dead of winter with no warmer weather in sight to stop the progression or growth of the snowball (the lies and the consequences of those lies upon the victim(s).

I am not a religious fanatic and I do NOT believe that Dalton (described herein) is young Damien from the book or movie about the Anti-Christ. I believe that Dalton is nothing more sinister than a child who was (and continues to be) used and manipulated as a pawn and eventually taught to participate in the same types of abusive behaviors against others that he was once only a pawn for. I believe he does not understand what he is doing in the least. He is merely responding to what he receives praise for doing. I am not a person who reads the Bible and I could not currently quote a scripture to save my life. One of my real-life honest weaknesses is sarcasm and another is figurative speech. In reality, I do not recommend harming anyone under any circumstances.

If someone finds they are trapped in shoes similar to mine, I really don’t know what to say. Maybe I would suggest finding an underground and running away with your child or children, but then that is illegal and if you are ever caught . . . No one will believe you. You will likely end up in jail or prison and the abusive parent will probably get full custody of your child or children. There are ample true stories where this has happened to others. These stories can easily be found on the Internet, including the Jody Murdock story. Other stories of parents arrested, sought by law enforcement after snatch and dash and/or otherwise linked to snatch and dash include the following names/stories: Jennifer Jones, Mary Lou French, Wendy Titelman, Vicki Korolko, High Williams, Jesse Murabito, Lisa Miller (Vermont), Cindy Jean Dumas, Claudia Libert, David Hughes, Stephanie E. Sims, Elizsabeth Stratton, Bonnie Rubenstein, Ellen Dever, Mary Lou Spradin, Eugia E. Morse, Mariza Ann Kirsch, Dorothy Lee Barnett, Holly Ann Collins and many others. There is actually a watchdog website listing these names, other names and photos that appears to be designed to assist in the capture of these parents and others who are involved in the American Child Abuse Underground Rail Road. A rather well-known name linked to the American Child Abuse Underground Rail Road is Faye Yager whose own daughter, if I recall the story correctly, was given to Yager’s former husband who allegedly/reportedly sexually abused and raped the child from toddlerhood until the age of about twelve. The child, I believe, contracted gonorrhea by the age of two due to the sexual abuse, but still the abuser received custody in court. This abuser additionally had his wife commited to a psychiatric institution as well, prior to the divorce, reportedly using deception and stating she was suicidal to accomplish his desired end goal. Using psychiatric hospitalization to further abuse victims is a common behavior for sociopath and sociopath personality type abusers as it provides them with immediate satisfaction, validation, power, control and enjoyment as well as vast multifaceted future gains. Victims of the sociopath and sociopath abuser oftentimes have ALL the odds stacked against them. I suggest potentially (yet with comprehension of the dangers) looking into spy gear (hidden cameras/other items) and checking carefully with your local attorneys and law enforcement anonymously before using such equipment. Never have a conversation, even one lasting only a few seconds, without tape recording BOTH sides of the conversation and this I recommend whether it is legal or not because conversations are the easiest thing in the world to lie about. Do Not give a perpetrator or potential perpetrator anything in writing because he or she will take small parts and small quotes out of context and change the meaning of everything you ever wrote and if you do not have copies of the statements you are doomed. Even if you do have copies of everything you have written, letters or emails, for example, no one will take the time to read them and listen to you. AS a rule this is how things work. Don’t look to the police or CPS to save you. They are oftentimes worthless. And lastly, don’t think for one flash of a second that medical or social work professionals are intelligent, honest, ethical, moral or looking out for your best interest. Though there are some fantastic individuals in these fields and it would be unfair to state ALL are bad. As a common general rule, what everyone is looking out for is their own ass. You need to do the same thing. Good luck.

I wish I could make perpetrators or even those that unwittingly aid and abet predators STOP, but I know that this is impossible. The quick and easy albeit untrue conclusions are always too readily available. To my little Vlad: I am sorry.

The advice I can offer to victims or potential victims is to begin your education. There are movies that you may find helpful. It is imperative that anyone who has ever been falsely accused or is falsely accused or may potentially become falsely accused by an abuser or sociopath immediately stop whatever he/she is doing and purchase or rent the following movies:

1) The Michael Crowe story entitled, The Interrogation of Michael Crowe.

If police can abuse a family and an innocent 14-year-old boy in this manner they can do the same or far worse to others. The disciplinary action and lawsuit that followed this case has not and will not change police actions throughout the country or even in the State of California to any significant degree that prevents such abuse from occurring again time after time.

2) Prison of Secrets (A young mother and wife is convicted by profiting illegally from a business venture.). In this true story female inmates are abused, battered and forced into prostitution in America.

3) Just Ask My Children (Convicted of child abuse by a system out of control). This is a top notch film about reality. This true story depicts not only gross abuse of innocent parents, but also abuse and perverted manipulation of their children by police, CPS and the court system. A must see film.

4) Dangerous Child (A divorced mother with two boys, has a behavioral problem with her 15 year old son Jack . . .). This mother covers for her son trying to protect him until she is accused of child abuse. Thank goodness the real culprit came forwarded and admitted his crime. Had he not this woman likely would have ended up in prison.

5) Conviction (The incredible true story of Betty Anne Waters.). A woman becomes an attorney to free her innocent brother who has been convicted and imprisoned for a murder he did not commit. A must see film.

6) Held Hostage. This is a movie about a woman who suffers a home invasion with her young daughter in the home. The men force her to rob the bank she works for. Thank God the robbers were stupid about where they stashed the stolen money in the end otherwise this woman and mother would likely have ended up convicted and sent to prison.

7) Falsely Accused (a DVD true-story about an innocent mother who is arrested, convicted and imprisoned for the murder of her child. Her mother-in-law testified against her. Her husband luckily remained loyal to his wife. A second attorney in hired to prove her innocence and free her. If she had not had a husband who remained on her side and that second attorney she would have no doubt remained in prison for a terrible crime she did not commit. Actors: Lisa Hartman-Black, Cloris Leachman, David Ogden stiers, Christopher Meloni).

8) Presumed Guilty (a true story about a murder, an innocent man who looks guilty and is jailed for it. Featuring actors Martin Sheen and Brendan Fraser).

9) The Burning Bed. This movies depicts a solution I personally do not agree with and yet has been such a consequence of police incompetence that laws were changed to somewhat, albeit very inadequately, accommodate victims of abuse if there is enough proof (good luck getting that proof).

10) The Yarn Princess (CPS abuses a good mother with special needs).

11) Snap Decision (a decent film about a lady photographer who is innocent, but accused of child sexual abuse).

12) False Arrest (Featuring actors Donna Mills and Robert Wagner. A true story film where a woman is falsely accused of being linked to mob crimes/murders she did not commit. The victim in this story was a living a life of luxury and privilege with what she thought was a wonderful husband and great children. False Arrest is about a Scottsdale, Arizona case from the 1980’s and proves false allegations can happen even to wealthy successful white victims. This victim was also initially convicted and put in prison for the crime she did not commit. She is given the death penalty in the gas chamber. The Arizona DA was crooked in this case and terrorized and manipulated witnesses using threats, leaving a bloody dead bird on one witnesses table and more to get the statements he wanted. The DA also gave special privileges to a criminal to get the testimony he wanted. A new attorney manages to free this victim. It turns out her husband, who abandoned her after she was convicted, was likely the killer. The REAL killer, if it is indeed the unprosecuted completely free former husband, likely killed before and got away with it on that former occasion as well.

13) American Violet (A film inspired by true events during the Bush era. A black mother of four children is falsely accused of dealing drugs in a Texas county where the DA has been falsely arresting innocent blacks for years and getting away with it.).

14) The Lena Baker Story (A film about a black woman who is arrested and murdered by court order after she kills a white man who was holding her captive and abusing her in the 1940’s. The killing of the white man was an accident. Lena Baker was pardoned 60 years after her execution in the electric chair. This happened in the 1940’s; however, I posit justice is nearly as twisted and unjust today as it was then. The difference today is that minorities aren’t the easy targets they were back then. Today the easy targets are victims of domestic violence and victims of sociopaths.).

15) Taken From Me (Indeed snatch and dash works if you are a national from certain countries and can vanish in those countries. Most people cannot do this.).

16) The Perfect Husband The Laci Peterson Story (Featuring actor Dean Cain. This is a film about what is likely a sophisticated sociopath and his victim Laci Peterson).

Movies that depict police and police detectives drawing the wrong conclusions and other miscarriages of justice are many of the above as well as:

1) The Elizabeth Smart Story. This true story depicts how even a near perfect family can be torn apart by suspecting police who are too busy trying to accuse the parents while the bad guy gets away and abuses Elizabeth Smart in numerous ways, including sexual abuse. So, in a nutshell, while the police were grilling her parents and insisting it was an inside the home job the predator was likely raping this beautiful innocent little girl from a good family. Another big wake up call for cops and others all over society!

2) Too Young to Die (A film featuring actors Brad Pitt and Juliette Lewis. A movie that depicts the multi-level failures of the system resulting in a crime and a brutal unjustifiable end to a young life agencies in society should have protected before this young innocent victim committed her crime).

3) The Abduction (A true story about a battered police officer’s wife who is abducted and nearly killed by her ex-husband. Actors: Victoria Principal and Robert Hays).

4) Shattered Dreams (A true story about a victim of domestic violence perpetrated by a successful Wall Street attorney. This film depicts a non-low class thug abuser or a dangerous sophisticated sociopath type abuser. Featuring actors: Lindsey Wagner and Michael Nouri).

5) When a film is made—The Jaycee Dugard story. A case where the police wasted untold hours investigating Jaycee’s stepfather. The authorities additionally failed to see the obvious signs that Jaycee’s abductor’s had at least one child victim on their property. Currently Jaycee Dugard’s memoir is available—Jaycee Dugard A Stolen Life, I believe is the correct title.

Some Films about predators that are likely sociopaths:

1) The Stranger Beside Me (Based on a true story about a woman who marries a sociopath rapist. This victim was able to find a few good cops who helped her. One must ask how this story would have turned out had she not found help.).

2) The Drew Peterson Story (Based on the reality of a police officer who murdered his ex-wife and likely murdered his second wife and nearly got away with it. He is a likely sociopath).

3) The Perfect Husband The Laci Peterson Story (Based on a true story this film is about a man that was/is likely a sophisticated sociopath and his victim Laci Peterson who he murdered).

4) Appropriate Adult ( A great film about a British serial killer and good police work where the police caught and convicted the killers without lying to anyone. A rare case where birds of a feather really did flock together).

5) Citizen X ( A great film about a serial killer in Russia).

6) See No Evil ( A film about British Moore Murders and another strange and rare case where birds of a feather flocked together. This film is also gives a poignant and realistic view of what can happen when an innocent mother is wrongly accused and treated as if she was a monster. This is one of the very few films that dares touch this topic in a realistic manner).

Films about mental hospitals and mental hospital abuse (unjust and abusive lock up of innocent and sane victims) are nearly impossible to find in real-life stories or even in fiction unless one wants to view fiction that does not resemble reality. There are ample written stories, especially all over the Internet about mental hospital abuse that I have not reviewed as of yet (this year 2012). The films I have found deal with patients that actually needed psychiatric help and thus they are only so applicable—they do not fully tell the story that needs to be told. Mental hospital abuse of the innocent is apparently a topic no one wants to touch even in movies (there is no support group for victims, no peers for victims, no sisterhood and brotherhood of victims and no known therapy that actually works for these victims—as well as no fully applicable movies to educate people on the experiences and damages these victims face). The few good (in reviews) films that do exist that at least give some feel of what mental hospitals resemble and how patients are treated or thought of (the mind set and automatic unshakable stigma that remains alive and well today) are as follows (these are older films some changes have been made in the law—County and State hospitals are still sub-standard, filthy, violent, disease pits and abuse though different than what’s depicted in these movies continues full throttle):

1) Chattahoochee—A great film. He had issues, but he did not deserve to be abused and abuse is NOT ever therapy! Reality of County mental hospitals is a cross between Chattahoochee and One Flew Over the Coo Coo’s Nest in modern times—this is at least as close as what I have thus far been able to find. These facilities are full of mixed people who are as varied and frequently as filthy as the worst in Chattahoochee and the facilities themselves are less run down and more modern yet otherwise nearly as filthy. The facilities look more like what one sees on One Flew Over the Coo Coo’s nest, but there are no parties. At the time of this statement I am still waiting to review other films on my recommended list. I will review all prior to publication and edit out any films that are not applicable and worth seeing.

A fictional film about mental hospitals that is exceptionally good is as follows:

1) One Flew over the Coo Coo’s Nest. This is a good film and somewhat realistic yet too old and outdated.

2) The Snake Pit—A great film about mental hospital settings though seen through the eyes of a fictitious patient committed to a high-cost premium care facility in the 50’s or so.

Then another real-life film that I posit is NOT realistic or worth seeing:

4) Girl Interrupted. This is a story based on one wealthy girl’s experiences and I posit this one film has done more damage to society’s view of mental hospitals, staff, other patients in facilities and more damage to current and future innocent and sane victims of mental hospital abuse than any other written or filmed work in history. It portrays an exclusive Richie Rich institution where the wealthy young physically clean and healthy went to get a good rest and treatment. There was one bad apple of a wild girl in the Richie Rich ward of Girl Interrupted, but the truth is victims of mental hospital abuse (innocent victims) could take a vacation at that Richie Rich resort facility any day and come out with significantly less to no damages any day. Watch this film only to understand this is NOT how it is for victims even if society thinks it is and so it’s not so bad in society’s view.

These films are ALL based on true stories, unless stated otherwise in the movie description. I will, for the most part, not waste reader’s time with fiction. MORE films based on true stories are available. Furthermore, these are good films based on reality and not just films very loosely based on reality with Hollywood alterations that make the story useless for real-life victims past, current and future. This movie list is included herein to give readers a quick easy and effortless beginning to their education of reality—what can, does and HAS actually happened. This movie list may also hopefully be a beginning wake-up call for hardcore believers in the police, justice system, CPS and other agencies that bombard us with propaganda on how they, even as they stand now, are helpful necessary parts of our society. It is noteworthy to add that even in cases of older stories the reality of what can, does and HAS happened has not changed one significant iota. This Twilight Zone stuff is still going on today. This is particularly true when agencies and individuals within agencies and law enforcement can get away with it. The general rule in MANY scenarios is simply as follows: If they can get away with it they will do it.

Once more, there are good social workers and there are good cops. I posit that the good ones are rare and becoming more rare. My message to readers on this topic is this—for the sake of the good ones and for the sake of staying out of trouble as well as for the sake of not acting in any manner that would eliminate garbage (bad cops and social workers, etc.) while also eliminating a good life (yours) my position against striking out illegally at individuals, agencies and the like is steadfast. The bad ones are not worth your future.

Again: This story, all essays and works herein, express my own personal opinions and observations. Although I am being honest and forthright the accused will NOT agree with my opinions, statements, observations and beliefs as expressed herein. The accused will have their own beliefs, positions and opinions and these will be vastly different from mine. Thus the portions of this book that depict the despicable acts of others could be listed as an unauthorized biography of these individuals and agencies actions and statements.

In the past minorities, specifically for the most part blacks, Hispanics and Asians were targeted and abused by police agencies through racial profiling and other abuses. After 911 many from Islamic and similar cultures or those who appeared to be from those cultures were also targeted. Today there is a new group of victims. This new group of thus far unrecognized victims are victims of domestic violence and victims of sociopaths. There is no ACLU (Civil rights Liberty Union), AI (Amnesty International), HRW (Human Rights Watch) or NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) on the case of issues for this new target group. Changes in the laws regarding how domestic violence calls are handled have created this new pool of targets for abuse by the justice system.

The United States additionally has the highest prison population of any country in the world and approximately 90% of those in the prison system are there due to plea bargains. Individuals are pressured to accept plea bargains and similar deals whether they are innocent or guilty due to the cost of a legal battle, inadequate legal representation, the high-risk of the consequences if a case goes wrong in court and the ridiculous standards for what types of material or evidence is accepted as proof of having committed a crime or proof of guilt. These factors push victims who are innocent into plea bargains and/or acceptance of similar deals regardless of the reality of their actual innocence. Once plea bargains or similar arrangements are accepted these victims have a record of guilt or arrest without their names ever being cleared. Such records impact the victims immediately with employment, background check issues, the loss of certain freedoms/rights and/or civil liberties and more. In addition, the records are accessible and used against the victims repeatedly in the future in the private sector and by agencies such as law enforcement, CPS and other agencies.

Film list of decent to good fictional movies:

1) Last Dance featuring actress Sharon Stone.

2) An Innocent Man featuring actor Tom Selleck. This is a good film about corrupt police and the jail system (men’s prison).

3) Nothing but the Truth (featuring Kate Beckinsale, Matt Dillon, Angela Bassett, Alan Alda, Vera Farmiga). A great film depicting two innocent women of honor who lost custody of their children despite their innocence and honor. One woman ends up murdered and the other ends up in jail and then prison. This film has an initial header that states it is based on a true story. Later it is stated to be based on a true story but highly fictionalized. This film includes a tale of government cover-up and severe abuse in the USA. An undercover female CIA operative is fully revealed and abused by society and the system. Note: I do NOT agree with revealing the identity if individuals such as CIA operatives; however, the reporter that does so in this film is clueless about the full consequences until it too late—she was simply naïve to the extreme and brutal fall-out to all that would occur from this action. Individuals knowing the identity of individuals such as active NSA and CIA operatives should NOT reveal these people in any manner. Even when considering the government may, at times or more, be sickenly corrupt, revealing certain persons does NOT repair this issue while it does cause harm to the individuals who are not to blame for the problems, the agents who work for the government but do not ultimately run it, national security and the country as a whole. In the end there is no benefit to revealing information, which should remain secret.

4) The ENTIRE TV CRIMINAL MINDS SERIES!! Where the FBI agents of the BAU use psychology to catch the real bad guys every time!!! Awesome show because of how it depicts wonderful beautiful intelligence and sheer justice as well as humane treatment. A series all law enforcement and social services/psychiatric staff as well as medical staff on all levels should be forced to watch endlessly (in my opinion). They should be forced to watch this series and endless re-runs until the thinking patterns and the humane aspects of the fictitious BAU crew sinks in.

True Story List of Films depicting GREAT police work:

1) Appropriate Adult.

2) Morrison Murders (featuring actor John Corbett). Morrison Murders proves that small town police are not necessarily brainless or less sophisticated hicks. The methods used to capture and convict the correct killer in Morrison Murders are IDEAL and AIR TIGHT. It is my position that this is one of the limited methods by which an investigation should be done to insure the correct person pays for the crime.

3) Taken in Broad Daylight. A true story film about a 17-year-old girl who was abducted by a mentally unstable adult male. If the film depicts reality the police leapt right on the trail of the predator and did not waste time looking for family connections that did not exist. Of course, the victim Ann was taken from a mall parking lot in front of ample witnesses in the day light hours and her parents were friends with the local police.

Book List Depicting Great Police Work:

1) Books by author Ann Rule. I posit perhaps police were likely different in the 1960’s, 1970’s and thereafter when a number of these books were written and/or when a significant number of the crimes described in these books occured. It is noteworthy also that Ann Rule, a former police officer and a brilliant writer likely focuses on cases that depict honorable cops and good police work. There is sadly another side to every coin.

FROM WHERE THE PERPETRATOR POLICE & SOCIAL WORKERS ARE SITTING

THERE IS A recent change in laws and procedures that pressure police and, in fact in many cases/States, to make an arrest of someone mandatory when there is a domestic violence call. A list of criteria exists to note the procedure and dictate probable cause or indicate who at the scene should be arrested. This is a one size fits all criteria that matches only the common oftentimes lower class thug abuser. In any other case, the criteria is not going to fit and forcing the abuser and victim to fit this criteria or mold is no wiser or more rational that attempting unrelentingly to pound a large steel square peg into a small round steel hole. It won’t work and it won’t be a benefit to anyone in the long run. However, there are needless to say, fantastic ego boosts in the current changes in the law for individual police officers who enjoy bullying and mistreating someone at the scene. No longer do the police have to try to take the counseling and resource finding approach. Now they can just slam dunk the entire mess and arrest someone via cookie cutter inadequate criteria.

We have numerous sources to thank for this including, domestic violence advocates and woman’s rights groups. There is research that indicates that arresting the perpetrator of domestic violence significantly reduces the repeated and/or escalated incidents of future domestic violence. Therefore, the powers that be have decided we all must be made to fit into the same mold and the mold they have chosen for victims and perpetrators is the easy one that low IQ police officers or police and court systems can rapidly capture, deal with/arrest and process with no real investigation or thought into the situation or reality at hand. They are unaware of and completely unconcerned about long-term consequences. They believe that this will reduce the crime rate. This book dictates in detail what the end result will actually be for this new game plan for dealing with domestic violence calls.

Victims truly NEED to think over these alterations in law before they pick up the phone and dial 911! However, it MUST be mentioned that victims who do not call 911 will be labeled as the abuser faster than if they initiate a call to the police (call the police before the abuser does).

Regarding social workers: CPS workers will RARELY be able to help or even be particularly motivated to help victims of a certain kind of predator. They are in fact typically as eager to jump to the quick and easy false conclusions as the police and to then act or attempt to act on these false conclusions. They are oftentimes not capable of thinking past the shortest-term goals and they are also incapable of seeing consequences for their actions and errors that will hit hard in the long run. I further posit that CPS and other social service workers for the most part do not care about catching the real abuser, protecting the children in reality and they certainly do not care about adult victims. CPS (Child Protective Services, given a different title in different States) can thus not be trusted in many cases and should NOT be contacted or turned to for help. This book explains why in gross and graphic and sometimes crude detail. I have described it in such detail and in repetition in desperate hopes that this will make the points sink in for everyone. Friends and family and strangers who are aware of abuse in a home where the abuser is of a certain type do NOT call CPS in an effort to save the innocent children. You will only be helping the real abuser get what he wants. Victims of the sophisticated smooth sociopath must additionally understand that social services, social workers, medical staff and others in related professional fields are not necessarily your friends or allies and they are more likely to aid and abet your abuser than they are even remotely likely to help you. False allegations and the new laws that mandate action demand victims learn quickly and react to do what little they can to protect themselves and what they have left while they are still able to do so.

For victims of false allegations from what this book refers to as the sophisticated sociopath the following is a list of some of the things you need to accomplish in short-order before he can falsely accuse you of anything serious and end your freedom and your life in a now easier than ever successful attempt to get what he wants in his grand finale:

1) Get your affairs in order as if you were terminally ill.

2) Remedy the situation regarding your Last Will and Testament so that he cannot profit. I realize you want to give as much as you can to any child/children you may have with your abuser, but live in reality and know he will not give anything to your child/children. He will only use whatever money or assets you allow him to access for his own enjoyment, indulgence and gain. A sociopath will even use his victim’s money, assets and other financial gains (breaks from any bills the abuser needs to pay) against his victim to fund HIS (the sociopath’s) attorney against the victim.

3) Locate an attorney that you would want to use in both mental health court and in criminal court to defend you against your abuser’s false allegations.

4) Find an attorney to use in family court/child custody court, but be aware of the common tricks and deceptions pulled off in court by abusers.

5) Get any and all dental work that you need done ASAP.
